Trying to move my wife off her Rainman-like creature of habit mentality brings a degree of risk. Thankfully, she didn't feel like fighting me. And she will be the first to admit that she was glad I "forced" her into something new. The deviled eggs were well liked. The entrees for our group included the herb roasted chicken, burger, nachos, and prime rib. For the record, any time I see prime rib on a menu I order it just to see if I'll ever return to that restaurant. Needless to say, it was prepared exactly to specification, with a perfect balance of tenderness coupled with the au jus sauce. My wife, having sampled every plate on the table, couldn't stop raving about the overall quality of every entree. Needless to say, I now have a new "safe" restaurant to add to our repertoire. I hate to add it as a side note, but the service was spot-on and our waitress was a perfect blend of attentive without being disruptive. If I lived in Frisco, WB's would be our local go-to spot. Instead, we'll break out of the bubble and visit often.

Overall, the entree portions for the two items that we had were a bit small. I had the pork tenderloin. It was under seasoned and dry. Glad there was pleanty of mustard sauce on the plate. Wilted spinach was overcooked as well. My wife and daughter wanted to split the burger. This is something they have done often in other restaurants. At least they feel like they had a generous helping of fries. They each received half a piece of wilted lettuce and a quater of a red onion. It is hard to believe that this burger was voted "Best in Frisco 2024." The embiance was nice. We had great ecpectations when we were seated and ordered. We cannot complain about our service. It was memorable.

I ordered the fried shrimp and fries platter which is pretty basic, nothing elaborate and a bottled root beer. You could taste the old grease in the fries. Not sure why the shrimp tasted slightly better, maybe because of the seasoning? The strangest thing.... The bottled root beer was flat, and it cost over 3.00. The restaurant looked clean, but I really hate when the floors are sticky, which they were. Please change the cleaning solution used. The service was fine, nothing exceptional. I asked if the restaurant was under new ownership. I was told no, but yes under new management with the same cooks. Well, I'm not sure about that, but I know I won't return.

Food highlights were the kimchi ramen -- genuinely spicy, not performatively so -- and the Dallas roll which was outstanding. The shrimp hibachi meal was solid across the board though the noodles were bland and forgettable. Kids meal was a hit. Menu is extensive enough that you'll need multiple visits to scratch the surface. Service was attentive and genuine throughout. SAS Verdict: Approved. Bluefin delivers. The Dallas roll alone is worth the trip.

Sushi b combo was good and for $28, it was a decent price. The online price of $25.95 is outdated. The waitress said the white fish was "white tuna". The California roll was surprisingly good. Pleasant staff, tons of TVs playing different options and good seating. They serve Pepsi products too! You also get a little discount if you pay cash, ours was about $3 cheaper for cash pay. They have free sugar at the front so you can make your own cotton candy from the machine! It takes about 4 minutes for the machine to warm up, you pour the container of sugar in, and off you go. How cool is that!?

The servers are all dressed in a nice Western shirt, and the theming throughout is consistent and very well done. Even the guest napkins look like bandanas which I was super impressed with. I started with the Caesar Salad which had a little too much dressing in my opinion but was fresh and delicious. I got the petit filet as my entree and it had delicious flavor without being too salty which I greatly appreciated. Our table shared the broccolini and the Sweet Potato which were both amazing. I don't normally like Sweet Potatoes but this was pureed so finely that it was like pudding with the charred marshmallow on top. The Lone Star Poire tasted like spicy pear deliciousness in a glass. And the champagne bubble bath had an adorable presentation with the rubber duck floating on top. Overall a really great experience and a lovely hotel.

Broccolini was a snooze. The shrimp appetizer was a hard pass. Ok sized but bland beyond bland. The wedge was ok but I'm not big on sweet flavor and there was a sweetness to the dressing I didn't care for. Service was very good. The BAD - This place is LOUD!!! Crazy LOUD!! And there was hardly anyone there. You could hear the bartenders shaking the martinis. When we mentioned it to our server, she said we should hear it when it's crowded. More bad, gnats. I saw that in a previous review. Definitely annoying but also considered a health hazard according to restaurant inspection dept.

My husband and I stopped by on a weekday around 4:30 pm for happy hour before dinner elsewhere, and luckily, we were able to snag a seat on the patio. All the seating at the bar was already taken at this point. We ordered the dynamite shrimp, some oysters, the cheeseburger, and some drinks. I usually start with the bleu & gold martini (or two). My husband tried the stone fruit martini, but they put a super sour sugar rim on his, which made it EXTREMELY hard to drink. I've ordered this at the Addison location before and never had this rim, so I'm not sure if it is typical at the Frisco location or if it was just when we went. The food was all great- the dynamite shrimp was good, but nothing spectacular. Some of the batter ended up being soggy and a few shrimp pieces were rather small. The cheeseburger was amazing, as always! Overall, the food and service were great, and we will definitely be back again!

It is a very cute restaurant and the ambiance is very calm. Chicken parm: This dish was alright. There is a lot of cheese on the dish which can be overpowering. The marinara sauce is very light which I enjoy. They were out of pasta so I did not get the full experience with this dish. Moreover, I still had to pay full price even though half my dish was missing. Burger: The burger is great! It is extremely juicy and I loved the thousand island dressing on it. It is a great portion and tons of flavor. I loved getting truffle fries on the side with this burger! It came with a huge seasoned pickle on the side which was too sour for me. I also liked the trio dipping sauces, which included ranch, ketchup, honey mustard. Honey mustard was the best with the fries!
