What do you call a fake noodle? An impasta! Well good news for you this place carries authentic pasta. People come here on a reservation basis but we came here without one (uh oh Spaghetto) but it was ok. They just had to look at the chart to see where they could place us (it's not like you can't walk in...). Anyways the place was hard to find because it's tucked into a plaza where trees covered the buildings. You have to also go through a loop to get here, a confusing one. They also don't have a restaurant sign yet... It took awhile for them to take our order but our order did come with complimentary bread which was fresh. The menu is fairly simple as you can pick one of their house special pastas or make your own by choosing your base, sauce, and protein to your liking. This pasta factory is tucked behind some warehouses in a little plaza that you wouldn't expect to have dinner in. The staff are authentic Italian and many patrons inside are speaking Italian. At first you don't notice the restaurant part, you only see the counter and factory part when you walk in the door. But tucked away to the side is simplistic seating. It's truly about the food here (i.e. very causal atmosphere). The pasta is made fresh and you can pair whatever pasta you want with any of their homemade sauces. I got the truffle pasta on the entree menu and my boyfriend got the seafood risotto. The truffle pasta was excellently cooked and the sauce was amazing but it was very rich to eat the entire plate. The seafood risotto was super! The fish was definitely high quality and they didn't skimp you on the size either. We also got the pistachio tartufo dessert and my mouth was watering over how great that was. I definitely recommend for a unique dinner out. Hard place to find.. not really a big sign that says "Spaghetto." When I first walked in, I was ultimately confused.. didn't know where to sit etc etc. I always wanted to try this pasta place because I heard great reviews and I love pasta. Personally, the pasta choices were okay. I think I could've cooked it at home. I ordered the spinach ricotta cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce. The portions are average and the price is a bit too much. My meal came out to $10 + water bottle $1.75.... wish we knew it cost money to get water.. we really just wanted tap water but then again no real explanation. The flavors were really bland and kind of dry.. I don't think I had that much flavor. I love Alfredo but I just couldn't pinpoint it in the entree. Secondly, the fettuccine chicken with pesto sauce was okay as well as the fettuccine Alfredo. Both of these plates tasted so bland.. we had to put a lot of salt and pepper to make it take decent. We could have been charged for it but instead they sent it to us without any of the items we asked for and then when we called them the owner argued with us. Tucked away in a Davie industrial park, across from a landfill and next to a construction product supplier is a hidden gem of Italian comfort food. There's no sign from the highway, and it's even more challenging to find at night. Hope P posted about a dinner UYE here. Since it was during a relatively slow holiday week at work, I had a chance to attend. Like its name implies, the dining room is adjacent to a large industrial kitchen and pasta making equipment - of which we were lucky enough to get a tour of. Besides serving for those in the know, I learned Spaghetto Factory prepares pasta for the cruise lines and some Boca country clubs. The restaurant portion has various specials of both fresh and stuffed pasta, where you pick the sauce and meat add-ons (arrabiata and chicken fusilli for me). Both my main and the 4-meatball appetizer I ordered were served with a fresh basil leaf for garnish. My meatball app had the more traditional pomodoro sauce, while the arrabiata definitely had a tasty kick. Meat servings were plentiful and the pasta was just a little over al-dente. I saved some space for a sweet tiramisu served with chocolate chips, and lady fingers marinated in coffee on the bottom. Hope mentioned that's the traditional way it should be prepared. I confess my intention was not to eat here the day that I ended up here. I was headed to Mash'd in Davie, but they were closed for business. Lucky me! Because Spaghetto was an unexpected revelation. After discovering Mash'd was closed, I opened Yelp and checked for local restaurants with high ratings. Foodie in the house. No doubt about that. So off to Spaghetto we headed thinking because it said so on Yelp that it had outdoor seating. Word to the wise, it does not. I usually call to confirm that outdoor seating is available before heading anywhere new. Because of concerns about COVID-19, I am only willing to eat in an