Honestly, his service stood out in a way you don't always expect at a more casual spot ~ he was attentive, friendly, and really on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed or overlooked. It made the whole experience feel elevated! The food was just as good. I ordered the Greek salad with chicken without potato salad, and it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done. I also had Endless Summer cocktail that was smooth, delicious, and perfectly balanced ~ not too strong, not too sweet Even though the place was busy and had a really lively, energetic vibe, the food came out quickly, which was impressive given how packed it was. You can tell it's a true scratch kitchen, and I absolutely love that everything feels thoughtfully prepared. I left impressed and already looking forward to coming back to try more dishes. And the food was pretty much perfect. I ordered the special ($90), a Tomahawk rib-eye cooked Pittsburgh medium and it was prepared perfectly! (see pictures). My girlfriend ordered the seafood Risotto, that was also excellent, with crawfish, scallops and shrimp. I always look forward to their Flame stone salad with pecans, cheese, dried cranberries and creamy balsamic vinaigrette. I would have given 5 stars but for me, at these prices, I would expect the meals to include bread and salad. The rib-eye came with 2 sides, the risotto with nothing.

The owner came out and apologized for the biscuit being what I described as a "disappointment" which it was because as I explained to my server, the owner and the other kitchen manager, I have been all over the world eating great food and this doesn't measure up. The food lacked flavor, and the mistake with my allergy request makes it hard for me to trust them with future orders. Front staff also bland, no smiles, no politeness.
