I asked if they could do a little job on my rims of my Challenger Scat Pack 392. I wanted to match the Dodge stripes on the center caps of the rims to my red Brembo callipers. They were super friendly and let me leave the caps with them while they ordered the paint. Great communication and awesome job! I HIGHLY recommend this business!

evidence threat they put my light back together using SUPER GLUE wtf who does this

the positive reviews must be either fake or people who don't know what to look for. BEWARE this shop at all costs. I brought my car here, bc this place was highly reviewed. These reviews are clearly fake. They took two weeks longer than anticipated to fix it. They called to tell me my car was fixed on a Thursday. I purchased a flight and arrived on a Saturday to pick it up, it was still unpainted. No one knew anything, I had to purchase a flight back without a car. No one could tell me why I was called to come pick up my car and it wasn't ready. I should've known then I was in for some sh*t. When it was finally fixed, I took it to another collision shop in Houston to inspect the job. Because even to my untrained eye, I saw blemishes in the paint, misaligned panels, they didn't even put the Infiniti badge back on my car They laughed at how poorly done the job was. The shop said they hadn't seen work like this in a minute. Speedy billed my insurance company for OEM replacement of parts but they actually just did shoddy work to fix the old parts and thought I wouldn't notice. A fraud investigation is pending. If you care about your car, don't trust these clowns with it. You've been warned.

Many people warn you in these reviews, take it very serious. We recently took our sons Infiniti to Speedy for air bag repair. When we picked up the car we notice the traction system light is on. We were told the traction system was working but they couldn't get the light to turn off. "If your son can live with that light being on, you'll be fine" 10 days later (the first rain after picking up the car) my son had a horrible accident as he hydroplaned and lost control on I-35 totaling his car. Interestingly enough, the airbags we just had repaired at Speedy DID NOT deploy! Alfonso and team could care less and passed all expense to us. They denied any wrong doing just as you will see in his response to this review.

NOT SPEEDY AT ALL... I brought in my Honda Civic for mostly aesthetic damages to the front. Compared to most accidents, the damages were minor with Speedys giving me an initial time estimation of one week. Now, it's the end of the third full week and I'm about to receive my car. What bothered me the most about the shop was that they do not communicate anything about the car. First, there was a time lapse in them receiving the check from my insurance. I wouldn't have known this unless I called in. They made it sound like this was the reason for the delay. But no, even when the check was received, the car wasn't going to be ready. I had to call in urgently asking for the car to be ready by the end of the third week so I could go to my graduation. I am currently waiting for my car now... two and a half hours after they promised the car would be ready. Would've been nice to receive a phone call for an update once in a while, but maybe that's asking too much? I don't know about you but a car is a huge investment for me so I'd like to know what's been done and how it's going.

I pulled my car from Sewell; had DFW Pro Bright Star Body Shop do the work, man they hooked me up. This is a family owned and respected auto body shop that goes back over 20 years. They were able to complete my repairs in 2 weeks!!! I was informed exactly where they were in their process through text mails that lead you to a dashboard which displays Dropped Off - Started - Finished - Picked Up. In addition, it displays the costs and deductible with contacts with DFW and your insurance provider. Overall, they did a great job on my car, and they were able to help fund the deductible based on my financial situation. I will always use them for my auto body repair needs, I think you need to go down there check them out. Ask for Peyman, he's the man...

DFW was my fourth visit. I was skeptical about the business and the area it was in, but Peyman eased my concerns immediately. He listened and he was very hospitable and informative of the process and timeline for repair. When my Wife dropped off the car for repair, they paid for an Uber to get her back home! The car looked great once finished and I was a happy camper. Fast forward to October 2019, I noticed several dark spots on my hood where it had been painted the year previous. You could tell the spots were under the paint and I could not polish them out. I took the car back to DFW Pro Bright Star and Pouya, not only greeted me with a friendly smile, he actually remembered me from over a year ago. He quickly assessed the situation and without hesitation, he asked me to leave the car so they can take care of it. After four days, they called me to say my car was finish and to come get it. They backed up the work they originally did and my car looked new once again...no charge! I was impressed with their commitment to doing great work and pleasing the customer! I have become a customer for life! They have earned my business with 5 Stars. Thank you Peyman and Pouya!

I cannot comment on the quality of repairs performed by this shop because I ultimately chose not to…read morehave the vehicle repaired there. However, I believe consumers should be aware that I was required to sign a repair authorization before the shop would prepare an estimate for my insurance claim. My vehicle was non-operational and was brought in for evaluation. The shop concluded the clutch was the source of the problem and began extensive body teardown work as part of the estimation process. After the vehicle was returned to me, I had the transmission removed and the clutch components were found to be largely intact. The actual problem appears to have been internal engine damage rather than a clutch failure. What surprised me most was the extent of the teardown performed before I understood what would be involved. At one point, major body panels had been removed from the vehicle even though no repair work had been authorized beyond the estimate process. After I raised concerns with both the shop and my insurance company, all charges were waived and the vehicle was reassembled and returned to me. The truck appears to have been put back together properly and in substantially the same condition it was in before the teardown. Based on my experience, I would recommend that customers ask detailed questions about what authorizations are being requested, what teardown work may be performed during the estimating process, and whether the shop is performing a body estimate, a mechanical diagnosis, or both.

If you don't believe me, just check out their lot full of exotic cars that all the dealerships in DFW send them to work on. That in itself shows the level of work they produce. Details: I bought a body kit for my 370z and was looking for someone who could paint and install it. Unfortunately, my aftermarket bumper was not ideal to work with, but Thomas and his crew spent almost 3 whole weeks perfecting it. Thomas was very honest about expectations and explained everything to me thoroughly. There was some extra mesh work that needed to be done to protect the inside of the car and Thomas didn't even charge me for it since he probably felt I was spending a good chunk of money on the entire kit. Whatever the reason, I was totally ready to pay him for additional labor, but he declined. I'm writing this review an hour after I've picked up my car and it looks absolutely phenomenal. I'll update with photos later. If you need anything custom, aftermarket, body, paint, insurance work, etc. New Concept Autoworks is the place to go.
