This little market was very convenient and of course it's in Jackson hole so of course it's going to be expensive like everything here but that doesn't take away from the convenience and availability of items. We started with the wild mushroom mozzarella with balsalmic butter, parmesan and balsalmic glaze served on crunchy baguettes. It was unbelievably flavored and tasty, a great start to the night and must have! The Spanish salad with arugula, apple, fennel, almonds, manchego and a honey-sherry vinegarette was good but not on par with the other dishes. The tuna crudo with cucumber, arugula, crunchy grains, orange wedges, citrous vinegarette, fried capers and preserved lemon was light, a real palate cleanser, and refreshing. Our guests were in chocolate heaven and they were packaged so nicely. They even put a small paper inside each box with our initials and wedding date on one side and the flavor information on the other.
