Waited for about 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. The employee at the print station by the name of Brian (bowl cut longish straight fluffy dirty blond hair, with a pale complexion and nerd appearance) was busy at the time with another man in front of me who was also annoyed at the extreme slowness of this worker. Brian refused to help me even tho I waited in like for 10 minutes by the time it was my turn. I was the only one in line until right before it was my turn. Upon me walking up to print, three more people got in line and waited not even a minute. Brian says he is much too busy to help me because there are other people he needs to help. I asked who because nobody else was in the area when I walked up and he points to the three people in line behind me. Are you fucking kidding me?! I stood in line for over 10 minutes for you to start helping the people behind me who just got there? Instead of arguing because I was honestly shocked he would say such a thing to me I let him help one couple behind me and was hoping he would come back to me after "cutting down the line length". He then comes back to me and tells me it costs $5.39 to print two labels in one email. I told him I never paid more than a $1 for labels and I frequented staples to print all the time. He fidgets for over 3 minutes on the computer going between two sections on the computer. I notice the colored icon was selected and asked if he tried to print in color. The image was clearly of a label and black and white is set to default unless you click otherwise so I don't know why he would select color besides him obviously trying to overcharge me. He then proceeds to tell me it will take an hour for the printer to print my single piece of paper! He was doing everything to piss me off at that point and had a smirk on his face by then. Furious by how long this is taking and how this worker loves infuriating customers, I asked him to call for the manager since he clearly could not do his job efficiently. It was 20 minutes by now to print a single piece of paper! The manager was slightly nicer and looked like he had to come over quite a lot to help Brian out because now the area was super crowded and he had to also help 4 other groups of people because of Brian's lack of efficiency. I got my piece of paper printed for less than 30 cents, not $5!! The printer printer the paper out in 5 seconds, it didn't take a whole hour! And the manager kindly came and handed me the sheet of paper personally apologizing for Brian's lack of service. This whole trip should have taken 5 minutes but took a whopping 35 minutes to complete! This was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had at a staples. Normally staples (all locations I've visited) have decent service and nice workers. Brian must hate his job and want to fuck with the customers. You can tell by his slight smirk when he knows you get annoyed by his antics! I don't know how managers dont see this! This man deserves to be fired! read more

If only this wasn't my local staples, I wouldn't here. The only thing I like about this store is their stocks, everything else is mediocre. Place is understaffed, especially at the printing service. Usually I would want 3 or 4 employees at these areas. Not a lot of people know how to use the printers there, and would be nice to teach us. OR have an instruction step by step noted on each printer. The computer workshop pissed me off the most. $.85 per minute to use it. Challenge accepted! I can print under a minute. But the computer and internet was so slow, it escalated to $3. If you're gonna charge me for using the computer, I want a top notch computer. Fast operating system, and internet, since my money is on the line! read more

Place is amazing and the workers are extremely nice. I will say this, the store is under a lot of pressure, they are short on staff as it get closer to the weekend. Thank you Staples! Please ignore these other ungrateful "one time buyers" (who you will probably never see again and only spend pennies). Treat the staff friendly (like family) and don't give them a hard time. Their store location has them alert all day because of thieves. Lol every time I go, I always see the big manager kicking someone out for stealing. One time he yanked a backpack from a thief's hand. I'd like to preface my review by saying:"I'm an office supply geek." I just love browsing the various isles, just to see what they have in stock! Having said that, I've been coming here more and, more these days, since I've needed some supplies. This time, the printer crapped out, so I was in the market for a new one. Luckily, I met David, who was helpful enough to let me know the difference between the hp & epson printers(I was having a hard time deciding between the two). Once he gave me a brief but, informative rundown, it made my decision easier, and, my purchase hassle free. I then, left the store, a happy customer! I highly recommend coming here for all your office shopping! It's best to come here between 4 p.m. - 8:30 p.m, in order to beat the crowds! read more

