This was one of my favorite places to go to in STL for vegan brunch. And it was easy to bring…read morenon-vegans because of their flex menu. I could get vegan eggs and vegan bacon, and my friends could get their chicken eggs and turkey bacon. My favorites here were the vegan milkshakes, pancakes, vegan bacon, brussels sprouts, and the shrimp po'boy. Unfortunately, I'm speaking of them in past tense because as of tonight, 09May, they have permanently closed. My family and I were some of the very last customers. They were out of all my favorites, so it was extra sad for me. I ended up trying the tacos for the first time. They were cool. But I'm surely going miss my favorites! The owners also own Frida's and Diego's, off Delmar and North & South. I personally don't care for the food at either one, but rumor has it, they might bring some of the Station No 3 favs over to one of these restaurants (which are right next door to each other).

Burnt ends were the highlight for sure, you must order these if you go! My group got the burrito…read morebowl, kale salad, bacon and avocado wrap, vegetable chowder, potato skins, burnt ends, and popcorn chicken. It's a great place to go with your vegan friends as there are many options for vegans and non vegans alike. It's counter service or order from a QR code at your table. They also seem to have a full bar. There was a Wednesday happy hour when we were there $9 old fashioned and potato skins. All and all it was pretty good but I would have liked to see some healthier options that weren't salad, like more fresh veggies in dishes.

Visiting from Los Angeles and had a wonderful birthday dinner here. Evan provided excellent service…read moreand recommended delicious options. The crispy shrimp lettuce wraps with cashew sauce...AMAZING! Pork chop was delicious and so was the crab, shrimp &!lobster bisque. I also enjoyed their Ceasar salad and loved that the dressing was different (not your usual anchovy base...thank goodness) Star of the show was definitely the pear drop martini. Highly addictive. I wanted to take more pics but I was so busy enjoying my meal.

I've eaten here three times, and each time was just okay. The first time I had the risotto, which…read morewas under-seasoned and unappealing to the eyes. The second time, I had the trio of medallions, ordered medium rare and the steak was overcooked, I could barely chew it. Last night was the most frustrating. My boyfriend made reservations, we got there on time to a pretty full (as usual) restaurant. They sat us in a little booth right by the kitchen and the waiter's station. I could understand doing this if we walked in to a full place with no reservation, but in my opinion that booth should be used only as a last resort. There was also an open booth behind us which would have been preferable to the one right by the kitchen. It was really disappointing because we both really enjoy nice food and restaurants, and we couldn't completely focus on each other, totally relax, and I didn't get to enjoy any of the ambiance of the restaurant because I was sat facing the waiter's station and kitchen all night. For people who really take pleasure in good food, service, and the style of a place it was very disappointing. I got the spaghetti and meatballs which was described as having burrata and basil, the main selling point for me, and all I got was a little hint of cheese around the meatballs instead of the glorious ball of cheese and cream I was expecting. The main flavor I got from the spaghetti was red pepper flakes, no basil and no balance of flavors. The saving grace was our appetizer of calamari and the pitcher of sangria. To sum it up, the focus is more on the wine than it is on the food, and their menu is a little too ambitious. If they pared down the menu to focus on quality rather than quantity of items available they could deliver some really excellent food to accompany the wine. I really wanted to like this place but at this price point, I won't be returning for an experience that is just okay.

We arrived right when they opened at 4 pm and were seated right away on the patio. Was it strange to be some of the first guests to arrive? Yes. But it was also nice to have the full attention of our server who was great! He told us all about the specials and talked us through some of the drinks that he enjoys. Since I shared that I was not currently drinking alcohol, he made a few mocktail recommendations and I loved how he was able to "sell" them to me. I went with a class G&T mocktail and my friend went with a mezcal drink based on his recommendations. We also ordered 2 of the apps to just have at the table while we chatted. The mocktail I had really did hit the spot and my friend really enjoyed her cocktail as well. The hummus we ordered witht he veggies was so good and we also had a potato app that was truly such a unique flavor with creme fraiche and walnuts. Honestly, it was so good I want to go back and order it again! I really enjoyed this HH and know that I need to visit again for the actual dinner menu one day.

I'd recommend if you're going with a party, share a bunch of the plates. Pizza is solid...crust is wood fired, sauce is perfect and unique creations make for a special type of pizza. Had the morel mushroom pasta (a special selection), the Brussel sprouts as an app, broccolini, a salad and it was perfect. Don't forget the bread & olive oil...it is to die for. Plenty of unique and crafty libations tie the entire experience all together. Place is busy on a Saturday night, so recommend a reservation. I'll be back over and over again. Nice work to the team at this hip place!
