Love sofresh for lunch. I usually go to the downtown one but was in south Tampa today so decided on eating here. Food is just as delicious as the downtown one. The only down side is that its smaller, a lot smaller than the downtown one. Had to wait a few minutes for a table, but one opened up and we were able to enjoy. I had the Super Food Bowl with brown rice and Quinoa. It was delicious. It comes with a vinagrette dressing but I traded it in for their basil pesto dressing. That dressing is so delicious. My husband and I came here for the first time and had no idea what we were walking into. Although the lady at the register was not much help, we soon found that we didn't need it. The menu was very self explanatory. I ordered the breakfast bowl and substituted the rice/quinoa for broccoli and it was far better than what I expected! My husband ordered the stir fry bowl, he said it was delicious but the portion seemed a little small for $10. I originally discovered So Fresh on Uber eats. for months I refused to download the app (I know myself and I wanted to stay away from temptation).But I was at work and extremely hungry. I try my best to eat healthy and stay on track with a healthier lifestyle. I was absolutely addicted to So Fresh after my fist order. The food is always fresh and delicious the workers are extremely friendly. They give you a huge portion size (I usually get the salmon bowl) which is plenty! I wish there was one in Clearwater! Pretty good. I had the power bowl. It was sweet and savory. It was also very filling. It comes highly recommended. Also, the pesto wrap is good. We also had the bbq bowl. It was just fair. Not recommend is the Greek bowl. It has more rice than anything else. If you want healthy this is not her dish to order. I also found it weird that the Greek bowl had a seafood taste to it. Gross. As the name implies there is a variety of fresh made with fresh ingredients options available. Environment: The space is limited but the environment has a earthy & fresh feel to it with the wood work & fresh herb pots everywhere. Food: Soups, salads & wraps is how it goes for the most part. I did not care for the soup I ordered as it just wasn't flavorful. There is room for improvement there. The salads however are made with crispy, fresh & delicious material. The salad dressings are delicious and I love the herb dressing!! I like my wraps and sandwiches with lots of veggies and I found the pesto chicken delicious. Service: The girl behind the counter was rude and had an attitude at a simple question. Which I found unacceptable for a place that just opened!!! As a business you don't want your neighbors to avoid coming in because of unpleasant employees, that's how you go under. Hope they can improve that upon our next visit or well.. Went here for the 1st time & it was delicious, flavorful & great menu items. The service was very friendly & the wait wasn't bad either. Everything is made to order. I ordered the Signature bowl (spinach, romaine, onions, avocado, raisins, etc) with Ahi tuna & the tuna was fresh & tasty. The only reason I gave it 4 stars & not 5 is because I found a blonde hair in my bite, yes, the hair was already in my mouth when I pulled it out! Thankfully I worked in medical field for years & can deal with stuff like this. I didn't say anything to the employees b/c I didn't want to make a scene (it was lunch time & crowded) & I know this happens, I find my own hair at times in my own meals! Gross but true! read more

Wow! So Fresh opened about the same time as Fresh Kitchen which I have been to many times- so I sort of forgot to try this place. It's not Paleo crazed like FK (that's good) but is jam packed with fresh, organic salads wraps and bowls. I had the Granny- spinach, green apples, blue cheese, bacon, grilled chicken and I added a hard boiled egg- for $11 I had it for lunch and dinner and it was really fresh and delicious! This place is great for healthy eating. They have bowls, wraps, and salads. They make everything fresh for you and I can tell you no matter what you order it'll be delicious. The Greek bowl with chicken and the stir fry bowl with Tofu are the best things to order if you ask me. They are pretty quick and the service friendly. Honestly, I'm disappointed on this place. I order the power bowl and it seemed like there was more rice than vegetables.... I don't consider rice to be that healthy... It is an item that most restaurants use to fill in space... It was super greasy I hoped they used olive oil... I've been to SoFresh in SoHo many times and each time, it's exceptional! The food is great (I typically get the Mediterranean salad with grilled chicken) and you leave feeling full but not gross. I know John the owner, he personally is very picky about the quality of the food he serves. Quality First Makes So Fresh SO GOOD. I saw a review about prices being high.. That cannot be further from the truth. When you Buy Fresh Tender Choice Steak, and Real AHI Tuna, and not chemically pumped up shrimp it makes a difference in taste that is well worth the price! I love SoFresh! The food is tasty, wholesome a lot of options for those like me who are in a plant based life style. I am at least a once a week customer at So Fresh because it is close to my work. Some of my favorite items are the power bowl and cali bowl either with Zucchini Noodles or Red Quinoa. Their menu offers a lot of variety and nearly infinite combinations. I don't often eat healthy, but when I do I want it to be tasty. SoFresh filled that need. I got the Superfood bowl and their Classic smoothie (strawberry, banana, and honey). The only thing I wasn't a fan of was having to know my number, for dining in. I wish they would just give customers a sign for their table or whatever, like other restaurants do, and bring the food to the table. Being in a low carb diet sucks when you LOVE and BREATH for pasta and bread. However, I just had the most amazing Zoodles delivered to our office meeting! They were marinated perfectly, the chicken was tasty, the sauce so good that my only complain was that they didn't put enough of it on my dish, and most importantly, it satisfied my craving for pasta while not compromising my dietary restrictions.