Needed 500 (5 boxes) of legal size file folders yesterday. Finally located only 2 beat up boxes and made my way to the registers. Two clerks and 3 customers in front in me. Both cashiers were taking forever to process customers and after 10 minutes I was next. One cashier was with the same customer for the entire 10 minutes so patiently waited for the other cashier to get to me and the 4 other people now in line behind me..... Finally when it gets to my turn the 2nd cashier turns off her light and moves away to engage in a conversation with two people who as it turn out are friends of hers. They were all close enough to overhear. I waited another 4 minutes and finally had enough when I just abandoned my cart and walked out. I used my phone to order from Amazon and the four boxes will be delivered Tuesday cheaper. And these stores want to know why they are going out of business.....? read more

I just spoke to a woman at staples on the phone and it started off well but when I went into specifics they started intruding a bad tone and me working at a business knows that's now how you treat a customer and when they offered me what I was looking for but something double the price and completely different size I told them I look else where and said thank you and with our hesitation she hung up on me. I've been to this Staples many times over the last twenty years. This is a review of the store and particularly the manager, Elizabeth Garcia. I came here the day before school because my school was completely out of all supplies. So I ran to Staples to pick up school supplies for about 80 students. After standing in line for over 20 minutes, I asked the cashier if I can make multiple purchases due to limitations on the sale. The cashier who was very nice asked the manager if he could do that. She came over with a really pist-off face like she couldn't be bothered. She just said no. No suggestions on how she could help me. No sorry I wish I could help you. I was like ok but I would only have stuff for 30 kids. After standing there uncomfortably, I said would she allow me to purchase it if I got in line again. She said you can do that and walked off with a F-U expression. Cashier and I just looked at each other. He said he was so sorry and offered to hold my purchases while I go back in line 2 more times. Line is even longer and took me over an hour to get all the materials I need for my students. Each time I came by, the cashiers were very sympathetic but the manager just kept giving a b****h stare. I'm a very agreeable person and I was willing to do whatever it takes so that my students would have materials they need but her treatment of me was so unnecessary especially since I was not demanding and had asked very nicely. (I teach elementary students, we use please and thank you) I'm so disappointed with this store, especially when my friend told me that at another Staple she went to, they rang up her purchases with no problem when she said she was a teacher. Long story short, this store has some very nice people working here but don't expect management to help you out. After literally 20 years of coming here, I will not be coming back to this store. read more

Store is basic - Want office supplies? Pens? Paper? Water? Then you're good. Want the latest in electronics? You're screwed. Want customer service? You're fucked. If you need a few simple items and you know where they are, then you can get in and get out quick and you'll have a great experience. If you need help with even though slightest thing (even if its their job/business to help you with it) then you will have a miserable experience because these employees and managers do not like to be bothered. read more

As a business owner down the street we have come more than enough times and each time we have come we have been treated poorly. Really bad customer service at the printing station and bad attitude. This Staples Copy Center never has enough staff working so the lines are always long. Plan on it taking awhile to pick-up any order you have placed online. They also have messed-up on a couple of my print jobs as well. They fixed it but it caused extra time to pass and on one order I missed my deadline. read more

Employees never smile, never greet customers. One of the computers always has a sign that states something like "sorry temporarily not working" fax machine sometimes doesn't work. This time it had a problem of not being able to print confirmation. One of the copy machines wouldn't work. Always a long line at the copy and print center with only one employee working. read more

I was confirmed by customer service after a 2 hour call and issue online that I could get same day business cards as long as they were just one sided and a standard design. I called up to the store to double check after I went through the trouble of creating my new standard cards online and first, the store said that wasn't the case but Leilah was super helpful with my immediate need of business cards and said she'd help me out since it was confirmed by customer service. I was able to get them for my event/meeting for that evening and I am more than appreciative of her! Thank you Leilah! read more

I needed one item and though I didn't know where it would be I found it easily with no help from employees. I'm giving this a three, because I never give fives, and there didn't seem to be enough employees around to give it a four. If I had a chance to put zero stars I would. Kate is the worst person at Staples. She got an attitude and recommended I go somewhere else to make copies. She said there was a one hour wait for them to make copies and I had to do it myself even though there were no copy cards. Called a manager, Stacey Donovan, who recommended I go to Office Depot for them to give me copies. Horrible service and never going there again!!!! read more

