With that said, I was looking for a GMC Yukon with the LS engine in it and my boss happened to over hear me. He happened to know of Auto Sales Cumming so I looked the up and they had the exact car I was looking for. I had a set budget and this care fit well within the budget. I looked under the hood and through out the whole car. I could tell that the car was well used; however, whoever does the cleaning and detailing with the car was a master. It is a 2003 model well used but well maintained and well cleaned. I had a 2003 Taurus Station wagon that just did not have enough room for my family of six and I was getting ready to drive to Maine. Not only did this vehicle make it to main and back, it has continued to be reliable. The only thing I have had to do to the car is get a new battery. I would seriously recommend purchasing a car from this business. They are fair and they even gave me some trade in value for a vehicle I was not expecting any from. I am planning on buying my next car from them, something for commuting.

I found a Nissan Murano that I was super interested in on Facebook that they were selling. I went back and forth with them for weeks, as we are 1.5 hours away from them. I was clear I wanted to hammer out financials before we made the drive. They made an agreement with me on my trade and the price of the Murano and we even filled out the financing paperwork online - I made the trip out early on a Saturday morning. Don didn't even greet us. He walked right by us and looked at my Dodge Ram trade in and snubbed his nose at it saying he couldn't give me what they had agreed to give because of XY&Z. My reply was that he didn't ask for pictures and I offered to send them. When my response was that we need to work the numbers so that my bottom line is still the same, he simply said that he didn't want to do business with me and would pass. I was flabergasted as I have bought 15 cars over my lifetime and NEVER had a carsales man talk to me in such a rude manner and stone wall the negotiations. I truly believe if my husband would have said the samething to him, it would have been a completely different conversation and he would have come back with - "well this is why I can't do that....", or "well let's allow you to look at the Murano and redicuss numbers and well see what the best we can do is". Simple customer service skills these people DO NOT posses and obviously not very good sales people either. There are way, way, way to many used cars out there to want to hand $11k to some jerk that doesn't want my money anyways. I can only infer that the Murano had issues and he knew it was not going to be an easy railroad sale for him. Save yourself time, energy and probably a lot of money and just buy from ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Edit: so after reviewing all our paperwork we found out we paid 2k more for this car than the advertised price. We were rushed through signing before we even test drove the car.
