    Internet does not work very often, if it does it lags. Basically scamming because they charge even when the internet does not work

When it was my turn, Alex came over to greet me, took the bag with my mom's equipment, and walked me over to his station. I was honestly a little nervous because the account wasn't under my name. I explained that my mom has been sick and I'm taking care of emptying her apartment and canceling her utilities on her behalf. Alex immediately understood and took care of everything in about a minute with no hassle at all. I was expecting this to be a much more complicated process, so I was really impressed by how easy and stress-free Alex made everything. The wait was a bit longer than expected, especially since I was just there for a quick return. That's really the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. That said, I understand how things go--sometimes it's just not fast-paced, and you have to be patient. In a way, the experience reminded me that everything doesn't have to move at full speed all the time. The staff was doing their best with what they had, and I respect that.

I was like wow! asked questions..then he gave me the best offer and for staying ..I can have this amazing 7G Internet for $41.99. No catch.. "the best offers are when you go in person" ofcourse, i had to get Mobile service ..but who cares..I dont have to purchase a phone .. so I run home..installed the 7G..and ...and ... its the slowest internet ever..horrible for gaming.. what Wifi i have ever experienced.. ive called many times ..theyve send their "Certified Expert Technicians" to not do anything..but i love the $41.99.. just not sure if its worth it..

Been a customer for more than 7 years and they offer no customer loyalty or discount. Service is terrible when trying to get assistance on bill.
