1st time visiting. I was so looking forward to trying this place. My bro and I went to get a taste. Greeted by cashier. I ordered the classic special hickory burger which comes with BBQ sauce and I think it was called dirty fries. My bro other the regular classic with dirty fries and also sweet potato fries. It took forever to get our meal. There were other patrons ahead of us plus phone/online orders. Regardless it took way too long for our order to come out. I would say over 20 minutes plus and to top it off, my fries did not come. The cashier recognized the error after my bro's order and my burger came out. He apologized and said the missing fries would be out shortly. Again, it took around another 10 minutes until we decided to start eating our now cold burgers. Finally the fries were brought and another employee,perhaps the manager, apologized and said that he would issue a full refund for their error. We declined the refund since not everything in life goes according to plan and these things happen once in a while. I was impressed that no excuses were made and their error was acknowledged without hesitation. Well I didn't care much for my burger because all I could taste was the BBQ, it overpowered the flavor of the smashed patty. My brother who had the basic classic said that it was one of the best burgers he's ever had. Lesson learned by me, if I try a new burger place, order the basic just to get the full flavor of the patty. However; kudos to the establishment for not having a million and one excuses for an error and offering a full refund. I will try this place another time and I'll keep it simple with the classic burger, but I'll bring a packed lunch to eat while I wait a long, long, long time to receive my order. Or maybe the business can have two or three cooks at one time to speedy up the process. read more

The food is so good I highly recommend but it is a long wait but trust me it is worth it.Strawberry lemonade is perfect not too sweet and not too sour.Wait time is around 30 to 40 min depending on the time I had my food around 4:45 pm.The place is nice and clean and it is a good vibe. read more

The food is pretty tasty overall. However they tend to run out of ingredients. The time to get food has also been lackluster. I waited 30+ minutes for a burger. I think they will do great here once they figure out how to go fast. They also need to have more folks up front and have them remain calm when things are backed up. The front of house kept doing countdowns talking through the kitchen window, which is fairly unprofessional. Fries = fantastic. Like the best McDonald's fries you've ever had Burger = also quite good Strawberry lemonade = fairly low flavor and weirdly had watermelon in it...? Service = in need of serious improvement. Been on a smash burger crawl this past year, and this spot easily tops the list. The patties are packed with flavor you can taste the difference. I went with the classic, my wife had the hickory, and both were straight 10/10. Fries were seasoned perfectly too. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my burgers and I was shocked how good this burger was! Service was great and the staff was super helpful to explain the different types of burgers and fries. I got the hickory burger and added grilled onions and pickles, it was cooked perfectly and one of the most flavorful burgers I've had! Shoestring fries were great and the house sauce is amazing. It's like a mixture of raising canes and in n out spread. The lemonade was great too! Will definitely visit here often! read more

Dang I just had the best smash burger of my life! So frikkin good! And the fries are thin, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside.

Don't waste your time. We waited AN HOUR for two cheeseburgers. As dramatic as that sounds, it is the god's honest truth. Sixty whole minutes. And it wasn't busy! Only four tables were sat. If that wasn't bad enough, our meals were $40, and everything came out cold, soggy and missing ingredients. I literally had to go up to the kitchen window to ask for our food because nobody was working the front desk. All the patrons were left in bewilderment as to what was happening. AVOID. read more

Waited an hour for our food when we were told that it would only be 25 minutes. The place wasn't even that busy and there was no explanation or apology given to us for the long wait. Food came out and honestly doesn't even stand up to In-n-out. Bun is subpar and patties aren't amazing. On top of that they got my order wrong (forgot chopped chilis) and my boyfriend's order (left grilled onions on).
