Door Dash took over 30 minutes longer than stated when I ordered. I digress. The food from Lotus was still hot, very well packaged, and presented with care. The entrees I ordered were chicken tikka masala, butter chicken masala and mutter paneer. All three generous portions were flavorful with enough sauce added to be enjoyed with the included sides of white rice. The garlic naan is well charred, soft and large! Enjoyed it.

As usual we had to go to the bathroom to get paper towels as every time we have been there they appeared to be out. Very Disappointed! We don't mind paying the current market price for a very good burger but today, We would have gotten better burgers and great Fries at Whataburger! The current Steer Burger was a step above Burger King and Sonic. My qualifications as an Expert and Experienced Food and Service Critic; I have over 65 years of Management Experience. I have a College Degree with a BS in Management and have been trained in two Culinary Schools, to include on the job training at other venues. I've managed full service as well as fast food restaurants and have had my own successful Catering business. As a Culinary Trainer, I have trained personnel on how to provide superb cuisine and sales and customer service. At the age of 78, I am now retired and enjoy being on the other side of the Apron.
