I would occasionally come by myself or with my pup. Good caffeine drinks. I like the lattes, cold brews, americano and snacks. Like the outside tables where I can sit with my pup or inside when I'm by myself. Located on Larkin and California. Near a cable car line.

Not often do I find nitro cold brew on tap at coffee shops, but I was surprised to find it here for a good price of $5. Definitely strong which was what I wanted. They sell their own beans here which I found neat as well. Service was quick on a Friday afternoon.

A cute little coffee shop near Polk Gulch! You can order online for quick and easy pickup. I like their lavender and horchata lattes. They have good seasonal or special lattes. They also have good sandwiches and baked goods. The Deluxe Breakfast sandwich was cheesy, meaty goodness--also loved the bread (and they included more vegetables than most breakfast sandwiches I've had, so that's always a plus!) Service is great and they have cute merch! They have another location in Berkeley as well.

This is my second time coming to Souvenir Coffee and it's still such a nice little spot. The inside is super aesthetic, cozy, and there's usually seats available--perfect vibe for a chill break. The first time I got the lavender iced latte, and it was alright... kinda milky and not enough lavender. This time I tried the Vietnamese iced coffee and same deal--just okay. I like my coffee strong, and theirs feels a bit too light for me. Service is always friendly though, and the space itself is really cute. It's also in a good area--super close to my work so I just walk. Wouldn't really recommend driving here though unless you like hunting for parking. If I could give it 3.5 stars I would, but I'll round up to 4. Might try a different drink next time!

A chill little coffee shop with unique art and great coffee. We just happened to walk by and popped in to grab a coffee for our walk. My lavender latte was excellent and my friend said his macchiato was perfect.

A nice little coffee shop! I don't go for coffee much, but I came in here when I was out early in the morning. Friendly service, good coffee, and a nice atmosphere to do a little bit of work. A good selection of pastries, too.

    Triple Threat Grilled Cheese

The Vietnamese coffee is bad. Where is the condensed milk? They made the worst grilled cheese I have ever purchased in my life. Not sure what went wrong but half of the cheese was unmelted and the top piece of bread wasn't attached at all. I am now cooking it on my stove to try and salvage it. Bummed I paid money for just ingredients at this point.

Delicious coffee with a nice ambience. I wish there was more indoor seating though and that the music was a little quieter for those that sit to read/do work. The barista was amazing and the brown sugar sage latte was delicious. Would definitely come back for this drink and looking forward to trying their other menu items. They also have a food menu with items such as avocado toast that smelled delicious

One of the few nicer places in terms of ambiance that have viet coffee! I do wish they had some more unique options besides just the one viet coffee that's asian though.

A place that I've passed by a million times and I can't even tell you why I never went in. Great location in the nob hill area. Indoor and outdoor seating. Quality coffee and a major league coffee cake. Zero complaints. I will be back. Hope it continues to hold up. Great neighborhood spot. (4.5 Stars)

Iced Matcha with a shot of Espresso

Came out looking for coffee and ended up finding a good spot to catch some morning sun and decompress. You're met with some cool staff, everyone's friendly and nice and very helpful when it came down to asking for recommendations. I ordered a matcha latte with a shot of espresso and our baristas helped us with choosing the best sweetener. It's a very nice place with lots of seating so you can come and do some work or just yap and sip.

Chill spot for a quick cup! On a rare sunny yet not-too-windy-therefore-actually-a-bit-warm day in the city, I surrendered to the often hidden part of myself that actually enjoys an iced Americano. The espresso was great and a bit toasty but still smooth and light! I enjoyed this sitting outside - really appreciated whoever's playlist was on that day as seamlessly flowed from Cigarettes After Sex to New Jeans!

They explained that the flight includes an espresso shot, espresso shot with milk, hot coffee, and iced coffee. I hadn't had a straight espresso shot before, so this wasn't for me personally just because it was so overpowering. I enjoyed the other three though. Like the majority of SF, parking is difficult to locate. I was dropped off nearby the location. There is indoor and outdoor seating; I was able to grab an empty spot late in the morning on a weekend, but I don't think seating is always readily available. It's not a huge space.

At 11 am on a Sunday they were out of their best- black sesame Kouign Amann and the Raspberry Almond Croissant, which I took care of by paying a visit to Juniper bakery (sister business) later in the day. The Mocha with the house made nut milk fell flat. It needed something. I am not a fan of syrupy coffees and appreciate the more purist approach but this one just didn't do anything for me. The chai latte which I would never order was actually the best chai latte I have ever had, it was smooth like silk. Maybe I just had the wrong coffee order. Besides that, got the hot chocolate and the coffee tasting. I was surprised there was no explanation provided with the coffee- I figured it's all Honduran but an overview of some sort would have helped. I enjoyed all the coffees in there except the latte. Will visit again, earlier in the day so they are not out of their best sellers and try a different order.

I got invited here to shoot some content for them, and I'm very glad for that opportunity…read more Content aside, I did genuinely enjoy their drinks. The strawberry matcha was my favorite. They used a strawberry cream top instead of a puree, which I actually enjoyed. It added a nice creaminess to the drink, and the matcha was very smooth and strong. It worked well together. I also tried their double hojicha, and while I enjoyed how nutty and strong the hojicha was, I did find it a little bit grainy. I wish it was a little smoother like the matcha was. I usually don't drink/like coffee, but the guava cold brew sounded so interesting I couldn't resist. The fruity jasmine tea somehow paired so well with the coffee and made it a nice refreshing drink. I was also lucky enough to try the matcha crepe cake, which I believe they get from Lady M. It had really nice layers and was light, but unfortunately it was a little too sweet for me. Overall a very solid matcha/coffee option in SF. They have a beautiful interior too, perfect for catching up with friends. Servers were sweet as well!

The strawberry latte on the other hand was very overpoweringly flavored of the strawberry jam :(. I felt it tasted a bit artificial and didn't really let the matcha taste come through, I would stick to-the hojicha. 4.5/10 For food we got the fish sandwich and the pork katsu sandwich. The fish sandwich was decent, the cheese was cold but the fish was nice and flaky. I wish the fish skin was a bit more crunchy but I did like the slaw and sauce on it. 6.5/10 The pork one was soooo good and juicy. The crust was super crunchy and surrounded by the soft bread was such a nice texture. There was a sweet sauce which balanced the sandwhich nicely.
