If you're all about good taste, I wouldn't recommend this place and even the rubs didn't make much of a difference. We tried Sneakbird the other day. While the option for Non-fried chicken is an excellent idea, our experience was less than stellar. The chicken appears to be tenderloins. We had one order each of breaded and naked chicken. We chose sweet potato tots with one order and regular tots for the other. The Naked is about as naked as it gets. No seasoning at all. Great if you have allergies or food sensitivity. It was dry though. I don't know if that will change as this newly opened location or they want to make sure it's cooked thoroughly. So sauce was a necessity for us. The breaded chicken was okay. Not quite as dry but lacking any memorable flavor. So yeah that needs dipped in sauce too. Chicken-wise, maybe ordering as a sandwich would be better. I'm sure tomato, lettuce etc would accentuate the chicken. We both loved the sweet potato tots. Flavorful, non greasy, sweet, a tad crunchy. Perfect. The plain tots have no seasoning of their own. Dip time. But again, the plus is, they aren't greasy! I can't say we'll order from them again. Overall it was an underwhelming experience. We might try again and try a sandwich. They do have many sauces for dipping. We ordered several. The Fools Gold and the Bourbon BBQ were our favorites. read more

Cute little restaurant with fantastic food. I love the healthy menu choices. No grease fried food. I got the chicken wings and they were the best I've ever eaten and they're healthy too. I ordered online with a ready time of 1:16pm. I get inside it's 1:12pm gentleman told me my order was almost ready. I didn't get my food until 1:24pm. After asking about my order again. Come to find out it was just sitting there. I got home which is around the corner to Luke warm food. The food was mid. Ordered our food to go, was told 15/20 minutes. Sat down at a table to wait. The few people who were also waiting on to go orders also complained about their long wait times. Then to my surprise multiple orders after ours were delivered before ours. Our order finally arrived 43 minutes later. Zero apologies were given; just had it dropped at the table. I know they just opened and there will be growing pains but there is zero excuse for an order of two chicken sandwiches to take 40+ minutes on a Sunday around 7pm. Go elsewhere if you are in a hurry! We paid for 3 extra sauces at $2.95 only to later be asked by several people walking around if we needed any extra sauces. We were asked a total of 8 times if we needed anything else. upon entering the surprise location, the floor was greasy, shoes stuck to it. went to get a table outside, the chairs and tables needed to be wiped down. informed the cashier and 5 minutes later she walked through the eating area with a dripping wet towel, slopped it on the tables and chairs without wiping them down. understand we showed up fifteen minutes after opening. I got 2 tender sliders and my husband got a 4 tender meal. the chicken was very greasy, was expecting something that was much better! I took two bites of one slider and my husband couldn't finish one tender.
