    Snooze at DIA is decent breakfast airport food, if needing a full meal and you have enough time. I built my own omelet, and it came with toast and a hash brown patty. The food was decent overall, plenty to eat. Of course prices always seem more than they should but it's airport pricing, and you're probably going to pay almost as much for a fast food option which isn't as good. I also ordered the spicy Bloody Mary which was delish and came loaded with veggies. Server was attentive and quick, which is needed when you have limited time before a flight. Ambiance is--open. It's an airport and there is no mood or privacy.

    Don't bother with waitlist, it is ignored, wait in line and you will be seated faster. I foolishly added myself to waitlist and stepped back to see two groups immediately seated ahead of me as they walked up without using waitlist. Net result was a fifteen minute wait before my order was taken. Service was probably slower than other snooze I have eaten at, not a good thing for an airport hotel. You need to allow at least one hour. Poached eggs served with corned beef hash were only slightly warm and hash browns themselves were slightly mushy. Corned beef was good. The toast came with a very small portion of jam. Not up to standard of Snooze outside the airport. Disappointed!

    Stopped in at the airport since I was early for my flight. Our server Hannah was fabulous. This spot is busy but I have to say this is the best Snooze location I've been to (take what you want from that note lol). The Benny duo was fabulous. I had the classic and the one with avocado and both were delicious. Nice and filling right before a long flight. The spot looked pretty similar to a normal Snooze. It had the atomic/MCM styling and it was light, bright, and clean!

    I had a three hour morning layover before my next flight and really wanted to try to find something decent to eat where I could sit and enjoy it. This menu is impressive for airport so off I went. Located on the second floor of the B terminal main mezzanine, it took me a while to get my bearings and find it but, when I did I was able to check in myself at the automated host stand and within about 5 minutes I was seated. Service was excellent and I ordered the Sweet Potato wrap with house chips. This wrap was amazing! It was loaded to the brim with veggies and delicious goodies and I chose to add chicken sausage. Coffee was fresh and I was in and out quickly with a full stomach.

    Nice breakfast place on concourse B. The service was quick even though the restaurant was very busy. The food was good and priced well to be in an airport. I tried the tacos and added bacon for extra protein. There was a sauce on the bottom that was really delicious. The portions of all the food were really big though so keep that in mind. I would visit if in the Denver airport again.

    You can get good food in an airport! Snooze has incredible gf pancakes. They are BIG! I should have gotten just 1 but I did get to share and bring some home. I got the pineapple upside down. It has little chunks of pineapple and what may be a vanilla sauce. The dollop in the middle is brown sugar which I passed on. My husband got the OMG French toast with strawberries and vanilla. It was a perfect size for him. Add an iced tea and grapefruit juice for a perfect breakfast, lunch, dinner. Our server Tim made the experience friendly.

    Reliably good - now that I've eaten here twice! 3 weeks ago, I found myself on the upper deck and things looked promising. I met Kristin (female) at the bar bc the other section was closed at the time; she was welcoming yet laid back, friendly, informative and all kinds of neat. She answered all my questions and put a lot of thought into her answers. My mushroom burger, fries, and Diet Coke with grenadine were on point. So kudos to the chef too!! Today, after talking the place up with a pilot and facing a 7 hour layover, I swung by again And met Walter! He's terrific, sweet, conscientious, patient as he let me ramble on and on in Spanish and Italian (if you see his last name, you'll get it), he checked in with everyone, engaging only as much as ppl were willing to engage which is quite a skill. He too answered all my questions thoughtfully in trying to parse what would best address my appetite So, were batting 1000 this month Keep up the good work, Snooze!

    I sat at the bar and got the pancake flight. I liked the pineapple one a lot. It was really good food for an airport, so I'll have to try their normal locations now. The staff was friendly and I sat at the bar, which kept getting busier the longer I was there.

    There's just something about eating breakfast in an airport that just felt right. This was a lot of food because I subbed out my toast for French toast but I'm so glad I did. It was some of the best French toast I've had in awhile. Everything was great, bubbles, 'browns and bacon!

    Who knew that we'd be ending up spending 24 long, painful hours in the Denver Airport - had we known that we would have eaten more here, because the food was surprisingly good. Not what you expect necessarily in an airport. We had the brioche breakfast burger and the corned beef hash. Both were really good. Our server was Walter, who seemed to handle all the chaos around him with ease. Later, we wished we had ordered more, believe me.

    Eggs were cold, toast was barely toasted. Hard to mess up breakfast. Overall just pretty mediocre food.

    First, the positive: - Food was good…read more- Ambiance was nice Neutral: - Service was fair - Place was clean - Prices were fair Now the negative: - Wait time was longer than quoted - When it's time to pay the bill, they use a handheld device so you don't see a copy of the charges unless you scroll through. Upon doing so, you notice they've added two unusual changes -- a 2% "restaurant impact fee" and a 1% "kitchen staffing fee." We were told that the fee helps pay the kitchen staff because the wait staff doesn't share tips with them. We asked to have it removed and were told it cannot be removed. This is a problem based on principle and nothing else. There are costs associated with running a business. Pay your employees properly so that these fees don't need to be added. Be honest about it -- increase the cost of menu items if necessary -- but don't add HIDDEN fees! It makes you look slimy and dishonest. At the very least, remove the fees when your customers don't want to pay them. This really pales our opinion of this place. It's irritating and embarrassing for everyone, including the wait staff who have to explain the fees to the patrons, and in this case, receive a smaller tip.