outdoor environment. But I need to back up here. Spaghetto is off the beaten path to say the least. To be more precise it seems to be located inside an industrial area. I really do not care. Others might. It did make it a little difficult to find but I used the directions on Yelp and found the place and I am so glad I did. After discovering it did not offer outdoor seating, we decided to buy takeout and eat in our car. My Mom ordered the Fiocchetto Truffle from the Specials menu and I ordered the Rigatoni Carbonara from the Chef's suggestions menu. They were both excellent as was the bread that came with them. And I do mean excellent. I am not crazy about eating in my car but I can tell you that I will return here during the COVID pandemic and afterwards. And there will be an afterwards one day. The Fiocchetto Truffle was a delightful pasta pocket filled with cheese and covered in an incredibly creamy sauce. Not too rich and not too thin. Kinda more like Goldilocks felt about the bed that felt just right. It was perfect. I know because I ate the other half of her tremendous portion about a day or so later. Delicious. My Rigatoni Carbonara was incredibly good as well. I need to point out that their Carbonara was very different than any Carbonara I have ever had before. Delicious but different than our idea of what Carbonara typically is. It was so delicious we were grateful for their excellent bread that we used to soak up all the sauce till my container was spotless. Oddly enough though it seemed like it was half of the amount of my Mom's dish. I was okay with that because I am a card carrying member of Weight Watchers, and I do not usually even indulge in anything with wheat in it. However, it was odd, especially in comparison. On a different note, the man who helped us was not exactly friendly. He was visibly annoyed when I asked about outdoor seating. I do not understand why. It was a yes or no question. I am a jaded New Yorker, I do not scare easy. He had chairs to spare and I asked if we could use those to sit outside the restaurant. He did not like that either. Whatever. When we rang us up, he had charged the wrong prices. My Mom pointed that out to him, since what we ordered cost more than he charged us. He said to forget it and let us pay less than we actually owed him for the food we ordered. So maybe he is not such a bad guy, just a regular person having a rough day. The bread alone is a reason to go back...just take a look at it. Rustic outside, soft inside, I was eating way too much bread but seriously couldn't help it. This place produces pasta commercially and the restaurant portion occupies the front entrance of the warehouse building. I had the Linguini in squid ink with shrimp and it was very good. The pasta dish we had from Spaghetto was basically spaghetti with Alfredo sauce, which we don't even like. Where was the pepper? Yuk. The bread that came with our meal was excellent, and the prices were extremely reasonable, to put it mildly. If you order takeout, don't do it by phone. Low key atmosphere and quick service was great for kids. Paying for water makes us feel like we were back in Italy. They might get a few bad reviews because they cook pasta correctly and not like some American Italian franchises do; their pasta is not mushy soft. Thank you Spaghetto. Had an awesome dinner with new yelp friends at Spaghetto which is an authentic Italian restaurant. This place makes their own pasta and the owner is from Rome, he really took his time in asking me if I was gluten free for health or just I don't like it? For me I am gluten free as it makes me bloated and sick so I was super happy that this restaurant cares enough to make gluten free pasta. The sauce on the pasta was fresh and I could tell because if its from a can the tomato would make a sour agita in my belly but this was made fresh and so my stomach was very happy . I like to add that I am vegan so this was very nice to have this pasta being vegan also they had salads. All my new yelp friends loved their dinners and deserts. At spaghetto you can bring your own wine and this is a nice touch. Deserts were fabulous and the service was impeccable . Prices were comparable to current dinner prices but not over board. Wow - what a disappointment!!! Aside the place having NO A/C - they are using large industrial garage fans - you can barely have sit there without the sweat beads forming on your forehead. BTW thanks to the miserable dust covered fans - conversation was not possible, unless you are adept at speaking while on an airboat! Also, they were not too busy but waiter forgot to order my daughter's pasta dish and when it came - it came really, really late and the Alfredo sauce tasted like it was served on a cheap early bird special buffet line. The lasagna was cold on the inside and has rubbery burnt cheese on top. It felt like it was microwaved as one of that cheese layers was very sponge like. Man - o - Man was this a major disappointment - as I have been waiting on to come here for the longest - and when you have kids and make a reservation - you expect the place to be at least 1/2 as good as the reviews - it would be worth another shot a but it really sucked :( read more