Some of the worker's here are really f-uped, if you make a mistake they treat you like you don't deserve to be in the store. I was trying a camera, and there was something wrong with the security sensor, so it started beeping. The security guard said "you did it." Which offended me a lot. Then I went to print a report there, and I said that the page was the wrong one. The employer yelled, "that's what you said!" I didn't say he was wrong, I merely said the page was wrong. Then in a third occasion, I went to make copies of some pictures, and I tried using my own photo paper, the printer got stuck, and the stupid employee, gave me his attitude, "you messed it up!" although there was no sign that said you couldn't use your own paper. They should get fired and they should hire people who would appreciate their customers better. I do recommend that you go there to use their printers on display, some have Bluetooth printing, and I think some have USB printing. And what's stopping you from taking your own laptop and printer cable ;) If you must go there avoid the really heavy one, the light skined latino, the old female security guard, and there was a white skinny guy who gave me a pretty mean scowl. read more

I went in to return two items with pre-paid UPS return labels from Amazon.com, and the girl, Meg, was sullen and unhelpful. She gave me the cheapest, flimsiest possible Staples envelope to return my items in, instead of the padded, pre-paid envelopes I have been given before, even after I pointed and asked if perhaps she would be better off using them. She did not pack my items with any type of padding, and actually made me seal the envelope! An astounding lack of customer service...maybe she was just having a bad day, but I was not asking much and I was treated with such contempt and borderline hostility I will be taking my business to another Staples, which is sad because I have received great customer service from other employees here before. read more

The worst service ever, I asked for help and the kid because that's what he was points and said "go to the last aisle" WOW I thought customer service was about showing the customer where the product of their stores is at not pointing a direction like I'm a dog and tell me to go one direction when actually what I was looking for was down the aisle where he was standing. Then after I was done with the copy's I ask her for an envelope from post office she told me to wait. I would give it a zero if I could. Worst customer service EVER! STAPLES, THAT WAS NOT EASY! Called was on a 20 minute hold while someone was checking my product. Afterwards the sales person Stephanie said she has 3 of them. I asked her the price and confirmed the product. She could not give me a price she had to check and it would take a while. She offers to call me back. Calls back and tells me they only have two. I verified yet again if it was round! She said yes. Drove 30 minutes to get to the store. Get there, Stephanie has no clue what tables on hold. Then after 10 minutes, when I remind her we spoke with her she says, oh yes they right here in front". They were behind her the entire time. When I told her, these are square? I asked you 2 or 3 times that I needed ROUND you said yes. She said, "oh sorry". That's it! Waisted my time, and aggravated me and said "sorry". This is not just staples because when I called another closer store to me, I was on hold for 30 minutes without anyone picking up. Hung up called again, 20 min hold no answer. I was frequenting this location when I was preparing for a cross-country move. I always found every member of the staff to be friendly and helpful. There was someone stationed at the door to greet customers every time, and ask if I needed help finding anything. I was using a specific kind of box to pack, and through a snafu, the few they'd put aside for me when a new shipment arrived were sold to someone else. The cashier (who knew me at this point due to my frequent box purchases) was apologetic, and allowed me to purchase the three remaining boxes of that size plus two larger ones, for the discounted price of 5 of the smaller ones. This location was actually a little out of the way for me, but it was the closest one that was fully stocked with moving supplies and provided the best, most proactive customer service. read more

Worst customer service I have seen in a while. I dropped of a fed ex box there and now no one seems to know where it's at. When I spoke to a rep they told me to call back later and ask the guy I left it with because she didn't have any contact with that department. I am stuck trying to find my package now. I go to staples whenever I need school/work supplies. I prefer staples over office depot because the sales ppl seem to be more helpful. I'm giving the NH branch 4 stars instead of 5 just because last time I went, they ran out of my particular printer ink. Otherwise, the place is 5 stars. read more

A great store for all my office supply needs. I don't go through a ton of office supplies, but it's nice to have a place to go where I can get what I need. I also used their copping services on one occasion. It's not really one of those store where I go to browse, I go there if i nee something, and i get it. I also live that they have free WIFI. read more
