This is the worst "fast" (nothing fast about this location) food location any one can come to. The wait is over 45 minutes! They close their dining room but leave the doors unlocked. So you walk in and they don't pay any attention to you. You need to ask call and get there attention for them to tell you the dining room is closed. Instead of wasting 30 minutes inside the dining room the employees should have told me the dining room was closed but instead they just kept looking at me and acting busy. I legitimately hate leaving poor reviews because it's strenuous times however this is absolutely valid and apparently validated by multiple patrons. With that, my wife and I went through the drive thru after several minutes at the box with no answer we thought maybe it broken and decided to go to the window where we sat for 20 minutes and said we tried to get a response at which point the woman at the window went into a full tizzy and closed the window and came back and said "I have 3 other orders behind you but what do you want?!" And we were completely taken a back. We are both woman in the service industry soooo yeah not a good approach. And we said "no thanks we'll go somewhere else." She than tried "educate" us about how you run the business which does not matter to patrons. Get more headsets for your insanely overwhelmed team. She came at us so hot like it was our fault. I will say that I'm sure it's management's fault for the failure of store. I'm sure this isn't managements first rodeo, simply get it together. This is not the patrons fault and having a team that doesn't know how to speak to customers does not bode well for future business. This is based on customer service alone - took my 3 small children to sonic for lunch. We waited for 15 minutes to just order, after asking several employees if someone could help us. Place was empty including drive thru should have told me at lunchtime what's up. Went in and ordered a dog,tots and shake. 22 minutes later I was given a melted shake a rubber textured dog and cold tots. I have actually never had this kind of experience at a restaurant. My family and I came in and stopped at the ordering console. Jessica took our order and then we waited for 15 minutes. We were confused and called in to talk to someone because every one around us were getting their orders and the drive thru was moving consistently. She said she was sorry and that they were extremely busy and behind. We told her that we understood and waited for another 15 minutes and again saw the same thing. When we called to her. The same woman who has spoken to us the first 2 times (and who took our order) said she was behind and that the people who were getting their food was Uber or DoorDash. However- the drive drive thru was moving so consistently. Jessica asked for our order number and said she could not find us. Then told us someone" put it in the drive thru orders. This sonic and their employees are a joke... Every employee tells us something different. Their employees don't know what they're talking about. I try to order on my app and I get passed around like a hot potato when in reality their app isn't even showing up in the back. This is now the second time. Corporate will be called in the morning because something needs to happen. And the manager Markita yelled at my girlfriend when my girlfriend was tired of me getting tossed back and forth between people saying that the app works and I press such and such for a stall number and they'll look inside for me. We don't come to sonic often but we needed a quick meal that could cater to our family of 5 before we headed out of town. Well we got the exact opposite. We had sat in the drive through for one hour. NO FOOD. NO DRINKS. Once we got our food brought out after I had gone in to talk to them twice, they forgot multiple items from our order. Yes we ordered for 5 ppl, it's a lot of food but it's FAST FOOD, waiting an hour is ridiculous. I am so glad this moved into my neighborhood. I wasn't a Sonic guy before but this place has quickly become one of my favorite places to grab an easy bite and get out of the house with my daughter for an hour or so. The food is always good and fresh but having it delivered to us while we hang out and play games in the car is what makes the experience worth while. The service is always excellent. I'm almost always helped out by Cactus. I know that this is a tough, busy job but he never makes it seem that way. He remembers who I am is always very cheerful and professional. I have years of experience in restaurant management, so I am very aware of how hard it is to find people that take serious ownership and pride in their work. Cactus has never failed to make me feel like a valued client. This location has made a permanent resident out of me, thanks to the people like him. read more

I never leave reviews but after dealing with the manager Joe just now here we go. Last night I took my kids to get ice cream, as I waited almost an hour which I guess is typical per Joe lol I finally got to the window handed Alma 40 dollars for my 26 dollar and change order. Alma gave me all my drinks and my food and then said oh let me get your change. She handed me the money and receipt and as I drove off she only gave me 3.00 back. I wasn't going to go back in that line so I started calling sonic and called 20 times with no answer. This morning I called and spoke to Joe, he counted the money 12 hours later which is interesting to me and said they aren't over any money. Ok everyone it's 10 dollars but still we work hard for our money and when you have kids 10 dollars is a lot. Just ordered a foot long chili cheese dog and a snickers blast. When I got home my hot dog was put in sideways and all the chili and cheese was all over the wrapper and barely on the hot dog. The lid wasn't put on all the way that it was leaking in my cup holder and spilled when I picked it up.. the cashier was nice at the drive thru but the food handlers could use a little more training. read more

We handed her the recipe that showed we ordered a bigger size she goes BACK in the girl at the window ( KEILAH) comes out with the receipt and asked if we got the wrong size took the drink in brought out the right one and didn't return the wrong one. A lot of reviews for Sonic are usually low because of the taste quality for the burgers, I never cared for Sonic's burgers so I only get the boneless wings. My absolute favorite flavor is the Asian Chili. If you like spicy you should definitely try that flavor. I went on a Friday afternoon and the drive thru line wasn't too long and I didn't have to wait as long i as I did for Panera. Good customer service and atmosphere. No complaints here! I just don't get it. The food is basic, bad for you, it is not cheap, it's put together poorly, there seems to be no staff, and the wait is 20+ mins (most of the time). I've been there twice. first time I was standing inside in line 15 mins and never saw an employee to take my order so I went out got in my car and jumped in the drive thru line. 15 mins later I had my junk and saw the guy inside that was behind me still waiting to order. The menu is VERY HIGH above the counter and could you make the letters ( font) any smaller? Very hard to read.
