It's kind of weird leaving a review on a fast food chain but I came here after the line at In-n-Out was too long. Since it's a fast food chain, all the reviews are basically complaints since I guess people just assume you would know what Sonic food is. But actually I feel like most people I know have not been to Sonic .. For all the food with buns like hot dogs or burgers, the buns are not toasted at all. They are room temperature and get soggy fast. I would not recommend coming here if you're in the mood for a burger. I guess for a hotdog option this place is ok since not that many places sell hot dogs and especially not with condiment options. Costco hot dogs are still better though. The sides were decent. Onion rings were pretty good - they were crispy and not too salty and had visible onion inside. The plastic cheese sauce that they came with was weirdly hard so I definitely regretted not asking for ketchup. Chili cheese tots were pretty good but the tots got soggy from all the chili. Still good. Buffalo nuggets were hot and crispy and did not turn soggy even though they were absolutely drenched with sauce!! All the food was packaged very nicely. Personally I think the food basically tastes like microwaved frozen food but I can see the appeal. The idea of a chili cheese tot sounds good about 99% of the time, even if you know they will be soggy. Also the milkshake options sounded pretty good but I already had boba so could not try :( read more

It waas that kind of a day when the grand kids said they wanted a slushy from Sonic Drive-In. The closest one is this location and I really wanted to try another Sonic, like there is one off of Fairview. But, the kids win and we find a spot and started our order. 4 limeade with cherry, a Blue cocoanut, and a plain lemonade. Push that red button and someone answered. After having to repeat the order we had no further problem. But wait, there is more to do, a credit card is what I wanted to use and I thought I had followed directions. The order was brought by a young staffmember and he says that he will gladly swipe my card inside...wait? But I thought I already did the payment. Apparantly it did not go thru. So the young staff member took the card and came back with the card and the receipt. I am now hoping that Sonic didnt charge me twice. The drinks were good and the kids were happy. read more

I ordered 2 drinks in the app ,I pulled up tothe drive thu and was told Ihad to park and give stall number. So far, 3 cars that would have been behind me at the drive up have received their order and left. I walked up was ignored by 2 employees I loudly said excuse me and a 3rd employee came to the door. I explained my issue she apologized and got my drinks. While waiting on the patio I was standing on very sticky concrete and there were sunflower seed shell scattered around. The floor that I could see in the kitchen area was wet and dirty. 2 employees walking across the tile both tripped on a loose tile that was around the drain in the floor . Ordered a #1 regular single cheeseburger & a hot fudge sundae for my granddaughter. Drove up to the window and a girl other than the one I paid handed me the sundae and said "thanks". I asked where my burger was? She shut the window and we waited which seemed like another 10-15 minutes. Finally the first girl handed me the burger. (I should have been offered a dessert, fries or drink for the delay. My sundae was melting) Got it home and it was a double. It tasted good at first but was just too much (hence why I ordered the single) I didn't finish it. Developed the "worst" stomach ache I've had in a long time. It lasted for hours. I took Tums but it didn't help. I tried to look up the number for Sonic to call and complain and ask if anyone else got a stomach ache? I honestly thought I had food poisoning. For real Sonic? You guys have lost your shine. What used to be my favorite place to go, is now the absolute worst. Got my chicken tenders meal with onion rings, Texas toast, tots and a slushee. I also got mozzarella sticks. The food: Everything tasted old. The strips were tiny (I was so pissed when I saw they looked like chicken nuggets) and they were so hard and dry, I couldn't even finish one. The mozzarella sticks had hard cheese and they weren't even super hot. More like it sat for hours under a warmer. The onion rings tasted like someone put sugar on them. The drinks: The slushees are always bomb. That's why this gets 2 stars. I will never come back here again. Nothing is fresh and they aren't busy enough to have this excuse. I don't see this Sonic being around much longer if they don't step up their game. Easy fix.. don't make food until it's ordered and make sure it's not over cooked! read more

This is the worst place you could be on earth. Today we went to get some drinks and snack and we heard huge voice from kitchen and some employee screaming "fuuucccck". As far as I remember, every time I go this Sonic I never had great experiences. Service is fucked up. We had to wait long ass line forever. Most shocking thing was I got to see what kind of people working there today. Someone looks college student or high school joking around and laughing and screaming f-words. But, we sat in your drive thru for 25 minutes. We sat there saying hello, hello, hello, hello. Someone said we would be right with you. Yes they helped us 25 mins later. No exaggeration. No expiation. No apology. Just happy to waste our time for no reason and be totally rude about it too. Just close the doors. There's plenty of better Sonics out there. I arrived at 10:20 PM. It's currently 11 PM and still no sign of 2 mini blasts. I've been here long enough to notice that the workers can't hear on the headpieces. The employee who took our order had to ask 2-5 times after everything she said for clarification, as did all other orders that I heard at the stalls. ABSOLUTELY horrible service. Waited in like for almost 45min just to get to the window and witness the manager (the only worker in red) talking to another employee while eating a shake. She then proceeded to use her bare hands and make someone's shake, touching all the toppings with her bare hands. Came in at around 9 pm tonight. Long line, not moving. Finally got to order my drinks, got to the window and everyone was standing around, drinks not even made yet. I ordered a cherry limeade which has some weird white stuff in it that honestly looks like spit, (photos attached) a large unsweetened tea, which wasn't full and covered with sticky stuff, and a small lemonade which ended up being a sprite. When I asked for napkins to clean it I was given bathroom paper towels. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never go back here again read more
