Ever since I moved to this area and I've been going to the sonic it's always been horrible service every time I come here I'm waiting about 30 minutes to anywhere from 40 minutes just to get my food then on top of that every time I come here right before I order they always tell me can you wait a few minutes and then they put me on weight for like 25 minutes this place is trash unprofessional they're probably all stoned and can't do the fucking job correct this place sucks as well shut them down read more

Normally I won't write a review about a fast food cuz what do you expect but I'm hoping this will get to someone who can help , I'm trying to understand why it's taken me 3 separate times over an hour , I think it's due to the lack of urgency. 1 time the girl said she was alone but clearly this is not the case only letting 3 cars order at a time then when there finished 3 more this is super rn efficient, when I pull up I wait 10'mins till she hands me foood but when she gets my drinks she stops carry's on a conversation to other girls about a guy over the weekend for 2 mins then hands me my drinks. read more

First time at this location, wait time was kind of long. I am not sure if it usually that slow. We got #2-Doube Cheeseburger Crisp chicken I see one of the car hope going, car to car and finally got to us. Basically someone who putting in the order, put the the wrong number order. They had the car hop, running around looking for us. I know it wasn't her fault, but process could of been faster if the person put the right number. She was nice and very apologetic towards the mix-up. Tip: * Ask for your condiments while your they are taking your order. * If you are paying by cash give exact change, they don't carry change with them. This is the first time I'm giving this sonic a great review, because Estavan was super nice, helpful, and fast when delivering my order. I ordered through the app, because it normally takes forever just to get like two items. Estavan had great customer service and he repeated back to me my order which has never happened to me before. Well, apparently after their Grand Opening this place has gone down hill. We decided to eat in tonight, even after pushing their red call button it took 7 minutes for someone to come take our order. The girl was nice but s got our order wrong. After waiting for 28 minutes for our food to come out (and there were only 6 cars in the stalls) it was cold. We ate it any way since we paid for and waited for it. While sitting there another woman comes in, whose order they also messed up, after waiting an additional 30 minutes for them to correct it, and the girl working got such an attitude with her. EVERY table in the place was dirty, the trash cans inside were overflowing with trash, the order that was brought back was left on the ordering counter, and when I stated it needed to be thrown away the MANAGER said "Oh" and moved it out the way. There were NINE people in the dining room waiting for literally over 10 minutes, pushing their red call button multiple times. Finally I CALLED them and said there was nine people waiting to order. After another five minutes, said manager SLOWLY walked out from in the back and took their orders. This place isn't going to stay open for long with service like this. I ordered online tonight and went to a stall. I ordered about 10 minutes before I was there and notified them I was at the stall right when I got there. I was thinking it was going to be fast because I only got 2 PRETZELS but instead it took 25 minutes and they still didn't bring it. I had to go through the drive thru and ask for my pretzels. Every-time I come here they are so slow and all I see them do in the drive thru is stand around. The only good things here are the pretzels and ice cream and the food is nasty. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or what but this place is extremely slow. We sat at drive thru 25 minutes and no one ever came on the speaker to take our order. If you take away ONE thing from this review, i hope it's that you're gonna LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR NOURISHMENT! Awful! $4.69 for a cheeseburger, which wouldn't be awful if it were fresh, but trust me it wasn't. When I opened the paper, there it was. Flat, dry piece of meat on a cracked, stale bun with shredded lettuce (yuk), chopped onions, dill pickle and mayo which all looked like it was thrown together and the bun slapped then pressed on top. The cheese was hardly there. I don't know what happened to the cheese! It must have melted away but it was barely there. I did ask for no tomato so i didn't have to deal with that mess, thank goodness. Fries were small, dry and cold. Who sells food like this? Better yet, who buys food like this? Not me. It tasted a lot like a Big Mac, which would have been cheaper and would have tasted much better. There are too many burger joints in this area so we can be a little choosy and I'm sorry to say I can't, with all good conscience recommend this place. Whoever is making the burgers, PLEASE QUIT SMASHING THE BURGERS! And whatever happened to plain all American, crinkle cut fries, cooked correctly to a crispy-good finish and served hot? I really dislike fries that are considered fast-food-fries because they're too thin and small and get too hard and cold too fast. Not enjoyable! Why can't fast food places take a lesson from In-n-Out and wrap their burgers to maintain their shape? If my food looks gross when I first look at it, odds are great that I'm gonna hate the whole thing. Very disappointing experience. Never again! I have been to our Sonic a few times, since their opening a year ago. I am glad they have worked out their "kinks" when they were first opened, because their wait times have improved significantly! I have been pleasantly surprised the last few times I have been there. 2 of the 3 times, I have been served by a teenager named Marissa (according to her badge) and she has been pleasant, friendly, and professional both times. She rushes to get orders out in a timely manner and is always so kind. I love her closing "Have a Blessed Evening" makes my ice cream and crushed ice that much more delicious! It is nice to see young people actually work with enthusiasm and courtesy! My only negative comment...don't eat the pretzels...they are addicting, and I cannot get enough of them!! DON'T USE THE APP!!! We used the App to order, we checked in, our order was on the screen of the stall we were in. 30 minutes later our order disappeared from the screen and we did not get our order. We pushed the red button waited about 3 minutes before someone answered, then we were told we didn't check in, so we would have to re order and wait 20 to 30 minutes. So we asked for a refund. We were told we would get a refund, but we have no way of knowing for sure. There is no way to Contact anyone through the app for customer service. I don't recommend this location and definitely DON'T USE THE APP. read more

This place is packed and not planned for the amount of customers comming or empathy for customers frustration. This place needs to improve on what customer service actually means. Sonic needs to improve service and get management retrained to better serve customers. read more

I went back and the milkshakes are always good! This time I got jalapeño poppers and corndog! It was good for a fast food restaurant! The only con I have still is the speed of service, waited almost an hour for my stuff. Maybe the pandemic made the speed of service slower? Waited five minutes after pushing the red button for someone to come on and tell me it was gonna be a 20 minute wait I don't understand why they couldn't of taken my order then? Then waited an additional 15 minutes and someone finally came on to take my order and they said it would be a 20 minute wait but after waiting that 15 minutes and see about three people get out of their car angrily walking up to the door wanting to know where their order was and how they had already been there for over 30 minutes waiting I decided to go somewhere else. This sonic has go e downhill quick ... do not go to the stalls I ordered 2 drinks and mozzarella sticks 48 mins . Two cars in stalls and one in drive through. Bought dinner there another night waited 45 minutes before anyone said the stalls are closed... I was there 30 mins before the stalls closed . The weight time is really bad. This place is a joke. I don't know how it even has two stars and it only gets one from me because 0 isn't an option. I have now been here twice, and both times it's taken over 40 minutes to get my food. The first time it was cold when it came out despite being told "they're just getting it off the grill".
