Oh my goooossshhhhh. Everything we ate here was delicious. MVP was definitely the pulled pork sandwich, it is absolutely out of this world... every bite is a flavor explosion. Can't recommend it enough! The brisket burger and Korean BBQ beef were also very tasty and I recommend dipping the fries in the sauce that comes with the sandwiches. I have to add that the pork was a hit with our 3 year old and 1 year old sons, too. That's how you know it's a win!!!! The owner was working and he was super friendly, kind and helpful, too. Hit and miss on food. The hit: brisket burger and fries are both very good! Worth a trip! The middle: Korean BBQ is pretty good. Could use a little more flavor. The miss: a big miss! The Islander is awful. Chunks of "chicken" -- not sure what part of the chicken these small pieces come from. I know this place from one of their other locations in my former state of MN, so I was excited to hear about them opening another somewhat near me in FL. Let me tell you, this place is every bit as good and SO worth the 45 min drive for me from St Pete. AND at this location they have a special Cuban sandwich as one of their staples which I tried for the first time, and now it's even harder to decide what to eat when I visit. Be sure to look this place up when ever you're in the area. It's fast casual, inexpensive, and GOOD!! Oh and don't be afraid to try the soft serve, it's also delish!! read more

Enjoyed a quick dinner here during our first stay on AMI. I tried the 'Cuban' which was ok, and hubby enjoyed the beef brisket burger which we both found delicious! We tried the poutine fries after reading the great reviews and thought they were ok, just not our thing. This restaurant is across the street from our condo at Bradenton Beach Club. We arrived late and didn't want to deal with dinner so we called in an order for take out. The food is fantastic and very flavorful. I ordered "The Islander" which is a great combination of flavors. The chicken was very well prepared and the bread was fresh and delicious. My husband ordered a special with white BBQ sauce which he devoured. We ordered two sides; Cole slaw and chips. The Cole slaw was just about as good as it gets and the chips were outstanding with spice and a dipping sauce that was amazing! While we didn't eat there the atmosphere is excellent and the property is very clean. Good job Smoqehouse!! read more

This small restaurant gets 5 stars from me due to food, ambiance and super friendly staff. Parking can be very tight due to beach location but it is worth it if you are in the area. The buns the sandwiches are made with are just right as not too bready and very light. They use interesting mix of flavors. We tried a special with mango bbq chicken and a kale salad. Next visit may go off the diet and try poutine fries! Menu has interesting choices such as Korean bbq, jerk chicken, and a soft serve ice cream with olive oil and sea salt. read more

The Brisket burger is hand ground brisket, smoked cheddar, carmalized onions and smoqn' sauce. Get one of those with an order of poutine fries and you will be in heaven. Great addition to AMI! Four of us ordered different sandwiches-everyone of the choices was a winner. Pulled pork is a signature, Cuban was outstanding. Excellent Cajun chicken, and generous pork loin sandwich were rounded out with fries. We took ours to go, but had we dined there, I'm sure all would have pulled a cold beer out of the cooler to go with.Very industrial vibe inside with stools at the window, large shared table under fun light fixture. Found Smoqehouse while I was out for a run. The smoking bull and craft sandwiches sign brought me back to try their food. We tried the Korean beef, ground brisket burger, Cubano and regular fries. The bread on each sandwich was phenomenal - fresh and did not get soggy. The ground brisket burger was the winner! We had to come back before we left to get another brisket burger and the poutine. The flavor in the gravy was just like grandmas gravy growing up. This place should definitely be on your list when visiting Bradenton Beach! read more

We were on vacation and decided to visit this gem! There were only 2 guys (Chef/owners) working and the restaurant was half full. But we're approached as soon as we entered the restaurant by a guy from the Kitchen (multi-tasker) asking if we had any questions about the menu. Once we decided what we wanted we ordered..The beef brisket Burger and The pulled pork with slaw, their fries and the Smoq"n sauce. Everything was awesome! I could have dipped everything in the Smoq"n sauce it was yummy!!! The chefs were great, even came out cleaned tables, did registers and even conversed with us. I told one guy how much I loved the sauce and he gave me a few Ingredients to start with but could not give out the other secret ingredients, which I understood but told him we hoped we would be back next year to eat their again.
