The food here is adequate but nothing special. Good place for a work lunch but that's about it. Good pickles.

I ordered the Sweet Italian, and at $22 it was an amazing value. The pizza was easily big enough to share with another person and still leave both of us completely full. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite was delicious. Also, don't skip their house hot sauce it goes so well with the pizza

The moment we walked in, the hostess requested "documentation" and "proof" that my dog was a legitimate service animal. I explained that under the ADA, there is no "official documentation" and they are not allowed to ask for any paperwork, certification, or ID for service animals. They can only ask two questions: 1) Is this a service animal required because of a disability? and 2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Instead, this felt like a interrogation, and was treated as though I was trying to scam them with a fake pet. It was humiliating, stressful, and a clear violation of federal law. My service dog was calm and well-behaved the entire time, the managements short commings in staff training ruined what should have been a simple meal out. I left without eating and took my dollars elsewhere. I do not blame the hostess as I can guarantee she was directed to ask for "documentation". The blame lies completely with management being uneducated themselves reference federal law governing service dogs. DO BETTER...

Wow! What a fantastic dining experience. My mom and I were…read morein town for a few days and a local bartender recommended Urban Hill. The interior has a classy but not overdone ambiance. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and exactly the right amount of present (if you know what I mean). I enjoyed the maitake on rice with cashew cream and it was delicious. The salty mushrooms were mellowed by the chewy rice. The cashew cream gave a nice variation in texture. I didn't leave a morsel behind. The harissa carrots were nice as well. They are cooked soft and have a moderate spice level that is again contrasted by the mild labneh and tahini base. I had to save the rolls with herb better for last. Oh. My. God. These were divine. I'm a sucker for bread of any kind but these are what the Hawaiian dinner rolls wish they could be. They are perfectly pillowy and the herb butter just elevates them. Do not miss these for more "sophisticated" fare. If I lived here, I would definitely come back. Everything was considered and well-executed. Bravo

We were visiting Salt Lake City from out of town and decided to have dinner at Urban Hill after…read morereading the outstanding reviews. Like many people, we were excited to dine at a restaurant led by a chef who has beaten Bobby Flay. We arrived for our 8:15 p.m. reservation and were seated promptly. Unfortunately, from that point on, the service became increasingly confusing. Our server seemed flustered from the beginning and even commented that she wanted to make sure everything was right for our experience. When ordering drinks, I asked for a root beer and was told they had one. A few minutes later I was informed they actually didn't and was given a Dr Pepper instead. No big deal--I didn't want to make an issue of it. The bigger problems started with the food service. There were three of us. Two ordered the filet, and one ordered the chicken. The first entrées brought to our table weren't ours at all and had to be taken away. When our actual meals arrived, they were still mixed up. I was served the chicken despite ordering the filet. The same thing happened with dessert. We ordered two Baked Alaskas and one Lemon Cake. Again, the desserts were delivered to the wrong people. These weren't major issues individually, but when they happen repeatedly throughout one meal, it takes away from what should have been an outstanding dining experience. Now for the positive... The kitchen absolutely delivered. The filet was cooked perfectly. The chicken was outstanding. Presentation was beautiful. The Baked Alaska was one of the best I've had. The food easily earns five stars. Unfortunately, the front-of-house experience did not. To make matters worse, after I finished the Dr Pepper that I hadn't originally ordered, my glass sat empty for roughly 45 minutes. No refill was offered, and I eventually had to ask for another beverage while dessert was being served. One final observation... The receipt included an optional surcharge for the back-of-house staff. I understand it could be removed upon request, but I don't believe guests should be placed in the position of deciding how restaurant employees are compensated. Pay your team well, price the menu accordingly, and let guests simply enjoy their meal. Urban Hill has one of the most talented kitchens I've experienced in quite some time. If the service can reach the same level as the food, this restaurant would easily deserve five stars.

From the…read moremoment we finished our meal and reflected on the visit, it was clear that this is one of those places that stands out not just for the food, but for the entire experience from start to finish. Great food, excellent service, a clean and comfortable environment, and a fun, laid-back atmosphere all came together to create a truly memorable visit. Seven Brothers has a unique vibe that immediately makes you feel welcome. The Hawaiian-inspired energy, friendly staff, and relaxed but lively setting make it a perfect spot whether you're grabbing a quick bite, meeting up with friends, or bringing the whole family out for a casual meal. There's a warmth to the place that feels genuine, and it sets the tone for everything that follows. The food is absolutely the star of the show. The burgers are huge, juicy, and packed with flavor, clearly made with fresh ingredients and a lot of care. Every bite feels satisfying, from the perfectly cooked patties to the soft buns and well-balanced toppings. The fries are crispy and seasoned just right, and the portions are generous enough that you definitely leave full and happy. The shakes are also a must-try--thick, rich, and indulgent, they pair perfectly with the savory menu items and really complete the experience. Service was another highlight of the visit. The staff was friendly, upbeat, and attentive without ever feeling rushed or overbearing. You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely want customers to enjoy their time there. Orders were handled smoothly, food came out fresh and hot, and everything felt well-organized even during busy times. The restaurant itself was clean, well-kept, and had a steady energy that made it feel popular without being overwhelming. Even when it was busy, there was still a sense of comfort and ease that made dining there enjoyable. It's the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy your meal, and not feel like you're being hurried out the door. Overall, Seven Brothers in Salt Lake City is absolutely worth visiting. Whether you're a local or just passing through Utah, it's the kind of spot that leaves a lasting impression. Between the incredible burgers, welcoming atmosphere, and consistently great service, it easily earns a top recommendation. I would happily come back again, and I'd strongly suggest it to anyone looking for a satisfying, flavorful, and fun dining experience in Salt Lake City.
