I've been meaning to try this place and was in the area so it was convenient. It was difficult to find parking since it's on a busy main street. Parked around the corner which wasn't too far. The place is very tiny. There are only a few tables. When I went there wasn't anywhere to sit so we ordered to go. My husband and I ordered the longanisa and rice. It came with a little tomato and I think a sprinkle of salted egg. I wasn't sure what to do with the vinegar. The food tasted fine without it. We also ordered a halo halo. It was huge! I didn't get to take a pic of the halo halo because I was so excited to eat it! hahaha. I chose Pandan ice cream on top and they were very generous with the scoop! My husband ordered some kind of ube latte which he liked. Next time I would like to try the silvanas and I will be getting the halo halo again! The owner was the cashier. He was very warm and welcoming.

Tapsilog: B+ Beef was very well seasoned and overall the plate as a whole is a very satisfying meal. The garlic rice was a little lacking in salt in my opinion but a little bit of sauce helps that out. Pork lumpia: A I killed a box of a dozen lumpia by myself.. these are fantastic! Great to know where I can go to in town to get one of the snacks I crave the most! Super crispy, fried to perfection. And has a good ratio of filling to the size, with a sweet sauce.

We were at a Filipino festival, but the lines were too long, so we decided to try Spoon and Fork out. Long story short, it was a great experience! Parking is pretty limited in the small lot behind the building, but there's plenty of street parking that's free. Spoon and Fork is a pretty small restaurant for dine-in, but seems to have fast turnaround. It took about 10 minutes for food to come out. Inside, it probably can seat about maybe 14 people. The menu is also pretty tight, but appropriate for the size of their restaurant, and the flavors of their dishes were great, with modern twists. We ordered the following: - Pork adobo - it had braised pork that was very flavorful, maybe on the side of saltier, so more rice would be good. - Pork sisig: Sisig pieces were a bit on the larger side than what I'm used to. Loved the over easy egg and the sauce on the side. I also enjoyed the char of the sisig. - Sinigang chicken wings: Lots of seasoning, a bit saltier, but it was delicious. The batter was SO crunchy, and came out very hot. - Chicken lumpia: Very solid! - Biko latte: This latte was interesting because it had pieces of sticky rice in there. On the sweeter side for me personally, but still enjoyable. My mom actually thought it was not too sweet. My favorite dishes would be the pork sisig and sinigang chicken wings. Service was very friendly! I would totally come back here!

Another deserving high quality spot for AAPI Heritage month! This was my first visit to Spoon and Fork and it did not disappoint! This spot serves delicious, authentic Filipino cuisine. Finally got to visit as I've been meaning to visit for a while now. Spoon and Fork is located in downtown Sacramento off Broadway and 21st St. There's ample street parking. This place is not a big place but there are several spots for dine-in seating. Clean and well organized with a nice decor inside. Placed my order and was provided with utensils in a clean, empty spam container. Now that is very cool and creative!! Also offered some water. Ordered the following dishes: ***Lechon kawali plate $16 - fried pork belly with rice 5/5 ***Pork lumpia shanghai $10 - 7 pcs 5/5 Both were very delicious and authentic Filipino flavoring!! For dessert, got a halo-halo ($9) and it was a huge serving with lots of ube ice cream! It was sooo good!! 5/5 Staff are friendly with great customer service! The owners Joanne and Ray were on deck greeting and assisting customers. Lots of customers coming in for both dine-in and pick-up while I was there. Joanne and I got to talking briefly about our tattoos. I think I may have found a fav goto Filipino eatery spot in the downtown Sac area! Will be back again soon and try their other menu items.

Another great eatery close to the corner of Broadway and 21st St featuring Filipino food. I waited so long to finally eat here due to the crowds. The crowds were here for a great reason. I started with the chicken lumpia. Great flavor with a crisp roll, this is an every time kinda must get. I also got the pork adobo, incredible dish cooked perfectly and full of flavor. I am so impressed this cozy spot fills such a large niche in Sacramento. Hat tip to Spoon and Fork for awesome food and a super friendly staff.

A small little place near downtown on Broadway. Only one table and some high bar seating, so mainly to-go orders kind of place, but we grabbed the one table early in the morning on a Saturday. The staff was friendly and the place is fun and cute inside. The food! 1. I loved the Calamansi Wings! Hot, juicy, and tender. Kind of like lemon pepper wings, Filipino style. 2. Tapsilog beef plate was great. I enjoyed the marinated beef and vinegar based sauce it came with and the egg on garlic rice was maybe the best part. 3. The wifey got the pork abobo with garlic rice (substitute). She said it was pretty good, but some pieces were a bit dry. 4. Lumpias. Great... but then again, never met a lumpia I didn't like! 5. Lechon Kawali. Marinated Pork belly over rice. Very good if you enjoy pork belly (take out) 6. Calamansi cucumber aqua fresca was a nice refreshing drink to go with rich foods Overall great! Will be back, especially for the Calamansi wings.