My restaurant is ran by husband and wife, both italian. The pasta is literally like nothing I've tasted before from these generic "italian" restaurants. You can taste the freshness of this pasta. The food was fresh, flavorful with a homemade feel to it. I ordered the veggie lasagna with pink and vodka sauce. You can taste the freshness in the pasta and the veggie. The veggies not the over cooked and well seasoned. Delicious. My boyfriend has spaghetti and meatballs with chicken with pomodoro sauce. The sauce was rich with tomato and basil, very flavorful and you can taste the freshmess from his spaghetti. The spaghetti was so fresh and the texture was nothing like we've had before. Definitely you can tell it's made here. Definitely will go back. The service was very fast and friendly. I've been here on two separate occasions both times I was content with what I ordered. The most recent visit I had the mushroom risotto and it was comforting and filling. My boyfriend however didn't like his Fettuccine Alfredo, I tried it and I must agree it was very bland. So that was the only reason I took off a star...with every restaurant there are hits and misses that doesn't take away from the consistency and freshness in what I ordered. Just found this spot by mere chance and it DID NOT disappoint. First off, the service is fantastic! We walked in and were immediately welcomed by the sweetest man. He offered us seating in their cozy dining area that's beautifully set up. We walked in near closing so we didn't want to be rude and overstay past their closing time even though he insisted we enjoy our dinner there if we pleased. Very kind. He helped me figure out what sauce I was thinking of getting for my pasta since they have so many delicious options. I decided on the Rigatoni with Bolognese Sauce and Meatballs and my husband got the Linguine with Bolognese Sauce and Chicken. The portions are decent. The food looks, smells and tastes delicious. With so many variations of meals you can make with all of the choices they offer, I don't think you could go wrong. The pricing is honestly not bad for what I've seen other restaurants price their not as authentic pasta for, I mean.. this place is the real deal. Very impressive. But....I never checked the bags & halfway home I started freaking out bc inevitably something is always missing or wrong on to go orders from anywhere ; especially large ones & it was my moms birthday & didn't want to mess it up. Got home & not only was every single thing perfect ; it was packaged so well & the food was still piping hot by the time i made it home. Server primarily speaks Italian, switching to English when necessary. Table bread (see photo) seemed several days old, with a thick, hard, crunchy crust. Drinks (see photo) are extremely expensive. It's $1.75 for a tiny 10 oz Ginger Ale or a 12 oz can of Diet Coke. If you ask for water, that's a small bottled water, and those are also $1.75 each. Yikes! Italian Panini (see photo) was made with the same non-fresh bread and the same thick, hard, crunchy crust and arrived at the same (room) temperature. One normally expects a Panini to be grilled or otherwise warm, but that apparently doesn't happen here. It certainly wasn't worth $12. Black Linguini Squid Ink and Shrimps (see photo) was quite tasty. Not many shrimps though, and these are shrimps that still had their tails attached. Priced at $15. Interior decor was good. I had the pumpkin ravioli in arrabiatta sauce and linguini in squid ink sauce with shrimp. Everything was so good. I sopped up the sauces with some bread. I read about Spaghetto on restaurant.com and was so impressed by the positive reviews that I just had to try it. First, two important notes: you MUST make a dinner reservation at least 24-hrs in advance or possibly not get in, especially Thur-Fri-Sat nights. Once we found it, we'll never forget location :) Now about the good stuff! Warmly greeted by host who asked if we had reservation. Since we didn't and he had a long list of reservations, I was hoping we wouldn't be turned away. But he sat us a table for two near window overlooking pasta factory. YES, they make their own pasta, so you know you're eating fresh. Guessing factory runs during day as it was silent at 630p; we'll go back for lunch and hope to see it in