Excellent service, by a REAL professional, in the "Meat & Seafood', department. His name is Luis, and I wish EVERY employee, at this location, handle great "customer service", like he did. He took, and found much better stew meat, without, all of the fat on it, because the 2 packs left, were gross with excess fat, and he gave us a much, healthier selection. Now if the prices, were lower, which by the way, Sprouts, is the MOST expensive food store, in Arizona, they would accomplish much more, Thanks, Luis. Newest update, as of 2/17/26. We shop here all the time, and they final got the "Rainbow Trout" back in again. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised, when we were paying our order in cash, and I was 38 cents short, and a very nice and considerate young woman, who works there named "AMY", she was a cashier, put in the few cents we needed, rather than me put the 38 cents, on my debit card. I really like shopping at Sprouts. I've had friends comment that they think it is more expensive. That IS a complete misconception, vegetables, fruits and meat are usually cheaper. I have actually compared prices between Albertsons, Fry's and Safeway. Many times the fresh and healthy is notably less expensive at Sprouts. Thank you!!! We ventured in here to use the restroom since the establishment we patronized in the same complex did not have public restrooms. We live in the west valley with a nice Sprouts. However, this store is larger and the layout is different. It's nicely stocked. All the employees we interacted with are friendly. On the way in we asked the security guard if they had public restrooms. She said yes but you need a code. No problem. You can always make a purchase in Sprouts, right. :-) I was trying to find Pressed Juices. The employee I asked walked us to 2 different locations. While walking to the first option, I said we really needed the code for the restroom (tmi) and he gave it to us. That was so appreciated!!! That's customer service to be acknowledged. After my daughter and I went to the restroom, we could take our time and look around. I found Sea Moss Lemonade so bought a Mixed Berry & Mango flavor. The cashier was also friendly. I shop at the Sprouts on 19th Avenue weekly. The people there are so friendly and helpful. Today I was looking for chicken to augment what I had for company that grew in numbers. They were out of thin sliced chicken breasts and David in the meat department suggested I just get full sized chicken breasts and he would slice them down to the thickness I wanted. First time coming here. Absolutely reminiscent of the Fresh Thyme Farmers Market back home. This location had less people than their other store I passed by. Fair deals on certain food and drinks. It does lack some dinner options. Highly recommend looking for their clearance section hiding in the corner. Restrooms are clean though you need a code. I went to for my weekly grocery shopping at this sprouts location because it was near my errands that day. The store was clean, tidy, and easy to find what I needed. The employees were so friendly and helpful. A manager helped me select tomatoes that had excellent flavor, the meat counter employee answered all my questions about the cut of meat I wanted, and the cashier was so friendly and knowledgeable about all the vegetable codes that my check out was so quick and pleasant! This company keeps going downhil. This last reset they got rid of Myokos Butter and Field Roast Stadium Hot Dogs. Those items were the things we went in to buy during the year. Of course, when we were in there we bought more items. The item they did have is the Tofurky Ham Roast. My family loves this, but I don't see the point of going in there once a year and buying several of those. So, goodbye Sprouts and Hello Whole Foods. read more

This is one of my favorite stops on my way home from work. When I'm hungry, I usually try to aim for here because everything I've bought in the deli section has been tasty. Even better when I see those yellow discount stickers! This place kinda provides me with what I used to buy from Fresh N Easy (Rip. Insert one slow trickling tear) This location is always clean and stocked. I've never stopped here for something only to be greeted with an empty shelf. I used to have to go to the asian markets for more specific items, but I have found chinese eggplant and bulk mung beans here. Score! Most staff is friendly, so I will not call out that one cashier. Although I haven't seen her lately, so maybe there is no longer a debbie downer working there. No one has to be overly pleasant while working there, but at least refrain from being unpleasant. read more

Today we stopped in on Sprouts Farmers Market to do some shopping. Like any weekend this store is very busy. Their prices are very competitive but, we shop here for their fruits and vegetables. The bulk items if you're into that can be a really good savings for you. One side of the store caters to customers who gravitate towards vitamins and sorts. On occasion we order us a sandwich to go. They make it there for you and you build your sandwich to your taste. Very reasonable for the price. We really don't buy a whole lot and most customers don't as well. It's not a huge grocery store like your used to but, for the little things you might need it's a plus. The store is kept very clean and is well stocked. If you have one of these stores near you and you just need a few items this could be the place for you. For some of you that prefer organic foods they have that also. read more

The deli really needs to sprout a sense of urgency. All surfaces were clean and everything was well organized. Temperature was nice and cool. Parking lot is a little trashy. Employees here are kind of disengaged; not really up for putting much effort into interacting. The deli workers didn't even greet me. The worst part of my experience was the insane wait for one wrap from the deli. It looked like there was a minimum of five employees behind the deli counter; however, me and several other guests waiting unbelievably long for our orders. After fifteen minutes and no one receiving their order yet, I just left. Every time I've ordered a deli item from any other Sprouts, I've waited at most five minutes. I'm not sure what's going on at this location. The best part about my visit was the bag of honey caramel pecans I bought from the bulk bins. Thank you Sprouts, I believe in you. read more

I love the location of the place. It's in walking distance to my home. However, the service leaves A LOT to be desired. It appears to be toxic. Check out people on there phones. They glare at you if you need help. I do a lot of grocery pick up and delivery because of my schedule. I'm a writer with 2 jobs. I go to pick up my groceries and a get s--t from this lady who brings them to me. The whole process, you can't talk to her, and she has to handle your ENTIRE ORDER. Via text and when I get there. These aren't demands, these are things like "I see you replaced my hard rolls with white bread? I didn't want white bread. Could you please cancel that?" And she responds with, "So you want to cancel the order???" I'm like "Huh?" We go back and forth before she realizes that the deli ran out of hard roll labels and had to ring it up as white bread, but it's hard rolls in the bag (P.S. I believe it was probably white bread in the bag). When I go to pick up she gives me s--t about not being in the right spot, another time about my car not being visible enough, then another time about not having "enough" groceries??? I just say "yeah, yeah yeah whatever" and walked away. Why does she take the task of handling the groceries, every time, all the time? This is the type of BS I put up with from this neighborhood location. Some people that work there are rockstars, but I don't see them in my there as regulars. Always friendly, work hard, then I don't see them there again. If I see a Sprouts a little further out, on my way home, I go to that one. read more

I usually stop by here once a month after trading books and magazines at Bookman's. Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I get some rescue remedy at this store because the prices are generally less expensive than Whole Foods. This is where I get some of my Aromatherapy Essential Oils and Bach Flower Essences. Aura Cacia brands are usually on sale here. I love the Aromatherapy essences because they are very grounding, calming and uplifting. It's one of my favorite indulgences. I use them to enhance my yoga experience and it can definitely shift your mood. It's so rejuvenating and relaxing. The grocery is also an awesome place to pick up inexpensive produce and raw vegan items. One of a few places where you can find various Guayaki Yerba Matte and flavored stevias. read more

Is it enough to say I love this place. I just wish there was a security person in the parking lot to ensure we can get from the front of the store to our cars without concern.
