I haven't been to a Snuffers in years. We live in Fort Worth and there's not one close. So meeting my son for dinner in Addison and knew where we were eating when I saw there's one next to his apartments. The staff was friendly and it was an early dinner. So no wait to sit down and ordered pretty quickly. The decor is just as I remember it. Cozy and hasn't changed a lot. Which I like! Of course, we had to start with their cheddar fries! Ohhhhh so good! I got my usual mushroom Swiss burger and my son opted for a bacon cheeseburger. Did I mention how good those cheddar fries are! Wow Our burgers came out and they were spot on just as tasty as I remembered them. Snuffers really does a great job with their burgers. I see myself visiting this location again real soon.

As always, the food was absolutely amazing. This location features a charming outdoor seating area, perfect for those who prefer to enjoy their meal on the patio. The atmosphere is lovely, allowing diners to soak up the fresh air while savoring their delicious dishes.

Chicken strips are great and fries are pretty good as well. I've had every burger on the menu all excellent. This is a lunch time favorite. Travis

Stopped in on a whim was celebrating, and really just wanted one of their black bean burgers! They still are one of my favorite veggie burgers in Dallas, and the cheese fries with green onions are delicious! Killer, happy hour appetizer venue, so I also got the happy hr nachos! Bartender Amy made me a wonderful drink to compliment my celebration meal! There is some construction surrounding this location, so it can be a bit difficult to get to. The best way is from Belt Line before you get to Midway. Snuffers does not disappoint. Go, check it out!

If you love burgers with poppy seed buns, this is a good place to have burgers. Very quiet and relaxed environment inside. Try the fried pickles if you want to try a appetizer. I had the classic snuffers burger with cheddar cheese. Good service and friendly staff.

Next to the Tollway on Forest, there's an immense parking lot next to the restaurant, so we parked with ease. Their menu is digital which is fascinating, but I still had a heckuva time choosing. The beef is grass fed. There is Bison, Lamb, Impossible Patties and signature burgers like the Liberty Burger, The Great Smash (with Vidalia onions), South of the Burger, The Libertine (turkey), the Napa, Wild West and many more. They also have Burger Bowls and sandwiches and salads. There's Skinny Fries ($2.75) and Onion Rings ($7.50) and Sweet Potato Fries ($3.25). I ordered the Liberty Burger ($9) with LTOP and xtra Gorgonzola ($1.50) and xtra Bacon ($1.50) with giant beautiful Onion Rings from an engaged and smiling server. My husband ordered a wild burger called the Chillerno ($9) topped with Queso Blanco, a Fire-Roasted Poblano Pepper, and Chipotle BBQ sauce on a toasted brioche bun. He also ordered the Skinny Fries - a cupful of super thin cut fries. I apologize for the photos. We were starving and my husband chose to tear into his burger when I got up to get more napkins, but I tried! Everything was very good. The onion rings were fabulous! The batter was terrific. My burger was cooked more than medium. Honestly, it's not often that I get one that's pink unless it's high end. But it was seasoned well and dressed with enthusiasm. My husband's poblano pepper was huge, but he loves peppers and so, loved his burger. We also shared a strawberry shake with whipped cream and a cherry. ($5.50) Liberty is a comfy place with a long banquette and then mostly tables and chairs. We had a good time there. I guess they have a wastage reason for not having napkins at the table for some of the messiest food on the planet, but we survived. We would love to go back.

No awkward waits. Just smooth, professional service. The ambiance was on point too -- relaxed, comfortable, somewhere you can actually sit and enjoy your meal. Now to the star of the show: the KICKIN' CHICKEN FRIED BACON BURGER. Fresh double beef patties, Jake's hickory sauce, melted cheese, crisp lettuce, red onion, chipotle mayo -- and topped with two thick, deep-fried slices of chicken fried bacon. Let me pause right there. That bacon? Crispy, thick, and absolutely amazing. It complemented that burger perfectly. The texture alone was next level. Everything blended well. The poppy seed bun was different, but it worked. It held everything together without falling apart -- and that matters with a stacked burger like this. Now here's my honest transparency: the patty was a little overcooked for my liking. Not dry, but just a touch longer on the fire than I would have preferred. Dial that back slightly and this burger would be a full-on knockout. I also had the onion rings -- crispy, not greasy, solid choice. And let's not ignore the SPICY MANGORITA. Mi Campo Blanco, mango, jalapeño, lime, Tajín -- and yes, I had two. Smooth with a little kick, that sweet heat balance was working. If you like a margarita that flirts with spice but doesn't overpower you, this is it. Would I go back? Absolutely. Next time I'm trying the chicken fried steak. I'm a fan, and now I need to see what Jake's does with it. I know there are other locations along the way back to Austin -- I think I spotted one in Waco -- so that may be my next stop. Great service. Great vibe. Strong food with just a small tweak needed on cook time. I'll be back.

Onion rings were a surprise. Took me straight back to the Santa Monica Pier. Something about them just hit memoryville. The hotdog had that old school flavor. I was the only car in line at the drive through. I was hoping the food would make up for it but the cheeseburger was way too sour with the mustard and pickles together. The Jack's fries had promising seasoning but were way too salty. Basically inedible. I had a stomachache later that night either from the sourness of the burger, the saltiness of the fries, or both. Would not recommend.

There was plenty of seating at the restaurant with long tables, sit down tables, and outdoor seating. After choosing our table we waited 15 minutes before our waitresses showed up. They were very busy with the lunch rush so it took awhile between everything. It even took awhile to get our waters. One waitress was in training and learning from the other. The positive was that the waitresses were friendly throughout. After looking at the menu and waiting another 15 minutes we finally placed our order. We got our appetizer after waiting another 15 minutes. Thankfully that held us over until we got our burgers and fries. We started with tostada chips and queso. It was good and we ate it up pretty quickly. We requested another basket of chips to finish off the queso. To eat with our burgers we ordered hand punched fries and sweet potato fries. The hand cut fries were nice and thick and you could taste the salt. I enjoyed eating them with ketchup. The sweet potato fries were also thick and salty and you could taste the flavor of the potato. No need for ketchup with these fries unless you want it. For my burger I ordered the HL Hunt cooked medium which comes with white cheese, bacon, blackberry compote and mustard. The burger was filling, the cheese was melted but it had little flavor, and the bacon was chewy. The compote was my favorite part of the burger as it added a slightly sweet flavor. I requested a medium cooked burger but it didn't taste that way but it was still good despite that. Overall Rodeo Goat has lots of seating and friendly staff but I would go at an off peak time so that you don't have to wait a long time for everything. The food was still good despite the wait.
