My car failed because the on board computer was not ready but they are giving free retest and told me to complete a drive cycle and was given instructions on how to do and come back after which I did..And my vehicle passed the second time..The technician was so nice that he has given instructions on what to do so my vehicle will be ready when i come back for retest.. Went to get a smog check because they have good pricing, but don't get fooled like I did. Total waste of time and money. I had a shield put on my Toyota Prius because my catalytic converter got stolen. They failed my smog test and made me pay $30 just to tell me to get the shield off first, then come back for a retest. My question is why couldn't you have told me that BEFORE doing the test and charging me $30?! It seems pretty calculated to me. This place is nothing short of amazing. Arrived Monday morning around 9:30am, Marco greeted me in the service drive and took my vehicle in immediately. The 1st thing I noticed was how courteous he is. Though Marco had a mask on, you can tell he was speaking with a smile. I was in and out of there in just about 15 min. When I feel people are a bit above average in the service category, I will always leave a little tip as a token of appreciation. So, that I did. One thing to note, the driveway is NOT lowered car friendly. My stock height sedan scraped going in, and I can only imagine the struggle for a lowered car. 1 Star for business practices, 2 star because the worker was trying to be helpful. I was on a time crunch and was trying to get my car smogged as soon as possible. I called the shop as it was one closest in the area, asking them if there was a line for the service. The person who I talked to LIED to me saying there was no one at their business and they could take me right away. Cool. I get there within 10 minutes, being told there was 3 people ahead of me. Now I wouldn't write this review on a normal basis, but to be told that "all of a sudden we just got a line of people.." was kind of a backhand to me. I get it y'all need business due to the current situation of the world, but you don't need to lie to people. I also get it smogs take 10-15 min a car, but it still isn't excusable to lie to people. I can't speak for their work or efficiency of service but if it is anything like their honesty and integrity, you might want to take your business elsewhere. Was there on a Sunday morning and there was only one person ahead of me. Took 20 mins total in n out. Tip: The incline into the driveway is very steep, it scarps normal cars too.
