My family and I have visited this location several times, with our most recent trip just a couple of weeks ago to pick up ingredients for a meal we were making. During our visit, one of the employees let us know about a great special on fresh oats that were only $5.00 per pound, which was much less expensive than the packaged options in the aisle. We really appreciated her taking the time to point out the savings. A helpful tip is to download the store's app and sign up for their rewards program. You can clip digital coupons before you shop and take advantage of additional discounts, promotions, and special offers. They also had a manager's special on fresh ground beef for $7.99 per pound, which was another great value. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. The meat, produce, and other fresh items all looked fresh and well-stocked. We were able to find nearly everything on our shopping list. The only item we had trouble finding was plain vanilla yogurt, as there seemed to be more dairy-free options, such as cashew yogurt, along with several varieties of Chobani. Another helpful tip is that the store charges $0.10 per bag, although the bags are sturdy and reusable. You can also bring your own reusable shopping bags to save money. This location is conveniently located in the Prasada Shopping Center next to Cobblestone, Ross, and many other shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking, making it easy to get in and out. There was one employee who used the bathroom. She did not wash her hands before leaving the restroom which was disgusting and also they should have a sign in the bathroom for all employees to wash their hands before returning to work since they are handling food and products and also bagging groceries. Overall, we had another positive shopping experience. The friendly customer service, clean store, fresh selection, and money-saving specials will definitely keep us coming back. read more

Love this store! Clean, plenty of organics to choose from, love the self help bins. Was there on vacation, didn't want to buy a whole bag of sugar for coffee, only need a tiny bit and was able to scoop a tiny bit from the bins. Awesome granola too! Try them! We ordered two sandwiches at the Deli which are usually very good and made to order. The sandwiches were made with bread that appeared to have been sitting out for some time, very dry. We were very disappointed with our lunch. read more

Sprouts isn't as busy as it used to be. I still love em! They have a lot of sta0les we buy hear for the health of it. I noticed at both of our Sprouts locations shopping later at night that they replace all the bulk scoops with fresh ones daily! So nice to see. Always shopping the 20% supplement sale. Bought 4 boxed chocolate croissants supposedly fresh everyday ! So advertised .... Took them home , open box ! Try to eat them . Felt like eating concrete ! You had to dunk them in coffee so you could bite them and eat ..... These croissants had been in box for a week minimal .... Scones were so so also ! Stay away from bakery in this location !!!! stopped by Chick-fil-A on our way to an appointment, didnt triple check my order because this location *never* misses. Well somehow the order wasn't taken correctly. I'm gluten free and there wasn't anything else on our way to the appointment or on our way home so I'd have to come back to chickfila regardless. So we called, the manager was amazing and not only did they completely understand and make new grilled nuggets but they remade the entire order-drink + sauce included! There are two women who I wanna give absolutely five out of five stars too. -Maya she is very helpful and very courteous and was able to answer all of my questions Erika- extremely knowledgeable with vitamins and herbal tinctures, and you could tell that she really really cares about helping you as a customer, i've done a little bit of my own research before I showed up to sprouts, and it was extremely helpful and nice that I was able to talk to somebody who actually enjoyed talking about this stuff as much as I do. read more

I won't be shopping at Sprouts any longer. Sprouts issued a deadline for signing up with them or you don't get the discounts. Fry's, Safeway, Bashas', and now Sprouts have all implemented this new way for corporations to make more money. It's a brilliant scam and reaps millions in profit because there will always be people who don't sign up, who won't sign up, or who don't know how to use the telephone method of shopping by identifying items online for the discount which is required in many stores across the country. Why not just give people the discounts without having to jump through hoops? Because it's a scam to skim even more profits off the public. Sprouts has great employees who don't make the rules so don't take it out on them. read more

I went in today looking for protein supplements, and usually there is someone in the vitamins department available to help out. I couldn't find anyone in the aisles and the poor cashier was up front alone so I didn't want to bother her. There were 3 girls sitting some sort of office nearby in the hallway, all loudly laughing and pointing at stuff in their phones. One of the girls (with the worst eyelashes I've ever seen might I add...) made eye contact with me and simply turned around back to her conversation! I've never experienced such poor service at this sprouts before I was sorely disappointed. I left tonight without buying anything, but hopefully if I go back in the morning Scott or Karen (who are always so helpful in getting me exactly what I'm looking for!) will be there instead. read more

Today I went to Sprouts Farmer Market before work at 7:36am to beat the busy time. The store was clean per usual. I mainly went for chicken tenderloins because I trust them over Walmart and Frys when it comes to chicken. Well anyway I made it home and was checking dates to see if I needed to freeze right away or refrigerate. I immediately noticed the SELL BY date was 5/29/24, today is 5/31/24. This is unacceptable especially considering elderly people shop here and may not even notice it's past the date. I called the store and he simply apologized and offered to exchange or refund. This is an inconvenience to me. Gas is high, food is high, and my time is limited. Going forward I will take the drive to Winco and purchase the Just Bare brand. read more

This review is for Sprouts at 13759 w Bell rd. Purchased over $100 worth of grass fed steaks from the meat counter. It wasn't until after I paid and almost left the store that I looked at my receipt and it showed I was Charged for Filet instead of Ribeye. Went back to the meat counter and the clerk, Mark, was very nice and help us get it fixed with the correct tag and walked us up to the register For our refund. What happened to their pies. The Blueberry Pie was horrible. The pie actually made me feel sick. I paid eight dollars for it and it was terrible. The crust was awful with a horrible texture. The Apple pie was the same with uncooked apples. With a two dollar price increase and lousy ingredients. No more Sprouts pies for me !!!! read more

