This Sonic had some of the fastest service I had ever seen. I put my order through the Sonic App and when I pulled into a lot and put in my stall number, only few minutes after my order came out! I have been to many Sonics across Southern California and this one by far beats every other one in speed and quality. It seems to be under new management, as the new general manager Estevan was nice and courteous to us. He brought out everything quick and still very fresh. First time at a Sonic burger. Would love to say it was a great experience but it was not. It was a Saturday at 5:30 pm and they were very busy. It about 25 minutes to get our food for the two of us. They bring us our food which was hot and looked great. We tipped the guy $2.50 and asked him to return with some ketchup for our onion rings and French fries. 10 minutes no ketchup, we finally buzz them inside and ask for ketchup , 15 minutes more food is cold and Still No Ketchup! We tried flagging down someone to no avail. My husband finally went to the front door to go get some inside but the door was locked. We finally gave up and went home. Disappointed. read more

It's easier to just drive through and park. You can't get close enough to use touch screen or pay. I had to get out of the car three times. It's not accidental either. Ate here on the opening day for this new location. Staff worked hard to make customers feel comfortable. The food? It's Sonic fast food, pretty much the same as anywhere in the country. I would give this place a zero star if i could. We went to the stalls next to their restaurant. And one of the workers told us to go wait in the drive thru and we were in bikes and i told him are you sure and he said yes. I was waiting 20 minutes to order in the drive thru and when it comes to my turn to order he comes outside and says the sensor doesn't reach you and he get out of my drive thru with attitude. And then he tells us to go the the stalls again and i pressed the button and he said the stalls are closed. If I could give this a minus 5 stars I would. Came to the new Sonic location on Beaumont 45 minutes later I got my shake. This was one of the worst experiences. I couldn't even get out of the Drive thru. We did receive an apology at the window but from the looks and the experience they have a long way to go before they can get more than one star. We pulled up in the middle of the afternoon and the restaurant looked closed. No one in the stalls or drive thru. Was about to leave and finally saw someone pull into the drive thru. We had a very long wait just for two drinks and an order of tots. I use to enjoy going to sonic when I was in Beaumont but I'll no longer be going unless they can turn this restaurant around and provide better service. Usually people love sonic but they've shot themselves in the foot with their set up. They have over 10 car stations, the drive-thru, eat-in, and mobile orders working against them. A crew of 20 couldn't handle that let alone the 5 kids they have working there. Be prepared to wait, and wait for your food. The food is what it is. You go to sonic for a reason so expecting gourmet is not good but the wait time is a bit crazy and boy do I feel bad for their workers. read more

Ive been coming here since this location opened, pre covid, and I ALWAYS order ahead on the app because its just easier. It NEVER fails that I wait for 20+ minutes. I'm usually pretty patient, mess around on my phone or whatever, but tonight was different. I waited 20 minutes after checking in on the app before pressing the red button just for them to try and tell me to go through the drive thru. Said they were short staffed and they weren't doing stall service anymore. I let her know I already checked in over 20 mins ago. She repeated my order back to me and said oh OK, since yiu already checked in, I'll be right out with your order. Making me think the order had just been sitting there, already made. 10 minutes later I hit the button again, and she again said shed be right out. The poor girl said it was just her and one other person, there was like 10 cara in the drive through. Sonic should have closed the store instead of putting them through that. An hour-long wait. Shakes were all melted and dripping out of the cups. Hotdog was very cold. Had to walk in to retrieve the food. I don't blame staff, I blame the poor management decision to keep all drive-in stalls open knowingly they were short-staffed, as well as not mentioning when taking the order that the wait time will be over an hour. read more

Looking at the menu, I couldn't decide what to order for my dinner, Elaine came up to me and asked if she could help. Don't let the negative reviews guide you astray! I went to this sonic one day after work during happy hour (around 5:30) and I went thru the drive thru. After I ordered my slush, the server came out ~5 minutes later. She brought me my slush while I was in line and took my form of payment to charge me! Of course there's going to be a wait if you order half of the menu but they're pretty fast in my opinion! Definitely worth it read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant! Made a mobile order at 6:05 as I am sitting in the stall waited over 45 minutes pushed the red button and was told my order was on the board and they would be getting to my order soon mind you I order 2 blast I waited another 10 minutes and walked inside to see no employee's at the front registers every single one was in the back beside the ones taking orders out but to see people waiting to order and at least 7 families waiting for the orders they placed over 45 minutes ago we asked for the manager a number of time just to continue to wait for no one to come out each and everyone of the families were only waiting on bags of ice, ice cream, blasts and one was waiting on 2 grilled cheese sandwiches for her kids! A number of us asked for refunds to be yelled at from behind the door "NO REFUNDS" but still no one came out to help. I walk out at 7:15 with no refund and no blasts and 4 families still waiting for a refund or their order. read more

Pretty sure they're all smoking weed after hours in there. I had to drive past the order speaker and up to the window in which I had to wait an additional 6 minutes for an employee to come to the window then he told me his headset was not working... After I ordered, three times.. and he had to ask a 4th time cause it was more than he could comprehend (btw I ordered 2 burgers nothing else) he asked if I wanted a menu. Me and my boyfriend went here for a late night treat and we pulled into the stall and we pushed the button and after waiting 15 min someone came on and said they aren't taking anymore stall orders. Umm ok? So we pulled out the stall and my boyfriend went in to ask if they are open for orders and the shift lead said pull into the stall and push the button again. So we did and he said the same thing? The shirt lead came out and we said hey he said the same thing. So he ( David ) said don't worry I will take my order from you myself. And he did. :) just a minor miscommunication. David the shift leas was very nice and courteous to us. And he even apologized. I still love me some sonic that won't change. But it was very nice for the employee especially the shit lead to come out and take our order :) thank you again David for helping us taking our order. The customer service was great. My Chicago dog tasted like a cold play dough made hot dog my niece would make me and I'd pretend to eat. The hot dog was cold with no texture. I had been warned to not try their burgers because they were crap. So are their hot dogs. The drinks were fine. read more

While waiting for our food we overheard multiple people come to the door stating that they have been already waiting an hour and a half and their order was still not ready.
