Needed a quick smog check for my Nissan Sentra. I feel like I see many smog check places daily when I drive but when I need one I couldn't think of any places so I checked on here. Easy Fast Friendly Good price!! (With online coupon and cash for $20 as of 7/12/22) The gentleman was very nice and he told me in advance that his printer was not printing on that day but as long as I renew at the kiosk or counter at DMV, it will be in the system so I wouldn't have any issues. So I took the service and he encouraged me to take a photo from his computer for PASS approve. And next day I was able to renew my car at kiosk at DMV with no issues! Thank you!! read more

Most importantly, the staff at this location was wearing a mask, and the service was both fast and friendly. I like patronizing businesses that take COVID-19 seriously, and I was especially pleased that he was social distancing as much as possible. read more

I've been coming here for years and I've always gotten quick service at a good price. It's $20 for the smog. Other places that I've gone to have been more than that. If you want to pay by credit card then It's an extra $1. I always forget to bring cash with me. Your smog results are sent to the dmv immediately which is great. That's it. Get in, get out and get on with the rest of your day. See you next year. read more

Came first thing in the morning and Dom was my service tech. He was amazing and explaining things related to my car and the registration requirements. Very knowledgeable and offered great advise when prepping for registration in these thuggish streets of the Las Vegas DMV. Definitely my go to smog spot from now on thanks to the amazing customer service Don provided!!! read more

Came by here last Saturday when the one I would've gone to was closed for Easter weekend. I came at opening and only had to wait a few minutes as there was only one other person ahead of me. The man doing the smog test was very friendly and helpful with questions that I had. Once he got to me I was in and out within about 5 minutes. Since I checked in with Yelp, the price was $17.99 instead of $19.99 but after I paid with my card I only saved myself a dollar. They charge a $1 surcharge if you use a card. I had no problem with my experience here and would definitely come again. If you need a Smog test done, I'd just suggest you come at opening if possible. It's quick and easy. read more

Quick, in and out. I go there every year. Once you pull up, get out of your car and walk around the entire structure because the technician can't see you when you pull up. The office portion of the building is blocked off from the technician portion where you pull up at. read more

Not sure where the regular guy went but this time really SLOW service... Plus signs all over the station to tip the tech.... Seriously??? Rude. I'll tip IF you give good service and I don't need a reminder thank you very much. Since when do you have to tip everyone for everything? I can tell you one thing for sure... We roll up and normally when you're at a smog busters somebody comes right out and asked you for help. We set around in 110° looking for somebody and finally my daughter went out and knocked on the door and he yelled I'll be right out two minutes later he rolls out. Then he came out and said something and I told him we had a coupon and he went back in his little hat for a minute. When he came out I sat in the car and he just stood around and then finally he said would you exit the car please. I exit the car and he fumbled around trying to get things together. I really think he was stoned. Finally he finished the project and he said is this going to be cash or card and I said cash and he said I will give it to you for the coupon right you take care me and I'll take care you. I said, I already told you I had a coupon. He was angling for a tip and had a big tip jar saying tips are appreciated. With a bunch of money in it. I think he should tipped me because I didn't lose my patience on him. read more

I called to schedule the wheel alignment appointment and they were able to fit me in later that day. I really appreciated this! Also, I called around to other auto shops and Zenith had the best price for the wheel alignment before the Costco discount. He is younger and much more flexible than me and did the job without going under the car. Battery is next to differential and I had to use a creeper and do the swap on my back. I took 90 minutes last time I did a battery swap. We had 10 minutes to chat and Ric lift after cleanup at exactly one hour. 5 stars. I asked for a quote for installing 6 new spark plugs and ignition coils for my 2106 Honda van. The process is 1 pull plug wire 2. Remove a 10 mm bolt that holds coil in place 3. Remove spark plug. 4. Install new plug. 5. Put coil over plug. 6. Replace and tighten 10 mm bolt. 7. Attach plug wire to plug. Repeat 6 times. The 3 rear plugs take an extra 4 to 5 minutes each due to less clearance to rear engine compartment wall. Last time I personally did this on a Honda van it took me an hour and 20 minutes. I checked the 2 flat rate books I have access to and the time allowance was 1.5 hours on the first and 2 hours on the second. I was a bit shocked when Squeaky sent me an estimate for $419 net after a 50 buck discount. Simply put, you priced yourselves out of future work from me. My brick and mortar independent garage beat your price by almost exactly $150. I was a businessman myself, and I know you need to make a profit. I wish you well in the future, but have to rate this transaction as 2 of t stars due to unreasonable pricing. Cannot see using Squeaky in the future.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.