One thing I always look for in a grocery store is this it clean? the store was very clean. The other thing is the staff, the staff were very friendly and helpful and they were all wearing masks.  They also had some plastic separation protection for their cashiers  They're not totally organic but they have quite a bit of organic stuff. They were working on making sure everything looked well stocked and orderly. The vegetables seem to be plentiful and for a typical family grocery store that seemed like they had a fair selection of organic items. They also had grass-fed beef and bacon that was uncured. They also have some individually prepped items which are good for a senior that may want to not have to prepare everything. They even have some Frozen organic items which were particularly of interest to me. They also had an extensive selection of vitamins and other individual health care items. Their baked goods are pretty good too they have half loaves of bread which I think you're really nice.  I've been when it's been crowded and not crowded and the line through the checkout area has always been fast. It's a complete grocery store with about everything that you could want. read more

I used to love my sprouts in Santa fe. But, I haven't been to sprouts in years because the one on Shea in Scottsdale, which was near to me, is a disaster, in my opinion. But, I stopped on impulse at this one to see if they had fresh Carolina reapers (I heard sprouts had them...) and they did. And omg! I had forgotten what a sprouts could and should be! For the first time in ages, I'm actually interested in food again. Thanks for the reapers and thanks for all the other good food I got as well! Absolutely horrible customer service and very misleading pricing. As we entered the store, we noticed a big bin of blueberries with a sign that said blueberries were 2 for $5. As we found out later, the very small print made it clear it was not for the blueberries in that bin, but much smaller packages in another bin. Then we went to buy our primary item, scallops. Because the bags of frozen scallops were frozen in chunks rather than loose scallops, it appeared they may have been partially thawed and refrozen, but we thought we would try them anyhow. Again, lots of signage for other products, but a very small sticker in front of the scallops. You could just barely read it, but it said the price was &25.95 (or something very close) and that the price per pound was roughly $12.95. So, we got 2 bags, plus the blueberries, plus 1 other item. The cashier was less than pleasant as we walked up and was having a discussion with another employee about how the donation bags they were selling for charity were not selling because of the high price. One of the employees made a comment about them dropping from $9.99 to $6.99 in order to get rid of them all and she made a comment about how it was pretty bad when you cut out the charity money. Then we questioned the prices on the scallops and were told they were almost $40 per back instead of what was on the sticker. When we asked for a price check, the cashier asked the other employee standing there "who is in meats today?". The second girl remarked sarcastically, "it's your favorite employee." The cashier rolled her eyes and when the meat guy came up, she asked him to check the scallops. I went with him and he insisted the sticker with the price was for the 1 pound bag of scallops and held up the smaller bag to show me. I pointed out that the sticker had the per pound price and specifically said it was a 2 pound package. He kept insisting they would not sell it for that and this sticker is for the one pound bag of scallops. I went back up to the cash register and we asked to see the manager, telling the cashier what the meat guy had said. As the manager walked up, the meat guy came running up with a sticker and saying this sticker was for shrimp not scallops. Obviously, he was just as confused about the misleading prices as the customers were. The manager just stood there and basically let us know he didn't care, so we left our groceries and walked out. At this point, since we have had a couple of bad experiences in a row, this will more than likely be the last time I ever step foot in a Sprouts Market. I am convinced that the misleading pricing is on purpose and that the employees really have no regard for how they treat the customers. read more

Who doesn't like organic foods at your finger tips. Sprouts is a fresh market grocery store that specializes in organic foods. The fruit and veggie selection was plentiful and everything I wanted was there. Even during the times of long lines and shortage of everything. No hunting and fighting over the last thing of whatever, there was enough to go around. The meats were great and had all you could think of. All grass fed and naturak! Ground beef, turkey, bacon, Turkey bacon, lork, salmon, tuna. You name it they had it! I love the fresh juices. I got the ginger greens and a vitality shot to go! My fridge is stocked and my wallet isn't empty! read more

Surprisingly, you would not think of a grocery store having good sushi, but it was exceptional. It was very fresh and tasty.

How am I just now realizing how great Sprouts is ‍. I saw an add this week for blackberries at 77 cents. Anyone that buys these knows how expensive they usually are so I was so stocked to see this. I also found out that they ad match so I'll be coming so much more. The store was so clean and organized and everything was easy to find. The employees I encountered were so friendly. I ended up with quite a bit of other items to take home and can't wait to try them. read more

I have shopped here for six years. Always enjoyed. Today, they had all checkstands closed. Pushing customers to use the self check outs. Not impressed. There were at least 5 employees milling about. I hate self check outs. When the item that I purchased would not come up on screen, I was going to leave everything and go elsewhere, but an employee came to help. I hate coming to this sprouts because all of the employees but 1 have been so rude . I came today to get a sandwich , a lady with super short black hair kept looking at me but not acknowledging me then when she did she seemed irritated .after my sandwich was ready the other employee just put my sandwich on the counter and didn't say anything even after I smiled and said thank you . I debated on calling to talk to a manager but again , the staff all seem to be on the same wavelength. Get a new job if you hate it here . read more