Food was delicious. I really wish there was more seating. There is limited seating inside. Most of the guests were ordering and taking their food to go.

I am torn about what actual rating to leave this restaurant. It is a hole in the wall, seemingly family owned, and everyone was really funny. I knew what I wanted, but I heard the employees answering many questions and offering suggestions to other customers. So, A+ for customer service. As an aside, I enjoyed the utensils being served in an empty Spam container. Now, the food. It basically was $20 for a plate of meat, rice, and a bottle of soda. I got the pork adobo...adobo being a flavor I've had before. Though seemingly high(er) in price, I was ready to enjoy. While cooked well and fork tender, the pork just tasted like it had been drenched in soy sauce. Not exaggerating....it was overly salty soy sauce smothered pork. Had it been other flavors breaking through, I may have a more positive review, but yeah...it tasted as if the pork were marinated, then braided for hours, in nothing but soy sauce. After a few bites, the flavor was repetitive and kind of boring. I want them to do well, and would try other things on the menu, but I have had better adobo.

Not pictured, chicken sandwich and sigsig. Don't sleep on this little spot! Everything was so good! They have like 8 counter seats and a regular table for 2 (so wheelchair accessible). Driving through from the South Bay and we had a hankering for Filipino food today and were so glad to have found this place! We shared: calamansi wings, pork adobo, longsilog, sisig, and a chicken sandwich. Gosh everything was delicious, but that chicken sandwich was sooo good! Super crispy crunchy on the outside but so juicy and tender and perfectly seasoned.

After having "Spoon and Fork" bookmarked on Yelp for several months, I finally got the opportunity in giving this Filipino business a try. Located in the heart of Sacramento and directly on Broadway and in between 20th/21st St's, this wildly popular restaurant has been opened for business since the spring of 2025. As of early-2026, they are one of a small handful of Filipino businesses in the Sacramento area; a very warm welcome as I have eaten at other similar businesses in the Bay Area. I came here during the afternoon on Saturday 2/7/2026 at around 1:45pm. Parking can be hit-or-miss as your best bet would be to park on Broadway or nearby 21st St. The exterior shows their business name complete with the colors of the Philippines (red, white, blue, & yellow) and logos of a spoon and fork (hence the name of the business). Once entering, you will notice just how tiny this place is; only seating for about 8-10 guests max. However, my lady and I felt right at home as the husband and wife owners, Ray and Joanne Suavillo greeted us with open arms and a smile. In case you're wondering, Spoon and Fork's roots started from a lumpia truck that originally launched as Wandering Boba and eventually became a permanent brick-and-mortar restaurant. Since 2025, their Broadway location is used for indoor dining as well as pickup orders to-go. To those that once remember, this is where "Panda House" stood for many years (2008-2024) until Spoon and Fork eventually vacated that space (in May 2025). Their menu is extensively Filipino with traditional favorites such as chicken or pork lumpia, Calamansi or Sinigang chicken wings, and their Silog plates that come in either beef, sweet pork, sausage, or Spam. These plates come with garlic fried rice, salted egg salad, and an egg cooked over easy. Finally, you also have the option of ordering a rice plate that comes in either pork adobo, Sisig, pork belly, burger steak, or BBQ chicken. They also carry rice noodles and a small variety of Filipino desserts and juices. Since I wanted the true Filipino experience, I went with their "Tosilog" plate which was their sweet & savory pork dish. My lady went with their "BBQ chicken" rice plate. We received a pager that beeped when our plates were ready. The owner was very accommodating as he cleared the space for us to enjoy our meals inside of the business. I will say that my Tosilog plate was absolute perfection; the pork was tender and made very delicately. It paired up great with the garlic fried rice while the egg was the perfect balance in every bite. I also tried some of her BBQ chicken as this hit the spot with the spices and flavors. Normally, I wouldn't write such an extensive review on a business. But the high level of customer service, ambiance, and cozy vibes really made this place shine. Both Ray and Joanne continued to converse with us even with other customers waiting for their food. Best of all, their food hit all the high notes with the amount of unique flavors that are represented. With decent prices, prime location, and food that will have me return as repeat customer, I am giving "Spoon and Fork" a perfect five star rating.

