Soda machine and bathrooms were also beneath expectations. You can't have a "thank you for supporting small business" sign if you aren't doing your part. On top of that, there were no heating trays provided, so there was no way to keep the food warm as expected. These issues created additional stress and disappointment on a day when we should have been able to focus on celebrating our son and his new wife. What made the situation even more disappointing was what happened afterward. We were promised a refund because of the problems we experienced. We have followed up several times by email, phone calls and text, but the refund was never received. We have also been unable to get a response from the owner or the owner's daughter, Karla.
