Then I read them, and got a little nervous, BUT, Sports Page Pub proved me wrong. I ordered the BBQ pork nachos and a Long Island Iced Tea. Go big or go home, right? The nachos were plenty to split, but alas, I was solo. The menu mentioned that they came with an avocado and green chili sauce, which they did not, but it did come with a smattering of black beans, corns, diced tomatoes, green onion, green bell pepper, jalapeño, pulled bbq pork, cheddar cheese, and a dollop of sour cream. I thought that while you didn't get A LOT of anything other than chips, what you did get was adequate, especially for $12. I was happy with my selection, and I now wait for my flight with a full belly. What I did NOT expect was to pay $18 for a Long Island! Holy smokes! I know it's customary to be charged $12-$15, but $18 each is excessive. They were decent, but for $18, I'd expect top shelf, or at least for it to be exceptional. Alas, would I recommend it? Sure! The featured Pacific Northwest Seafood place in the main concourse smells like the fish is thirty years old. I didn't know fermented fish was a Seattle specialty. You can also rule out eating anywhere within smelling distance of the Pacific Northwest Seafood place. At a distance, there is a build-your-own-sandwich place. The cold cuts and veggies there are bus station quality. So the Sport Page Pub is actually one of the least awful options. The Sport Page's menu is miniscule. They have three salads, nachos, tacos and breakfast sandwiches. The End. This is not entirely the Sports Page's fault. Sea-Tac in its infinite wisdom gave them a kitchen the size of a shoebox. Most restaurants have refrigerators bigger than these guy's kitchen. So they do what they can with what they've got. The food is mediocre. But, that's actually okay because the prices are high. You won't spend any time thinking about the food, because you will be overwhelmingly preoccupied with the price you are paying. * * * So how come this isn't a one star or two star review? All around, the service part irked me the most, as the waitresses seem to ignore you if you need something or are in a rush, as they did things at their own pace. I got a breakfast burrito, which was pretty mediocre, and they also said that of the three breakfast foods (I came around 8am), only two were available... Basically no type of variety is possible. Wow! I have never had a worse airport dining experience (emphasis on Airport, so comparing apples to apples). So I am here at 2:30PM when the place isn't that crowded (like maybe 60% capacity). The cons: 1. Slow and rude service. I asked for the server a question about the menu and she just walked away! 2. I was notified that my meal would take up 30 minutes. If this was fine dining - sure I get it. I am just talking about a soup and sandwich! 3. There are napkins and straws littered across the place. This is the place where food goes to die and where waiters and waitresses who have been fired from their previous 5 jobs come to find work. I love all buffalo chicken wraps, not any more. Nasty flour tortilla, old lettuce, mushy chicken, and shredded cheese from a bag. The person next to me gave his half to the waitress and said it wasn't edible. This is exactly what I have come to expect from D gate. As many travelers to SeaTac know, there are not a lot of food options in this area. As other reviewers are stated, Sports Page Pub is as good as it gets here. Go in with zero expectations for food. No. Seriously. The menu is very tiny and most of it comes from a can or bag. Anything resembling Mexican food is just sheer happenstance. I could barely stomach the food, much less take photos and ruin your day. Drinks will be served faster than food, but it's best to ask for the check right when you receive your order. The staff does try their best, given the limited work space they have, so go easy in them. If your table is dirty, clean it yourself. It will make everything go faster and smoother for everyone. If you can, take a stroll down to C or B gate for better portions. Better yet, pack a sandwich if you are departing from D gate. read more