Spoon and Fork has been on my try list for a while now and I finally got to try them last weekend. I was able to snag a parking spot right in front. It's a small place and I can see it can fill up quickly, very cute and clean inside. I ordered tosilog and sisig and we really enjoyed both plates. The sisig was especially good. The eggs were cooked perfectly and still nice and runny after the long ride home. I am looking forward to trying more dishes, as well as the biko latte which sounds so good! I spoke with one of the owners while I was waiting for my food and he was very friendly and all around nice guy. I love supporting local businesses like this one. Definitely check them out.

I seriously cannot recommend Spoon and Fork enough. Customer service: 10/10 Food: 10/10 Taste: 15/10 I highly recommend the Sisig Plate, pork lumpia, and Sinigang wings + a calamansi juice. It is exactly the kind of place that has us BEGGING them to expand! Incredible humans opened and incredible spot and Sacramento could not be more lucky!! THANK YOU!

Yummmmm! I finally had lunch in the pocket-sized diner down the street, serving up delicious fast and fresh eats. Inside smells amazing, and seats about 10 people. I ordered the Tsilog, with sweet and savory pork upon recommendation from staff - that and the lumpia did not disappoint. Both were too good to be pictured. Try their specialty drinks, I ordered the ube coffee, and got to try their special ice cream flavor. Try to guess the flavor (see photo description for a hint). Pro-tip: go before 11:45, or after the lunch rush. I have no idea what took me so long to try, I'll be back soon.

Do they offer any vegetarian dishes besides the vegetable lumpia?

Sounds like a nice place. Is the vegetable lumpia vegan? Is it fried in animal fat?

    Do they do online orders?

They do not take phone or online orders.

Anyone know their current business hours? I cannot find it anywhere.

Lumpia Ko is a good local spot for boba and Filipino food. We came on a Saturday afternoon and…read morethere was no one at the cashier. There was a kiosk at the front and we ordered easily. They offer different silogs, noodles, lumpia, bobas, and more. We got the pancit, pork lumpia, and halo halo. Food took a while to come out. But it was worth the wait. The pancit tasted just like the ones my aunties made. Loved that it came with a lemon wedge instead of a lemon juice packet. There was a good amount of meat where most places put way too many vegetables. The lumpia was crispy and filling was fresh. The halo-halo was spot on with all the best stuff in it. Service was a little chaotic. The staff were all in the back busy working so there wasn't anyone in the front if you needed anything. But someone did come out if you needed help. There was one auntie calling loudly for an uncle to come out from the back when someone needed help. Reminded me so much of home!

Baboy Boys mobile kitchen aka food truck specializes in Filipino food center around pork. Well…read morebaboy is the Tagalog/ Filipino word for pig or pork (can be used interchangeably). I saw the food truck in downtown Sacramento around lunch time. First time and I never heard of them before. I eyed the menu. My first choice of lechon was sold out. I pondered my next move and ultimately ordered a baboy sisig plate. I have never had sisig before nevertheless the pork version. Pork sisig is a pork dish made of chopped pork ( ear, belly and fat At least that's what the menu stated) in a soy citrus glaze. The pork had a slight sweetness. The order was served with white rice and spring roll. It was $23, ouch. A bit pricey. A container of vinegar was included which I didn't know could been used to pour over the sisig to add another depth of flavor, sourness. Sweet n sour. The fried spring roll had a so satisfying audible crunch as I bit into it. Crunchy crisp exterior. Yummy inside. The food came out on a paper boat. No not the kind Stuart Little used. The kind of plate that's curved up and open, with no lid. The boat was loaded up. Nice. But I'm a bit clumsy and as I was walking with this, internally I was saying to myself, "don't drop it." Which I didn't, I made it safely to my final destination and gobbled up the food. FYI - They cater. Look up their mobile schedule on social media IG.

I'm obsessed with their jerky! It's $15 a pack, but it is SO GOOD! I've been known to buy multiple packs when I see this food truck, just because I know if I bring it home my family will devour it. On top of the incredible jerky, they also have so many delicious options. I usually go for the longpia and it's always packed with flavor. I also like that their sweet chili sauce has a bit of a kick to it. You can't go wrong with any of their dishes and it typically doesn't take too long for your food to be ready after ordering. They do give you a little buzzer so you don't have to hover, and the food is always hot and fresh. Whenever I'm at an event with Baboy Boys I'm stopping.
