Our first visit, and we had a late breakfast. We sat outside because the weather was pleasant. The food was good and we were hungry so we ate everything up. Their version of corned beef hash is hashbrowns with big chunks of corned beef (like half inch cubes). Nothing wrong with that, but that's a different style than the more commonly seen diner-style hash. Very oddly, the coffee was so bland that it did not taste like coffee at all. I had to trade in my coffee for a latte. The waiter acknowledged that somebody might have accidentally made an exceptionally weak batch of coffee. So that was a disappointment, but we will likely try this place again. read more

This place was good. I like the atmosphere. I can see how this is a popular destination for brunch. The pancakes were solid. They made enough where you aren't to full but filled. I appreciate the creativity of the eggs Benedict. They just kind of missed the mark for me. Overly priced for just ok eggs Benedict. I wouldn't say bad but would say amazing. Just solid. read more

This was a cute clean spot with great service. I got the shrimp and grits , which came with an egg on it, and it was full of flavor. I got bacon, which was thick, crispy and delicious. I also got a margarita mimosa and this was really good. I would definitely recommend coming here. read more

Oh Snooze, the legendary breakfast spot that has swept the nation with locations all over the red, white, and blue. In the past, when trying to get breakfast at Snooze, I've either had to make a reservation or am awaited with a long and arduous wait when doing a walk-in visit. However, I came here on Memorial Day, and to my surprise, was immediately seated. The staff was incredibly friendly. With an extensive menu, Snooze is bound to satisfy anyone eager to have a delicious breakfast/brunch. We were feeling sweet, so we ordered the OMG! French Toast. This was accompanied by an Iced Matcha, and Iced Chai. We told the staff that we would be sharing the scrumptious French Toast, so they served it to us split. Wow! They Toast was phenomenal! Tasty, not too sweet, accompanied with strawberries, and just the perfect breakfast to get the body going. If you're looking for breakfast in the Galleria, you better not snooze on Snooze. read more

This is the second Snooze location I've been to and they don't really differ that much. We got there around 11:30am on a Saturday and sat out on the patio. Our waiter was decent but our food took over 35 minutes to come out. Then they forgot my pancakes but he was kind enough to give that to me on the house. The food lacks flavor but it's cheap eats so can't complain too much. read more

Nice and pretty cool spot! (Galleria area) Thanks for the Vegan Support. Plenty of parking as it is located in a plaza. Offers indoor and outdoor eating with umbrellas, just in case the sun is a bit unbearable. Service was grate as well, we were greeted at the door, the server checked on us several times through our visit. The wait to get it may have been half the time forecasted or less. (great) Portions were pretty decent in size. If I had a con to this meal and visit would be to have a little more seasoning on the tofu scramble, overall it's worths another visit and it paired well with the hash. My first time using the waitlist on yelp! Selected to be placed on the list and checked in once I got to the restaurant. Our wait wasn't long. We were seated outside as the first available opening. It turned out to be cold this morning so we asked to be moved. Our server informed the hostess, but we went ahead and ordered. I hike waiting for our food we were offered a table inside. We finished our breakfast inside and with the same server. Kudos to Nate for remembering us outside his station. Clean bathrooms It appeared to be a busy place so our reservation was helpful. Blueberry streusel pancake was amazing then the strawberry one. The pineapple one, i liked the concept of it but i think it needed a little Something extra. The blueberry had cream cheese so it reminded you of a blueberry cheese cake sweet and savory, the sausage links were good and the eggs were good just wish the cheese was mixed in vs melted on top. I also taste the double bacon sandwich the pork belly was very good and seasoned. The sauce and home made pickles made it even better. I would recommend everything read more

I went today since I wanted breakfast for lunch. It was a very disappointing experience. The staff in front was very friendly and welcoming, but the rest of the visit was less than ideal. The waitress took a while to take my order, despite the restaurant not having a lot of guests. I ordered a special lemonade, which was pricey and ok, but nothing special. I had to ask for water since it was not offered. I asked the waitress about a specific dish and she recommended it. It was a hash brown breakfast dish with eggs.It took a while to come out. The dish was on a very small plate and came with no toast. for almost 16 it was very disappointing. The hash browns were flavorless and stringy, the bacon on top was soggy and the whole dish was definitely nothing like the description. I asked for extra toast, which never came. also was never asked about any refills or if I needed anything else. When finished I had to wait for a while to get my bill, and was finally able to flag the waitress down. I was charged for the toast which never came and pointed that out. I paid over $25 for a small disappointing dish and a lemonade. Definitely not worth it. read more

