I ordered green tea which is not on the menu and this ramen. The egg is one of my favorite parts of ramen. The deluxe comes with five pieces of pork with two eggs. The truffle paste takes it from "great ramen" to "why haven't I been here sooner," and the homemade chashu is so tender it practically melts before you even chew.
