I took my Mom here for birthday brunch. Two years ago I tried to have Sunday brunch with a friend. The wait was nearly two hours long. We opted to leave. But today I can say it was well worth the wait. The signature pancakes are the best pancakes I've ever had. How do they get them so moist and flavorful? I must know. They are delightful, delectable, and delicious. I really enjoyed the sweet potato mash and my Mom loved her veggie omelette. The portions are just right. The decor is super cute. I try and get here each day I am in town. I always sit at the bar. Tori (so?) is just the friendliest server. She genuinely brightens your day. The other young lady whose name is Alyssa, I think, is also exceptional. I have had the OMG French Toast and it is in fact OMG! It is filled with marscapone an topped with syrup, and vanilla and a little caramel with fresh strawberries! Then I tried the Benedict's! Wow! This isn't just some ordinary Benedict. They have a variety of different types and the best part; they offer a duo where you can try two different flavors. So far I have had the Bella (my fave so far, thanks for the recommendation Alyssa), the habanero pork belly which isn't for the faint of heart, but well worth it, and today I am trying the Bella with the barbacoa as the other side of the duo. The bacon was by far my favorite with its sweet and chili flavor combination. We also tried a few different Mimosa flavors that were overall good. We can here for brunch on a Saturday. We put on name on the waitlist on Yelp and missed out spot when it was called due to not being able to find parking quick enough. They ended up making us wait about 20 more minutes which was fine because we walked around the Orange Circle to get some coffee while we waited. They are however quite the stickler for being there right when your name is called or they will give your table up. It almost happened again when our table was ready the second time Decoration reminded me of a diner you would find at Disneyland, especially Cars Land. Food was good. Portions are big. Loved coming to this cafe on a Sunday morning. Great start to our day! We sat outside on the patio. I love the hours to this eatery because I can get an early start, and my party can get back in time to catch the football game haha. Our server Rod was very friendly and had a great sense of humor! After eating at the San Diego locations then making my way to the Tustin location - I'm glad I was finally able to try the Orange location albeit during a pandemic. We came in around 7:15 am on a Friday because we wanted to beat the crowd. There was plenty of parking and Orange Circle has a new parking structure which is good news. I've always thought Snooze was expensive and the portions were small but I guess things have changed for me. We order the pancake flight (pineapple upside down, sweet potato, and subbed in the funky monkey French toast), corned beef hash with over medium eggs and side of corn tortillas, and the breakfast sandwich (had arugula and pickled onions) The servers were really friendly even though they've probably been there since six! We were checked in a couple times and provided new glasses of water when we were empty. The pancake flight (5/5); Though a little sweet, it's expected. The variety of having three different flavors means that there's something for everyone. I was actually really impressed with the French toast. It tasted like they used banana bread as it was thick and felt like a loaf. The caramel sauce from the sweet potato made its way through the plate and it was divine. Definitely for the sweet tooths in the group. Corned Beef (5/5) Usually my sister doesn't like corned beef and I wasn't expecting the big pieces of meat mixed in with the crunchy hashbrowns. I would definitely order it with toast next time but it was good portion and I was really excited to have this meal. Breakfast Sandwich : The bread and the sauce and the pickled onions made this a great sandwich for the morning. It was so flavorful! I also like the little hashbrown patty they provide with this dish. Overall, come with a safe number of people and make sure you get the pancake flight!! This place is a great little gem! Pros: Food and service are amazing! Easy to find parking since there is a free parking garage within a 5 minute walk. Plus it is in the orange circle! It can have a very long wait time. So prior to arriving you can join the waitlist on your phone. This will save you a lot of time because you will technically be "waiting" while you are driving to the restaurant. At the restaurant you will need to check in with the host/hostess, but after you check in just wander around the circle. A great restaurant and definitely worth a try. The only downfall is how incredibly long the wait time can get, but that is out of the restaurants hands sometimes. read more

This was our second visit. All the servers were so nice and accommodating to us and my husband's dietary restrictions. Even if they forgot and added spices that had seeds, they quickly had our dish of the Juan's Tacos remade. The pancake of the week was a cereal one, sorry can't remember what it was, but again not a whole lot of flavor. Our fav by far is the blueberry danish pancake. We really love the lemon filling and the icing drizzle. We felt like it had the most flavor. The Juan's tacos were very good, with hash browns inside, the scrambled eggs, chili lime seasoning (which for us had to be on the side) but I definitely sprinkled a lot on my taco which gave it great flavor. The pico de gallo also gave it some flavor and was delicious on the taco. The only bummer was once again an hour or so later both my husband and I had that awful greasy taste in our mouths and upset tummies. I guess we just don't do grease well. As our corn tortillas did glisten with grease. I also ordered a Mocha and it came with a nice pile of whipped cream drizzled with Chocolate syrup. Beware...it is very sweet and could have stood to be a bit hotter. Once again worth a visit. They are only open till 2 or 2:30 pm and serve breakfast and lunch. read more

Came here on a Sunday morning and waited about an hour and a half. Luckily it's located in a large shopping plaza so that kept us busy after putting ourselves on the waitlist. It was bustling with people and staff didn't bat an eye at us as we were seated. Once our food came we could feel eyes watching us, waiting for us to finish so the next party could take our seats and the waitress kept coming by multiple times before bringing us our check. Yes, there is an understanding that it's a busy restaurant but at the same time, paying customers should not feel like they're being shooed out after such a long wait. Pretty bummed out by an experience I had there a couple weeks ago regarding check-in seating. I discovered a glitch in the system, emailed the general manager whose business card was at the front of the restaurant. Never heard back. Had to call corporate, leave a message only to get a call back 4 days later, corporate left me a voicemail asking for me to email them, I did, and continue to wait for their reply and nobody's responding to my emails.
