Very happy with my experience to date. I bought my bike else where so rightfully I had to pay a little higher amount for a full body and bike sizing but at least they were not like several others I approached that were standoffish! The thing is, if I like the service and products I will go back! Chris scheduled my appointment while over at another of their stores and everything was on time. Chris was thorough in his explanation of every step and measurement and they promised to refit until I was satisfied. I happily replaced my seat with a modern version of a split with the correct size for me and my Handle bar stem too. David tuned up my bike for 30 bucks and didn't charge labor for the new parts. I also bought new bottles and cages and am happy with the products. The guys were friendly and thorough. It felt like the old days when you went in and shot the shit at the old barber shop or hardware. I like and need that personal connection. When we are ready to get my wife a bike I will go there 1st and no matter what,Chris is handling the fitting! I just don't have any negative with my experience! I almost forgot to add that I rode the next day and what a difference! I have had this bike for almost a year and have been miserable and uncomfortable, I was ready to sell it! I had a much higher power transfer and my ride was up easily 2 miles an hour with zero discomfort! This makes me happy as I ponied up 2000 bucks for this bike elsewhere! read more

With them having so many shops around town you can get a new bike from any of the top Bike manufactures. They also provide a certified bike fitting service. Chris really goes the extra mile to make sure you are going to be comfortable on you bike for the long haul. These guys are the best. Took care of my wife's flat tire on a Sunday and offered a free tune up, we bought these bikes there last year. Installed a new seat on my bike and tuned it up on Monday. Went in for tire repair and my free tune. They fixed the tire and forgot to tune it up. Charged me $20. Got home and tire was flat, took it back and they gave me a story bout all the goat heads in Az, they fixed the tire again and charged me again! The tire went flat within 2 days! I fixed the flat 3 month ago and still holding air! read more

Absolutely spot on. I had ideas for a unique amazing gravel bike, and John & Scott made it happen. When talking with John I told him my dream and he kind of shook his head at first and then got super charged up about the project and came up with great recommendations of changes and upgrades to the bike to make it my dream. He did an awesome conversion, to the ultimate gravel bike. I wanted a full suspension gravel bike and they took the Specialized Stumpjumper put drop bars, shifters, narrower tires, cogset, chainring....... The bike is the most comfortable road, MTB and hybrid I have ever ridden. It will go anywhere. I love riding it at every chance I get. And if that wasn't enough, when they ran into an unexpected delay, and I had to leave town (full time Rvers,) instead of me picking it up 2 months later, Scott delivered it to me at our campground. The problem with this Bike Masters, is that they can't keep good employees. Last week, I took my bike in because my chain broke after three months use following a major tune up at Bike Masters. They refused to replace the chain and instead tweeked my back derailer and installed the same chain. Well, I just wrecked my bike because my back derailer jammed and the chain broke. I bought three bikes at this Bike Masters within the last three years: mine and two for my kids. I did not recognize the two teenagers who I dealt with, but they were rude and incompetent. read more

Paid in full, almost $300 for a new Electra Cruiser for my daughters 11th birthday. I was told I would be called and emailed when the bike arrived today. So far no contact by the store, store is closing soon, and when my wife and I each called at different times throughout the day, it was obvious that we were not a priority. I'm guessing because they already have our money. If they do come through, great, but we're down to the wire. But for me the biggest thing is their vibe, blatant disinterest, and urgency to get off the phone which was evident by their short answers, no apologies, and lack of information. Basically, it will be here when it gets here attitude. Nothing frustrates me more than subpar service and communication........except for lack of interest and sympathy. All of these attributes were showcased by Bike Masters in my case. read more

A year ago we purchased mid level mountain bikes for the entire family (4 bikes in total) from Bike Masters in Gilbert. Zach was exceptionally helpful and extremely easy to work with. Over the last year Zach and his team have continued to maintain the excellent level of service, always making time to fit us in when work is needed. After talking to Zach about upgrade options, I decided to upgrade my Specialized 29" Camber Carbon to a top of the line Fox Factory 34 front fork and Specialized carbon rims. The parts were ordered and installed the parts in less than 2 weeks and I could not be happier with the results. While the factory configuration was definitely nice, the new configuration is truly amazing. I am shocked at the difference when riding the bike. I cannot recommend Bike Masters strongly enough. From the original sale a year ago to the upgrade last week, the team at Bike Masters is outstanding to work with and exceptionally skilled at their jobs. Nice work guys! read more

I have been through bike masters several times to buy some soft goods and have always been greeted with a warm welcome with knowledgeable personal working the shop so and I decided on getting a fit on my time trial bike. Dan was very helpful in setting me up in the right position on my TT bike and was engaged and very meticulous throughout the fit. He was patient with me in changing the bike position several times to find the optimal bike position that allowed the most comfort on the saddle while producing the greatest amount of efficiency. It truly seemed that he had my best interest at hand through out the fit and would recommend bike masters ranging from replacing a bike tube to an getting extensive bike fit. read more