Sea Tac airport Concourse D - stopped in for a drink and a meal before departing. The menu listed drink prices for wine and beer, but not spirits and cocktails. We had no idea the cost for each drink would be outrageously expensive for a pub restaurant: $18.59 Mohito and $20.65 Martini with premium vodka. The drinks were good but not for those prices. We were blindsided by this as the other wine/beer prices were not out of line. I e-mailed their customer service address. Got a prompt reply stating: "Our prices are generally comparable to off-airport food and beverage locations in the Seattle/Tacoma area. Our prices may be higher than lower cost street-side units due to additional costs associated with operating in an airport environment. With unusual working hours, less accessible workplaces, and additional security clearance requirements, we incur considerably higher wage rates than street-side concessions". First, the rep. was talking out of both sides of his mouth. Are prices generally comparable? No! Show me another sports bar in the SeaTac area that charges $18+ dollars for a mixed drink. So don't say they are. Then he admits that they are not generally comparable by claiming higher operating costs. So maybe that is the case. BUT WHY DON'T THEY LIST THE PRICES OF THEIR MIXED DRINKS!!!!!!!! CLEARLY they are trying to hide their drink costs. The rep. offered to send some "Be Our Guest Cards" for our next visit. Extremely slow service and crowded floor space. People who are obviously waiting for long periods of time for their flights because they got here, like us, two hours too early. On the plus side, the waitress was fairly pleasant to me (although overwhelmed by the five of us there and seriously snippy with a guy sitting a table over from me) and the glass that accompanied the beer was cold! Everything else was TERRIBLE!!! The chicken wrap was not buffalo chicken but some sort of shredded chicken that seemed as if it was supposed to be used for something else - like the tacos - and they just used the Mexican food flavored meat in the wrap. What's more the upgraded side of clam chowder was cold and had several shards of ceramic in it that I nearly cracked a tooth on. This bar was near our gate so we went in to kill time. It is seat yourself. The service is great. The staff is friendly. But the food and cleanliness is bad. The menu is very small. They have paper plates and plastic utensils. By the looks of the photos on yelp, I was very scared so I went with the egg and cheese croissant. My husband got the buffalo chicken wrap. Both meh. Mine came with fruit that I didn't think were washed. His came with chips. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 was the waitress. Above average airport food that... is still airport food Ambience/service: this place is right next to Gate D3. The workers perhaps had a long day. They were not the type of workers who were zipping around trying to cater to everyone's every need. But this is true of many airport establishments. Food (I'm vegetarian): despite being in Seattle, the singular vegetarian option was a salad. Seriously?? When asked about vegetarian options, the response was... "uhhhhhh yeah. We don't really have much for vegetarians". Tell me about it. They had a breakfast burrito with bacon. I asked if this could be made vegetarian. He quickly responded "oh yeah totally". Perhaps my expectations were lowered but this was a damn solid breakfast burrito, with eggs, jalapeños and salsa with guacamole and sour cream on the side with some blueberries and strawberries to lighten things up. So amazing we came back a week later on our way back from Alaska just to have another Old Fashion. ;) So our sever Susan 3647 is a true asset! Both times she was extremely friendly, courteous and great at up sales! She is constantly going, checking up on guests, keeping drinks refreshed..all with a smile! Sitting here right now and she has a full bar, all by herself and managing the place like a pro! This woman deserves a raise! Wow if she was in L.A. I would hire her in a heart beat! So with that said, she does make a great double Old Fashioned! As for food, its ok. Nothing special. First time through we had the bbq pork sliders. Moist and flavorful. You get 4, which is great to share. There ate no fries, which would be nice, but sandwiches are served with chips. Second time through, we had the grilled chicken, bacon, cheddar melt. Again, average. It's not bad by any means, but if it wasn't for Susan, we would have eaten somewhere else in the terminal. But she's that good! Place is clean and understated. There are very few places to eat at this airport, so we stopped in here because there was no wait and they had nachos, which was better than a sandwich. (We were sandwiched out by this point.) We did have to clean off our table of crumbs, which was a little strange seeing as how the place was half empty. As more people came in, they also had to do the same thing as no one stopped to clean their tables up either. I didn't want to put my backpack on the ground due to this also. This was basically food we could have made at home - all served on paper plates. Service was fine, our waiter was nice and brought us more water as we needed it. The food was fine, nothing special.
