Cheeseburger and cherry slush were okay. Biggest issue was slow service, almost 14 minutes on a Wednesday with no crowds around 12:30. They need more help. The cash register was left unmanned and couldn't get a refill for my husband as there are no outside soda machines. You have to ask the people behind register to get a refill. Disappointed. Kid at the window tried to give me the wrong order. Took it back then brought it back to me with only half the order. I got home before opening the bag because the fries and tots were both in there. I paid nearly $19 for 1 burger and 2 small orders of fries/tots. Plus 2 large drinks. I tried to call but no answer. Its a little sad to be so excited for new businesses to finally come to town and be disappointed by the quality of the food and service. We decided to try this place out when it first opened and were greatly disappointed, food was cold, order was wrong, and it took FOREVER to receive. The young kids working there were trying you can tell but it just wasn't cutting it.. Decided to give it quite a bit of time to retry, sadly no improvements. The higher ups def need to come out and help this place out so it doesn't continue to FAIL. The wait time even for beverages inside take forever let alone the drive through or drive up. Horrible waited in the drive through over 45 minutes for 3 drinks. Got to the window and asked the kid if they were short staffed he replied with yep we always are. The customer service from the owner was really amazing. I left a pretty negative review recently and the owner got back to me very fast, listened to the feedback I had and was just very kind in general. She even sent me some coupons in the mail! I don't know if it's me being hopeful or not but I do feel like the service times have gotten better (I was in and out in like 5 minutes recently I think). Spent 17 bucks on two combos. Popcorn chicken was over cooked and dry. Tots were over cooked. My wife's burger looked super small, and flat. She got the steakhouse burger. Went here for the first time tonight ordered 2 American dogs no relish add mayo. What we got had no mayo and extra relish. Ordered extra ranch for no ranch. What is disappointing is we asked 3 times to make sure they got it all correct and asked different people that were helping us through out the drive though to double check. We havent had sonic in a very long time ...finally we have one in our own town... But not 100% pleased with how long we waiting in drive thru just for 2 blasts..my husband ordered oreo and I got cookie dough (size M) we come up to the window and a younger kid opens the window and asked if we ordered the 2 blasts i said yes he didnt seem to have much people skills because he stood there staring at me leaning on the window waiting for my payment without any other word...so i paid when he handed me the oreo my husband immediately noticed that the orea was only on the top and i wasnt mixed into the icecream so i checked mine and the same thing...good thing we noticed right away the kid went and got us cups with the topping and we were on our way.. It's only been open a couple of days but the staff was outstanding. We had the opportunity to have Angel serve us our food and he was AMAZING! I check in on a stall for a online order and when it was taking to long I push the button to call but no one answer. So after 30 minutes of waiting and no answer I went inside to check on my order and they let me know they will make it when I had been checked in for 30 minutes. The only reason why they got 2 starts was because the girl that help me was fast at making the order and bought it out right away but I'm not sure it's it's a glitch in the Mobil check in because this happens to be most of the time unlit I am able to speak to someone the order is not brought out. Once I called and was told to not call and just check in but if I don't call the order doesn't come out. read more

I've been to this sonic multiples times before writing a review just in case I didn't have a good first experience but it's been every time I've come. Before, my fiancé and I parked and ordered a few slushes and 2 food items and we sat for over 30 minutes waiting for them to bring it out, we ended up going in to see what was taking so long and they told us that it has been done and been sitting up here for a while because our payment didn't go through, instead of coming and telling us, they let it sit there until we came in. This time we went through the drive thru because our experience parking and ordering was bad and when we tried placing our order they said they only had small cups so we ordered 3 small shakes and 2 foot long hot dogs. We get to the window and pay and then they said they didn't have foot long anything and if we wanted chili dogs instead, we said yes and then they came back a minute later saying they didn't have chili. When we looked in the window all the employees looked like they were standing around drinking shakes and talking so we asked for a refund after waiting 40 minutes in the line. 1 star is too high of score. Worst service in my 55 years of living. To start I pulled into a stall and pressed the red button and waited. Nobody ever answered to take my order and the button reset so I moved to a new stall thinking maybe the previous stall was not working . Pressed the red botton someone answered and took my order. I paid at the stall with my card and watched the tracker screen said in the kitchen for 20 minutes the it popped up that Stephanie is bringing my order. I waited 10 more minutes no Stephanie no order as I watch several cars come and go thru the drive thru. I go to go inside but the doors are locked tryed the red button at the stall nobody answered tryed to call on the phone nobody answered finally after several attempts the answered the red button trying to take my order I asked where Stephanie was with my order they said my order is coming right out 5 minutes later someone finally came with my order. What a joke. Said they had problems with some people yet they kept pumping cars through the drive thru. Either need to get people that can handle the job or just close. Arrived at one of the sonic park & dine spots at 8:05pm, pushed the red order button and waited 10 minutes for our order to be taken. I understand it's a Saturday night and yes it is very busy, but 30 minutes go by and not a single vehicle parked in the parking spots had received their order. The drive thru is moving and making progress, but very little progress. I try to go inside to see how much longer and the doors are locked. On my way to going inside I hear nearby vehicles speaking into the intercom with employees asking the same thing, and only when customers ask when their orders are coming in the employees then rush to have the orders served. 8:45pm we push our button to speak with someone and see what's going on, 5 minutes later we speak with someone and as before with other cars they begin to rush and have our 2 drinks ready to go at 8:52pm. We ordered 2 shakes, both had whipped cream that were served with the tops warm and decompressed. We're our drinks just sitting inside waiting to be served? Almost 50 minutes for 2 shakes! read more

I would like to know how much business this location loses due to long wait times. I often see people leave the order stalls or pull out of the drive thru before getting their order because they're tired of waiting. It's called fast food for a reason and waiting over 20 minutes or longer for average food or drink isn't it. Never go here in the evening - they have no set closing time. It depends on who is the manager and how busy they are! I've been there just after 9 p.m. and the stalls and dining room have been closed. If you ask what their hours are no one seems to know. The Half Price shakes are a good deal but my time is worth more than saving a couple bucks. Many of the car hops here are very professional. It's too bad they can't find a way to get orders out quicker. read more

Here's what we received: 2 senior citizen cherry limeades with ZERO cherries - none at all - despite paying more for extra cherries. Literally the worst Sonic I've ever been to. They should change their slogan to "No place stops like Sonic". Sat in the drive-thru for almost thirty minutes for two Diet Cokes. After celebrating two birthdays and a wedding anniversary we finally arrived at the window. I asked the genius working the window if it always took half an hour to get two sodas and he just looked at me and replied "we were waiting for food." Huh?
