They weren't that busy, but only one server was working, so it took some time to get seated. Once our server caught up, she was pretty attentive. Our food was served hot and pretty timely. Went in to eat with my girlfriend she got pancakes and i get biscuits and gravy combo with sausage eggs bacon and hashbrowns. I first bite into the biscuit and gravy to realise there is pink scattered throughout it. I first think to myself maybe its bacon and it just has a red tint but when picking it up it was raw sausage. When i mention this to my waitress she gets her manager and she says they get theyre gravy prepackaged which as a cook why would you package raw meat or meat in general for a gravy mix. IHOP was possibly the first diner I've ever been to after moving to the US all those years ago, so it has a special place in my heart. Over time, I've had mostly positive experiences, and I'm glad to report that the whole family had a positive experience. All of us had the spinach and mushroom omelette with either the hash browns or a stack of buttermilk pancakes. The pancakes were the usual fluffy perfection with a delicate crisp on the outside. Although the omelette had the usual elements, the serving size wasn't as generous as I had previously had and i would have preferred more egg and less cheese (or what I assumed was cheese). And while the hash browns had the requisite crisp on the outside, it seemed a tad underdone inside. Brand new 24 hour IHOP just opened in March! It's been very busy, every day I pass by the parking lot is completely FULL. Today, they were out of hamburgers, fries, Turkey sausage, mushrooms etc etc etc etc... This brand new IHOP is now the #1 IHOP in the country next to the location in Pace, Florida (a few miles away) & Orlando, both which compete for second place. They are presently hiring staff here. We already had so much coffee we ordered unsweet tea, it was very good if not a little on the strong side. Hubby got "the sampler" he liked it, thou the bacon was a little fatty, but his hash-browns were cold & he didn't like the pancakes. However, he said he would order it again, swapping out his pancakes for a Belgian waffle, like I did! Yeah! I told him, but just like directions, he didn't listen as usual. Men. So, yeah. The Belgian waffle is amazballs! I had to share mine with him! Ugh! lol I got the T-bone steak & 3 eggs, swapped out my pancakes for the BELGIAN WAFFLE !!! Woohoo! :).. We stopped in at the iHop on Davis Hwy last evening to get a bite to eat. I had the Spicy Poblano Eggs Benedict and my lady had the Spinach Mushroom Omelette. Both were PERFECTLY prepared and DELICIOUS !!! I asked our server, Robin, to pass our thoughts on to the kitchen staff. Robin was a wonderful, considerate, and attentive server !!! Would have rated a one but the host was working hard. They cannot keep up ordered online for pick up and over 44 minutes late. What a cluster never again would rather go to McDonald's. We had to wait same as a customer dining in what the heck is going on. I own a restaurant and if my team was doing this bad I would terminate them all. I stopped in for a late breakfast on 29 Nov 23 at 1230 p.m. I just had my eyes dilated was not in the best of moods. I had to wait several minutes as several people were ahead of me awaiting a table. I waited about 7 minutes. Finally, I was shown to a table as well as two women who arrived at the same time as I did. We sat for 15 minutes with no one coming to our tables. I asked a waitress if there were any servers assigned to our tables. She apologetically stated that there were no waitress assigned to the section where we were seated. She immediately apologized and took our two table's orders. I observed our waitress hustling...really hustling to serve 7 booths, bus tables, take orders, deliver food, and even seat customers. The other waitresses were hardly moving and did not handle the amount of customers as she did. She had a bright smile that was pleasant; it was also welcoming.