Location (4 stars) This restaurant is downtown near the convention center. parking is pricy if you valet park at the hotel. Last year it was around $40. Parking in the lot across the street for $25 dollars Easter Sunday. If you use a walker, I would not recommend the parking lot across the street. Food (3 Stars) The Thanksgiving buffet is the best one. I would rate that buffet a (4). The Christmas and Easter buffet are pretty low key. There is a carving station (ham and prime rib). There is an omelet station. Dessert bar is decorative. Cheesecake was delicious. The warming station with potatoes, sausage etc. leaves much to be desired. The charcuterie station is sparse. They offer unlimited mimosas for an additional $25. Service (5 stars) Staff are extremely friendly. Cleanliness (2 stars) My only complaint, I saw a tabletop being cleaned off with a rag used to clean the chairs and then under the table on the floor and on to the next tabletop.     During the last few Denver Restaurant Week events, I've tried to take the offerings as an…read moreopportunity to sample restaurants that I haven't tried, or otherwise may not try, and see if I can add to my list of favorites. I saw Former Saint on CBS News, and the menu and food looked incredible. In particular, that white chocolate blueberry cheesecake was something I know my hubby would look forward to all week! I loved the idea of local food and fresh homemade dishes. Sounds healthy, after a week of potential over-indulgence at other restaurant week venues. An additional bonus was that it is located right near the Denver Convention Center and the Performing Arts Center. This has become a dry spot for fine dining, with even the choices on Larimer Square growing more thin, giving rise to the inability to get reservations at favorites like Tamayo and Rioja prior to a show. I go to performances frequently with friends, and despite my rule to avoid hotel restaurants (Former Saint is in the Hyatt Regency), I thought I'd scope out Former Saint as a place to take my friends before the next symphony or Children's Chorale or ballet or broadway performance. I must say, the jury is still out. Former Saint was a Jekyll and Hyde of courses. Parking was not difficult (Yay, maybe I can park here prior to my shows, if I grab a bite first). There is a large garage, and the promise of validation from the restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant is typical hotel restaurant. Booths, tables, old and a bit drab. Except for the bar. Oh, my! The bar has this BEAUTIFUL copper creation above it, adding so much industrial character to the space! I was in awe looking at it, as it appeared to bring craft suds to the bartender's taps. I didn't ask how it worked, as it wasn't clear how the beer separation and dispensing worked, but it was a great centerpiece and spectacle for the place. I do wish I had investigated more about this architectural marvel, and will do so if I return. For restaurant week, my husband chose the Lobster Ravioli, Ribeye, and blueberry cheesecake (as predicted). I chose the Gotham salad, roasted chicken, and key lime tart. The lobster ravioli was nice; my husband was surprised that it was a toasted ravioli, but enjoyed it. My salad was full of beautiful greens, pears, walnuts, and feta. No scrimping here! The dressing was light and sweet/sour. The pears were a bit unripe and crisp, to the point that I was having trouble identifying exactly what fruit I was eating, but other than that, the salad was beautiful, healthy, and ample. My husband's ribeye steak was a nice cut, done to his liking. Slivered hash browns were underneath with a nice green chimichurri on top and some sliced Fresnos adding a welcome kick to the dish. My chicken was delightful. 1/2 chicken on the bone, seasoned nicely, and with a pan sauce. The breast was super-tender and delicious. It came atop cheesy grits, which was a yummy substitute for a mashed potato. I also was served side salad of curly lettuce and fennel. I probably didn't need more salad, but I was glad to have the healthy side on my plate. I will say that this salad was over-seasoned. The chicken and grits were great, but the salad too salty. My husband ordered a glass of J. Lohr Cabernet, which was a very nice find on the wine list, as far as a pairing for his ribeye. That said, the glass cost $30! A bit much, I might say. The real detractor, unfortunately, was dessert. The blueberry cheesecake looked nothing like the beautiful creamy white cheesecake accented throughout by purple blueberries, which I saw on the CBS News clip. My husband was served a very small solid purple slice, overcome with whipped cream dollops. This cheesecake had been uncovered in the fridge too long, with sort of a skin on it. My husband ate almost none of it. My key lime tart was similarly over-adorned with whipped cream, although I had some nice raspberries on top. The tart also seemed overexposed to the cool air, with the thickening of a skin on top. It was a very disappointing way to end a nice meal, and belied the healthy, homemade, craft theme. High points of this experience include the well-crafted and healthy entrees, the fact that we could see the convention center right outside our window (i.e., the location is perfect for pre-event or -theater), the $3.00 validated parking fee, and that beautiful copper tap system. Will the pros outweigh the cons? Will we be back with friends? Time will tell.
