    Splash Plumbing Bill
    Lisa J.

We called and were quoted basically $200 to pull the toilet. So the 2 guys hauled in the equipment and pulled the toilet. I watched them push the bottle out with the borescope 6 maybe 8 in of video cable. One guy packed up while the other reinstalled the toilet maybe 45min. Then because they had to remove and scope it became a $500 plus bill. I should have the police. Then Dr. to get my head examined for trusting these robbers!!! Did I mention we told them!! That we think a bottle fell into the toilet!!!

The invoice I paid for which I was led to believe will cover all the work I had requested for.

Probably the last time I use splash plumbing for any type of service. Please stay away from this business. My restaurant had a few things I needed to repair and I wanted to have an estimate. A technician came on site to write up an estimate which I was charged $239.00. Wow $239 for just an estimate which I was flabbergasted. I shook that off as there is a cost of doing business. The part that upsets me is if I'm paying $239 for an estimate I have expectations. These expectations including: 1. The estimate and call out fee will be deducted from them if I choose to fix with them 2. There was a CLEAR explanation on the estimate A few days later I received an email with the estimate. On the estimate there is options 1- 3. I emailed them to ask iif these were different options to get the work I had requested complete. They replied with "yes" these are the different options so i chose the second to cheapest option. However in my disbelief these weren't options but rather separate work orders to get everything repaired/ replaced. Turns out that these aren't different "options" but rather a price to have just one work. How ridiculous have I never seen OPTIONS been use in that term. It was so ridiculously unclear and it seems like they're not gonna do anything about it . There are plenty of great plumbers in the area that offer free and honest estimate so please stay away from Splash plumbing.

The cat approves! He can be very critical of shoddy soldering.

Splash was recommended to me by someone whose HOA was using them and they found that Splash had done a very good job.

He explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what was going on. It ended up not being a serious plumbing issue (thankfully!), but what really stood out was how honest he was. No pressure, no upselling -- just straightforward answers. They've actually done drain line work for us in the past, and experiences like this are exactly why they continue to be our go-to plumber. It's hard to find a company you can consistently trust, and we really appreciate the quality of service and communication every time. Highly recommend -- and definitely ask for Jesus!

The main guy, Irving was a blessing. He was customer focused, kept the crew working. He was always concerned about how we were dealing with the chaos around the 3 holes in our house, the piles of dirt in our courtyard. Always asking how we're doing. True asset to any company. Now the BAD...The actual plumbing work took 8 days. That in itself was overwhelming. To accomplish this work, the crew pulled up a portion of the luxury vinyl in the master bedroom, dug a good size hole, did the same in the master closet and a third hole in the guest bathroom. We understood why this was necessary. When the new plumbing installation was complete (8 days), the contract stated they would make sure everything would be put back the way it was before they started. It literally took 22 days before my 3 rooms were back to the original condition. The subcontractor they sent out to put the flooring back was not qualified. The plumbing company filled the holes and poured "some" concrete. They did not level it, which should have been the restoration company making sure of before laying down the luxury vinyl. We had 4 1/2 boxes of new planks for them to use if needed. As it turned out the flooring company removed more planks and made the restoration much larger than it needed to be. Consequently there was not enough of our flooring. After several calls to find our replacement luxury vinyl it was determined it was discontinued and none to be found. The Rooter Company agreed to let us pick a replacement flooring that we would be happy with. Since we were not happy with quality of work their installer performed, they allowed us to find our own installer. We did appreciate The Rooter Company making the situation right to our satisfaction. Was the company good? Yes as far as the plumbing repairs. Did they follow through with fixing the affected area in our 3 rooms in a timely manner, NO! My recommendation is before starting any work, get in writing a start & end date of all repairs. Make sure the subcontractors they use know what they're doing. I tried calling the CEO of the Rooter Company, I believe his name was Mark, left a message, would like a call back. He never called. Not good customer service. And for that reason, I will not recommend this company. Based on my explanation of our experience, it's up for you to decide to use them or not.

I spoke with David last night, and he was able to get me on the books with someone first thing this morning. Christian arrived on time and was incredibly helpful. He took the time to educate me on the problem I was dealing with, the causes for it, and the solutions I had available. Luckily I was able to take advantage of the $99 Yelp special they offered, so this went from being a major headache to a minor inconvenience. After the service was complete, Christian took the extra time to check for any other leaks and to make sure things were looking good across the rest of the house, which I greatly appreciated. Overall I had a fantastic experience with Done-Rite and plan to work with them on some future projects. I can't recommend them enough for any of your plumbing needs!

We had worked with Done Right Plumbers before and loved them, but still wanted to compare. So glad we did! Dave, the owner, gave us an estimate that was literally half the price of another plumber, and with their consistent 5-star reviews, the choice was easy. Dave and his team showed up, got straight to work, and had everything fixed before lunchtime. We went from total panic to "yay, we can shower again!" in just a few hours. Super trustworthy, incredibly knowledgeable, and they truly live up to their name-they get the job done right. Highly recommend!

I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Now this company is going to be our go-to plumber for future needs! Daniel, the owner, is super knowledgeable and honest about what is recommended for the home based on the pipe condition. He personally came out to look at our pipes and provided reasonable recommendations based on his assessment. He was willing to work with our budget and got the work done in two days with very minimal disruption to our ability to use water. We got our pipes relined and a two way cleanout installed professionally. Everyone in his crew (including Daniel) were super nice and were willing to educate us about the work that was being done. He also identified some root balls / blockage past the sidewalk in the sewer line, and let us know that it was the city's side of responsibility. He even helped us reach out to the city and confirmed that the city covers their side of the property line. We are still waiting on the city to respond (no control over the speed), but I'm thankful Daniel went above and beyond to assist. Plumbing is hard work and I'm so glad that Daniel and his crew exist. Thanks again!!