operation. And the place filled up by 730p so I was glad we arrived early. They offer a nice menu and have a Specials Board, so take a look at it before ordering. From the Specials I enjoyed Risotto Seafood, which was filled with mussels, clams, shrimp, and calamari. It was Devine! Risotto was cooked to perfection, loads of delicious seafood, and the serving was so huge, I could only eat half, took the rest home for lunch. My friend ordered spinach fettuccini with pesto sauce and meatballs. She said it was delicious! They also served fresh bread; the oil and vinegar are on the table. Service was excellent, our server stopping by several times asking how we were enjoying the food and if we needed anything else. Not in an annoying way, just attentive. I was impressed with service since it got crowded yet servers were still helpful. Desserts are kind of typical Italian restaurant offerings: cannoli, tiramisu, lava cake, etc. We ordered "Grandma's Cake" which was more like a small pie. It had thick pie crust with cake center and lemon custard inside. It was ok, next time we'll try the lava cake. Oh, you can bring your own wine. They serve bottled soft drinks, including bottled water at $1.75. (I don't like drinking out of plastic bottles so that didn't impress me, but that's just my quirk.) I am so impressed with this place. Real authentic Italian food at such low prices. I have ordered here before but only for pick up, I wanted to come in one night to get the full experience. This place is around warehouses which is weird at first but it's because the restaurant is connected to their factory which makes fresh pasta daily. I came in at 7pm on Saturday night and they immediately asked me if I had a reservation. Unfortunately, I didn't but just had a wait a couple minutes for their reservations to get there first (so please make a reservation). Finally sat down and immediately received two glasses for our wine that we brought (no corkage fee). They don't have tap water so bring water or buy water bottles. After quickly glancing at the menu we ordered the Burrata salad for an appetizer and wow it was delicious, plus you get so many for $10. With the free bread they give you, I made little burrata bites. It was sooo good. For an entree my boyfriend ordered the carbonara and I ordered the fettuccine with truffle sauce. Such perfect portions! We were so full from the appetizer we brought most of the pasta home for lunch the next day. I think we spent around $34 that's the best part. WOW! Spaghetto is a truly hidden gem that I found thanks to Yelp. I was confused when I pulled up into a commercial plaza, but Spaghetto is there. Just follow the signs when you turn into the plaza. Spaghetto makes and packs their own homemade pastas for sale, and they opened a small dining area next to their office. It was full on a Saturday night, but service was excellent. There were only two severs, and there is a slight language barrier with one, but they are all very nice people. There are specials on the large chalk board at the front. You can order and make reservations online, as well as calling in directly. I noticed that throughout our meal, the phone was constantly ringing, which is a good sign of Spaghetto's popularity. I ordered the Stuffed Calamari with grilled veggies as an appetizer. The flavor was there, but I thought the dish was very oily. The calamari was amazing. They put a cheese and spinach inside the calamari and cook it so it's soft and tender. For my entree, I got the Stuffed Truffle pasta, which is one of the specials. I added meatballs for $2 more for some meat. They give generous portions and everything tastes freshly made. This truffle dish is incredibly decadent. I LOVED it! My friend and I shared a tiramisu for dessert. It's definitely made for a single person, I thought it was too small to share (even if that makes me sound like a piggy). It is in a row of warehouse storefronts so it is off the beaten path. We actually passed it at first. We were the only ones in the place which quickly changed. The bread they brought was yummy. Hard on the outside and soft on the inside. Would have been a bit better if they had warmed it. For starters we tried the buratta. My bf who is Italian raved. Said it was the best he ever had. Soft and creamy on the inside served over a bed of lettuce with fresh tomato. Next up was an order of meatballs. Not the mammoth ones that everyone is serving now but small two bite meatballs like grandma used to make. Very tasty with a delicious tomato sauce. The place is actually a factory as they churn out the pasta right there and sell it to catering companies and cruise ships. Both of our dishes were delicious. Bf had fettuccine alfredo with shrimp and I had buccatini in vodka sauce