We ventured in here to use the restroom since the establishment we patronized in the same complex did not have public restrooms. We live in the west valley with a nice Sprouts. However, this store is larger and the layout is different. It's nicely stocked. All the employees we interacted with are friendly. On the way in we asked the security guard if they had public restrooms. She said yes but you need a code. No problem. You can always make a purchase in Sprouts, right. :-) I was trying to find Pressed Juices. The employee I asked walked us to 2 different locations. While walking to the first option, I said we really needed the code for the restroom (tmi) and he gave it to us. That was so appreciated!!! That's customer service to be acknowledged. After my daughter and I went to the restroom, we could take our time and look around. I found Sea Moss Lemonade so bought a Mixed Berry & Mango flavor. The cashier was also friendly. I will drive out of my way to this Sprouts store at 19ave and Northern. It is always clean and orderly. The staff are fantastic!! You can tell they're like a family. Shout out to Taylor! I frequent them mainly for their rotisserie chicken. It's always fresh and cooked perfect. A noticable improvement compared to other Sprouts rotisserie chicken! Dorian works in the Deli dept and assists me regularly with a smile and awesome customer service!! Produce staff will go out of their way to assist you and they keep everything fresh and stocked! I really like shopping at Sprouts. I've had friends comment that they think it is more expensive. That IS a complete misconception, vegetables, fruits and meat are usually cheaper. I have actually compared prices between Albertsons, Fry's and Safeway. Many times the fresh and healthy is notably less expensive at Sprouts. Thank you!!! I shop at the Sprouts on 19th Avenue weekly. The people there are so friendly and helpful. Today I was looking for chicken to augment what I had for company that grew in numbers. They were out of thin sliced chicken breasts and David in the meat department suggested I just get full sized chicken breasts and he would slice them down to the thickness I wanted. First time coming here. Absolutely reminiscent of the Fresh Thyme Farmers Market back home. This location had less people than their other store I passed by. Fair deals on certain food and drinks. It does lack some dinner options. Highly recommend looking for their clearance section hiding in the corner. Restrooms are clean though you need a code. The employees were so friendly and helpful. A manager helped me select tomatoes that had excellent flavor, the meat counter employee answered all my questions about the cut of meat I wanted, and the cashier was so friendly and knowledgeable about all the vegetable codes that my check out was so quick and pleasant! This company keeps going downhil. This last reset they got rid of Myokos Butter and Field Roast Stadium Hot Dogs. Those items were the things we went in to buy during the year. Of course, when we were in there we bought more items. The item they did have is the Tofurky Ham Roast. This is one of my favorite stops on my way home from work. When I'm hungry, I usually try to aim for here because everything I've bought in the deli section has been tasty. Even better when I see those yellow discount stickers! This place kinda provides me with what I used to buy from Fresh N Easy (Rip. Insert one slow trickling tear) This location is always clean and stocked. I've never stopped here for something only to be greeted with an empty shelf. I used to have to go to the asian markets for more specific items, but I have found chinese eggplant and bulk mung beans here. Score! Most staff is friendly, so I will not call out that one cashier. Although I haven't seen her lately, so maybe there is no longer a debbie downer working there. No one has to be overly pleasant while working there, but at least refrain from being unpleasant. read more