I've been a patron of this Snooze atleast 2 years. I said I'd try it once, and I've been addicted to their Bravocado Toast ever since. This review is to set expectation for anyone visiting or taking out. The two dishes I order ( Bravocado & Pancake flight with plain and Snooze Blueberry Danish pancakes) are always winners as far as taste both in the restaurant and for takeout. They provide real maple syrup for the pancakes and I never feel they skimp on ingredients. However, this location is insanely busy at any reasonable "brunch hour". I've yet to avoid a line, and I find the takeout hit or miss. Sometimes they forget the syrup for my pancakes. Sometimes the wait staff is rude when I arrive to pick up my order. Sometimes I'm waiting 5-10 minutes for an order with a set pickup time. Sometimes my food is room temperature and soggy by the time I drive 5 minutes from the restaurant to the house, but occasionally my order is perfect and service is great. It's a toss up but if you do go, try the Bravocado Toast (their version of Avocado Toast) & the Snooze Blueberry Danish Pancake (no syrup needed) read more

Grabbed brunch here on one of the mornings in Houston. No reservation was required but luckily we were seated immediately with a packed house. Very diner like environment. There was also an open bar inside. I had ordered the corn beef hash with an orange snoozius. Wasnt the typical corn beef I was used to where the meat is ground and the hash browns are in squares. The hash browns are large shaved pieces with chunks of shredded beef. It was okay. I had to add extra pepper and their habanero sauce to get some flavors. Its served with 2 eggs and 2 toast (or tortilla) of your liking. I asked for sourdough but I believe I just got plain white. The orange snoozius was my favorite. Consist of orange juice, vodka, orange liquor and some other stuff. Tastes JUST like a orange creamsicle with a hint of adulthood. My significant other got cold pressed watermelon juice but didnt taste so much like it. Our server Hiram was nice. Quick and attentive. Service was good. Didnt find much that was special other than my drink. My sister got some benedicts which originally i was gonna order but glad i didnt. The english muffins were tough and hard. The only thing that made it chewy a bit was the hollandaise sauce. Their poached egg was a little overcooked so didnt get much of that nice, wet egg porn. read more

We recently visited this location for brunch, and were disappointed. The food was good. Our go-to is usually one dish of breakfast burrito and the other dish a pancake. The breakfast burrito can be made vegan and is always delicious! I love all of their pancakes on the menu. The -2 stars is because of cleanliness. Many of our utensils were dirty and we had to ask for separate sets. There were also tons of flies inside! TIP: for visiting any snooze location, come early if you're visiting on a weekend. By 10AM there will be a wait to get a table. read more

Everything was amazing! Food was too tier and I can't wait to swing by before we leave to return home to try some more food options. Just an FYI the crab and asparagus only has omelette comes with 1 ounce of crab meat so don't expect to see huge chunks. I got the huevas tostada with the shredded beef and it was A1 so are the pancakes. I came here for breakfast with my family to feast. I ordered the crab and asparagus omelette and the strawberry shortcake pancake. The omelette was a bit of a let down and not what I was expecting, however, the pancake was very filling and the perfect cure for a sweet tooth. I also tried my sister's sweet potato pancake and it was a lot! A lot of goodness but so filling. I left there dragging my feet because I was so stuffed. Snooze is simply a great breakfast spot. Super relaxed and happy atmosphere and attentive staff. I got the chilaquiles off the new for spring menu and it was SO yummy! Totally hit the spot. All their bacon is great, but you need to try the Bacon But Different. It's got a little kick to it but the sweetness balances it out. As you walk in, you'll be greeted by the 70's/80's/90's bar music of rock/disco and chessboard floor pattern. Then you get your drink order from one of the many pleasant bartenders (or Louie) and sit either inside or outside and think to yourself you're the luckiest person in the world. So they specialize in three things: cocktails/liquors, cigars, and patio seating. When you combine all three of those, it's the perfect bar. Cocktails such as ol fashions and cape cods are plentiful here. I also appreciate they do a new york sour here which is an underrated cocktail. Cigars are sold here too and they have cutters and plenty of torch lighters to spark them up. Outside on their patio deck has plenty of seating with some of those heaters in case you houstonians can't handle the cold. Only gripe is I wish they had a larger wine selection as they only have bordeuax or a red blend. Not sure if they serve white wines either. But there's wine bars for that. You're here for the hard stuff or a quick beer, maybe a cigar, and definitely a peace of mind. That's what keeps me coming back!

Then topped off with a little PB&J cookie. The second drink was some Peach drink- I forgot the name- but it was also a whiskey drink topped with a peach gummy candy. The drinks sound sweet but they are perfectly balanced. Everything was perfect, we'll be back for round 2 soon.
