Their techs were clocking 3-6 hours per day when, in reality, they were only on-site for 5-10 minutes on several occasions. When asked to explain the hours, nothing could be properly accounted for. The excuse was "portal to portal" -- supposedly covering drive time and other unrelated activities, none of which were documented or made clear. They also like dealing directly with insurance companies, likely because those invoices get less scrutiny. Check your invoices carefully before paying -- or better yet, look elsewhere. Don't be too sold on their promise of handling reconstruction either -- those costs were insanely inflated as well. Protect yourself and your property. Do your homework!
