And Although I cannot have the convenience of a drive-through and quick pick up, it is well worth the park walk and wait . Having sensitivities to dairy, I usually get the lavender latte with oat milk or the hazelnut latte with oat milk, café con Leche is also delicious if you like the stronger and sweeter side. Easy to miss is attached to a Cuban bread shop right off the corner of Hillsborough Ave. and Florida. A cup will cost around 4.50. This is the cutest little hidden gem I've ever seen. It's a food truck with an absolutely adorable courtyard with seating. Like another review mentioned, it's surprisingly quiet since it's on a little bit of a busy main road. This is the perfect place to go to when you want to get out the house, take a break and get some sun. They also have baked goods from a local company. I had the vegan chocolate chip cookie and it's probably the best vegan cookie I've ever had. I got their seasonal latte (lavender and something else, sorry I don't remember!) and it was very good coffee. I will definitely be adding this place to my coffee rotation. read more

This little coffee shop is next to Cuban bread bakery and operates out of a food truck. There's outdoor/patio seating attached to the truck. Their coffee is delicious! It's expertly roasted, mellow, yet strong- very unlike chain coffee stores. They make a variety of different coffees but my favorite is the cafe con leche. The barista makes it out of regular whole milk, heaping of sugar, and a strong espresso. I've passed down Florida Ave so many times and not once noticed this spot. It's a literal hidden gem. I woke up this morning craving some coffee, so I searched up coffee spots and that's when I found Spaddy's! When I first walked into Spaddy's I was quickly welcomed. I told the worker that I was a first time customer and if he had any recommendations -- that's when he introduced me to their float, which has cinnamon (my favorite) on the top of the coffee with some oat milk added. It was really delicious! I also enjoyed my time there, very creative place with a decorated van that has cactuses inside!? I definitely recommend this place to study, meet with friends or just coming in alone for a cup of joe! Oh and heads up, it's an outside only spot with huge fans to keep you cool. read more

To celebrate another step forward in a long medical journey, we popped in to Spaddy's. It's a tiny coffee truck in a literal Seminole Heights oasis with plants and tables/chairs all around. Even though you are on Florida Ave, it's peaceful and serene. Even better, my cortado with a little simple syrup was divinely flavorful and smooth complete with beautiful latte art. Mmmm. This is a very good location. Nice seating area, can fit a large family or if it's just a couple people. I love the outdoor seating, felt very cozy. Unfortunately, the coffee was not that great. We rented an Airbnb for four days and came here almost every morning, hoping that The coffee taste would wear on me, but It always tasted very burnt. I'm a type of person who likes to walk to places if I can. This was very conveniently close but unfortunately did not live up to the hype. I would NOT order coffee here. Maybe try a tea. read more

First time here and oh man!! Amazing, amazing coffee. Tucked in on the thriving Florida Ave next to Faedo bakery. It's a beautiful scenery with chairs that make you feel like you're in a lush garden enjoying your coffee. This is truly a gem. It's up there with Blind Tiger and Buddy Brew coffee for me. Heck, it may even be my favorite spot now. Ordered a cafe con leche that was just out of this world. The coffee had great flavor and really just blew me away. Eastlick coffee is the coffee they roast here, and let me tell ya... it's great stuff. The customer service from the guys working there was great. They explained the menu a bit for us and what they recommended. They sell everything from Espresso Shots to Lattes. Also, Cuban toast with butter. I couldn't stay long enough to see more of the menu but rest assured I will be back sooner than later! read more

The price of the coffee is absolutely worth it, considering you get a full aesthetic experience. Ordered the iced latte and was not disappointed, their coffee is top notch. This is a tiny food truck permanently fixed in its own little garden next to Mauricio Faedo's. In the winter, it's a lovely setting (like most things in Florida). We like their regular coffee, but mostly, it's about their teas that I feel strongly. Usually in the summer, they have special, sometimes very fragrantly herbal iced teas and they are excellent. I also love their lavender tea and their fogs. The owners are great and very friendly and the crowd, while extremely hip, is laid back and hasn't seemed to mind a small child who wants to talk to everyone. For which we are grateful! read more

While I was staying in Tampa with my husband, we found this place really close to where we were staying. It is just a small food truck selling coffees and sandwiches. I am not much a coffee drinker so can't really comment how good the coffees are but I can tell they are, by seeing the long line. So you can guess the service might be bit slow. They sell sandwiches catered from another place and those are awesome too. They have a cute picnic area too, where you can just enjoy the sun and the coffee. read more

The workers are a delight. They asked me if I need any help figuring out anything on the menu and gave me their opinion on some items I was having trouble Deciding on. I got the steak burrito, the house brew cold brew coffee and the lemonade cold brew. I've never tried anything like the lemonade cold brew but it's great and it'll keep me coming back. The burrito was tasty, I feel it was slightly lacking in seasoning but they give you a green salsa to dip it in on the side and that makes up for a lot of the work that seasoning would have done. The homebrew coffee was a decent classic coffee and an easy fallback option if you don't know what to get or if you don't really want to experiment too much. The location is great, there's a couple picnic benches and it's fully outdoors. The decor is awesome, there's an old VW van chassis that's near the back. There's some nice string lights put up but since they're breakfast and open during the morning and slightly into the afternoon you sadly don't get to experience the aesthetic ambiance that they could bring in a naturally darker setting. There's a fun big Connect Four game for groups of friends to play while having lots of fun outdoors. I'd recommend coming on a sunny day. read more

Recently spent a few days in Tampa on a family trip and Spaddy's was within a short walk from our rental. My biggest complaint with most coffee shops is the lack of consistency, if I order the same drink daily I expect it to taste reasonably the same each time. On this Spaddy's delivers fully. I ordered an iced latte the first day and hot lattes the next four and all were consist and very good. I wanted to check out their actual location and we actually drove right past it! It's tucked away between a couple of buildings with the coolest little spot. I had an iced dirty chai latte. I enjoyed my time this morning at Spaddy's. It's right across the street from the old Refinery location and right next to Faedo's Bakery. You get the wonderful aroma of baking bread the entire time in this little coffee spot that is really a coffee truck with comfortable outdoor seating. I had the iced coffee and my friend had strawberry mango lemonade; both were good. The seating is part shaded, part sun, so you can choose. For super hot days there is a large fan. A bluetooth speaker was playing something smooth-jazzy during our visit. Conversations were easy to overhear since the tables are quite close together but it was not unpleasant. The truck offers a few different sandwiches on Cuban bread from Faedo's next door, and because of this I'm thinking they must be good because I've had Faedo's Cuban bread and it is delicious, but I didn't get to try the sandwiches this time. One thing I really liked about Spaddy's was that the seat I was in was the perfect height for relaxing and still being able to type on my laptop. Some places you go the angles are all wrong and it's hard to get comfortable enough to crank out some word count. If you're a writer you'll understand. If you're not it doesn't matter anyway.
