They've used the space brilliantly, creating little pockets of comfort and intimacy that make you forget there are dozens of other people around. It's warm, inviting, and comfortable without trying too hard. Whoever designed the flow of the place deserves a raise and possibly a breakfast burrito. The menu is enormous. If you've ever wanted a restaurant to look you directly in the eye and say, "What if we made literally everything?" this is your spot. There are so many options that choosing breakfast starts to feel like applying for graduate school. The food is good. And I mean that sincerely. Good. Not life-changing. Not "I saw God in a waffle." Not "I immediately texted three friends and changed my personality." Just good. The challenge is that some dishes seem determined to be more important than they need to be. Sometimes breakfast doesn't need a backstory, a mission statement, and a personal brand. Sometimes eggs just want to be eggs.
