I wrote this review 3 years ago. Most business decline after time but this shop has improved. Keep up the good work. I visit this place everyday for my cup of coffee. The donuts look at me every morning like what about ME your favorite delicious evil Apple Fritter. I stay strong, for those special occasion when I give in and have a wonderful warm yummy fritter. But I digress if you love a good cup of coffee at a price that will not break the bank or won't eat up your stomach because it is so strong, then this is the perfect coffee shop for you. Sophe's Donut use to be Mon's Old Fashion Donuts well know in Covina as (Mama's). The new owners are a group of friendly Siblings. One of the brothers took over the shop early on and gave it a much needed face-lift. In the last six months the Sisters have taken on the daily responsibilities of the business. It has taken on a warm and friendly welcome. They make it a point to know how you order and will start getting your order ready if they see your car pull up ion the paring lot. Best Croissant Sandwiches! Came in the morning and ordered an egg and cheese croissant, green tea, and blueberry donut. Croissants were nice and fluffy, I love green tea and this place has got the perfect green tea with a bitter sweet taste. And to top it of they've got blueberry donuts. So delicious!
