When I asked for my lime - she literally walked back with it IN THE PALM OF HER HAND!!! Three different times she removed food or drinks from our table without asking if we were done with them. She was never apologetic or kind when she made a mistake and really seemed very unaware of the "service" job altogether. My friend and I are overly nice to service people. I still tipped her very well! But the lunch was a disaster from start to finish and NOT the first time experience or birthday lunch I hoped to provide for her.