with shrimp. Only three shrimp were served with each dish which was one of the few negatives. The pasta was cooked al dente and the sauces were delicious. To end the meal bf ordered a espresso and cannoli. The owner also came around with homemade biscotti. He was so impressed with the cannoli he ordered a whole dozen to go. Not only was the food yummy and reasonably priced but the service was great. The owner is extremely friendly and charming, and very accommodating . I love finding small out of the way spots and will definitely return even without a free certificate. So since my first review, I've come back to this place several times - about 5. I've ordered a variety of dishes and I have no complaint on anything. My favorites...that's tough because I loved them all. I've had chicken and mushroom ravioli with arrabbiata sauce and the meat lasagna. Ok I changed my mind, meat lasagna is my favorite, the texture of the pasta is delicate and Devine, and their base sauce is amazing. I've ordered a few other types of pasta and all good. The eggplant parmesan was decent - but I am extra picky with eggplant, it's not so much the flavor I didn't like, but I prefer eggplant to be thinly sliced, similar to a slice of cheese and not breaded. Happy to report that this place was as delicious as the previous reviews claim. They make their pasta in house, and you could easily taste the difference. Everything I tried (see pics) was excellent, and the service was awesome. Not so much a negative, but something worth noting is they do not offer free glasses of water. You need to purchase bottled water just like any other drink. Some of the other customers in the restaurant were weirded out but we were too busy enjoying the great food to care. Also, the location is not easily found as evidenced by both Uber drivers (drop off and pick up) getting lost. I can't fault the restaurant for poor gps/waze directions though, so 5 stars it is. Very nice clean Resturant. I had the Chicken Parmesan and a tossed salad. The menu Ali art and very reasonable priced. My fiancé had a cod fish dish that was very good and I will be back again. Spaghetto Factory is located near a truck stop, at a commercial plaza. It's so easy to miss, so just go right into the plaza lot as soon as you see it. When I walked in on a Wednesday evening at around 6:30PM, the restaurant was already packed. The restaurant is tiny, which has 4 tables that can each seat 6-8 people and 4 tables that can seat 2 people. There are two windows that let customers see the pasta factory. I forgot to see the factory since all the ravioli and bread may have blocked my memory. This is a family-owned restaurant that clearly cares about quality homemade food, so bring your appetite and patience. There were two servers who spoke Italian and English. Although being attended to took a while, I enjoyed the ambiance and decorations. The table had a paper placemat with a map of Italy and pasta trivia. The restaurant only serves bottled/canned beverages, which includes bottled water for $1.75 (just an fyi to all the tap water drinkers). The complimentary freshly baked bread was delicious! Crunchy crust with fluffy bread inside. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar glass bottles were already on the table for customers to serve themselves. For the entrée, I ordered Pumpkin Ravioli with Pink Vodka Sauce. The menu had $7.50 but I was charged $8.00. I didn't say anything, since I felt it wasn't a big deal. The sauce itself is a separate charge of $2.00. The customer service was excellent! My server was very friendly, attentive, and mindful. For the first time, I felt like a server really cared about the food. She asked me if I liked the food. When I said the sauce was really good, she asked me with a smile to be honest about the ravioli. I guess she sensed I was being evasive about the pasta or I didn't seem enthusiastic? I told her the ravioli pasta itself was a little tough, but it still overall was good. She apologized and said she would deduct a certain amount off my check. She was very mindful even asking if I was done with the plate of a small amount of oil and vinegar. I asked for extra bread, and she gave me a whole loaf. Initially, I had half a loaf to start, so I was extra happy with having more delicious bread! Definitely stop by here to enjoy Italian food and nice customer service! read more

Food was super disappointing. Service is non existent as the server never returns to check and see if you need anything. There were only 2 tables with patrons and we felt ignored. The owner came in and also ignored us and when we ask for a box and check he had attitude. When we went to pay our check he made rude comments. Needless to say we won't return. read more
