This place is great. I worked with Brandon and he was amazing. We bought an older home and the fireplace was sold "as is". We didn't know what to expect. Brandon was the second place to quote me and he found an issue with the way my water heater vented through the chimney that was causing some of the issues. Because of COVID they had on face masks, which I really appreciated and put down a protective cloth on the floor. I explained that my fireplace would ignite but would go out after awhile. Got someone to come out to clean out my 2 chimneys and inspect them because we moved into a new house last spring. He was able to give us a comprehensive explanation of the condition of both chimneys and a very reasonable quote for repairs that each one needed so that they could be useable. While we did set up a time for someone to come over on 1/6/23 between 8am - 10 am, no one showed up. I called at 11:30 to see if they're still coming. The man sounded flustered and said he will be coming over after an hour. I said no worries and take your time since I'm home. About two hours later, I get a texted that he can't come as he had a flat tire and can we reschedule for any day next week. I said next Friday first thing in the morning will be great. After a couple of hours, no response so I texted him "??". At around 530 pm, I texted him "are you still coming?" No response. Amazing work! I needed my fireplace sealed/closed up because I am not planning on using it and there was a big draft coming in. Instead of charging me 200-300 to put a lid on the the top of the fireplace and/or putting a new dampener in the fireplace (which would've cost me even more), they closed the existing dampener and asked me if I had styrofoam or towels so they could jam it up there and fix the draft that was coming.
