the absolute worse mexican food i have ever had. The only taste came from the onion and celantro on the 3 tacos. This was such a dissapointment, the pricex are too high for what your actually getting. I've had $1.25 tacos that had more meat and flavor to them than this. I have been coming here about once a week for the past few months and have decided not to go back. When the food is prepared well, it's fantastic! The first few times were great. Unfortunately, it seems hit or miss in quality and I have had some very average burritos and tacos lately. My biggest problem, however, is the service. Easily overwhelmed, not very friendly, absolutely no recognition I go there once a week. I don't feel like they really care about customer service. The quality of Speedy Taco has been trending a bit south as of late. Given that they no longer have their $1 taco special, they should invest some of the increased revenue towards a jug of Clorox and some scrub brushes; the place is getting pretty dingy and could use some elbow grease. Loved it! I ordered the beef burrito while my girlfriend ordered the nacho supreme. Both were large and it took our best effort to finish them both (I had to help her). We ordered for take-out and it was less than 10 minutes before our food was ready. The staff is very courteous and I would recommend anyone to try it! read more

Great prices, great food, great variety (authentic mexican food with an order of cheese fries on the side - how can you beat that?). Tacos can be ordered either Mexican or American style and the service is fast and friendly. I went with a few friends and I ordered first. We all ordered the same thing. My friends received their meal first with chips and salsa. I asked where my food was they said they ran out of meat. The people behind me ordered the same thing and got their order first. Finally they took my order to the cash register and pretended I was not there. They finally gave me my food. I sat down and an employee was bringing someone's food to them and asked if I would like guacamole and I said yes. He brought back and said I had to go up and pay for it. I was in all like seriously you asked if I wanted some and I thought it was because they didn't bring me my meal. I go to pay and they said I had to pay for chips too. I said chips came with the meal and I never received those chips yet. By the time I paid and got my stuff I had to ask for a Togo box. They did not want to give me one because I ordered my meal for there. I replied well I have been here about 40 minutes and have to be back to work. My lunch break is over. I would never recommend this restaurant. I paid almost $20 for my meal when my friend paid for 3 meals and was about $8 less. When confronting them they act like they do not understand you. Such a shame. I think if you're skin color is right you get the right service. I went there today and I'm a young black man. I ordered the breakfast burrito with no beans. The woman taking my order turns to the cooks and says "breakfast burrito no beans, no frijoles" and they say "si" I pay and wait while two other white couples get their food and leave. In the kitchen I can hear them laughing saying no frijoles. I get my food drive home and to open my burrito with beans. I drove back they're all in disbelief I came back. She looks all confused and I explain there are beans and she turns to the cooks they speak in Spanish and then she says "they're going to make you another one" I looked at her like no I want my money. She says "well I can only give you half because you only brought half back" at this point I was to put everyone in their place, but I was like whatever give me the money.
