I'm from Massachusetts so I'm a Dunkin fan, but this Starbucks has decent coffee and the people are nicer here than other Starbucks.

I'm remiss to write this review. I tried to give this location several chances but I'm so disappointed. The service is very slow. I order simple drinks (i.e. A plain latte) which should be easy, but for some reason every time I've come here it takes 40 minutes for sub par coffee. Last time I came in, both women at the register held a lengthy conversation with the girl in front of me about working there the day before, instead of taking orders while several people waited in line. The drinks were just fine, not the quality I'm used to getting at other locations. Recently I came in to give them one last shot. Another long wait for simple drinks. I watched several people order and get their drinks before getting concerned. When I asked the barista if my drink was still in the lineup she snapped at me that "it was coming" without so much as an apology for the delay. I could possibly excuse the rude service but yet again the drinks were not even well made.The espresso was burnt and my husbands drink tasted "like dirt". It's worth the drive to get better service at a different location. read more

Always running out popular items...holiday panini etc...why did I bother to come here....employees there is always personal every time I visit there. If they're out of stock they've should have update them on there system... read more

I went here during the late morning, when it was not very busy. There were about 4 employees behind the counter, including the store manager. I stood at the register waiting awhile, as the manager stood looking at me while chit-chatting with another employee. She, nor any of the other employees present attempted to acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to order. The other two employees were busy. Once the manager finished talking, she just walked away, and then the other employee came forward and asked what I wanted. I didn't appreciate the store manager's actions. She stood there looking at me the whole time. I know she's the store manager because I made a comment to the girl at the register, who informed me that the lady was the store manager. I just felt like the manager failed. Also, I'm pretty sure my pastry was expired. read more

Beautiful day for green tea lemonade...this is the spot to be, quick and fast services

Big starbucks fan, but they did not know how to make my drink properly. My best friend worked at Sbucks for many years so I know exactly how my favorite drink is supposed to be made and they just don't know how to make it correctly. I ordered a tall passion tea lemonade...they put too many pumps of sweetner. I could not even drink it. read more

Very clean, great location, staff is very friendly. Different couches and seating options as well as outdoor seating.

I've visited this Starbucks a few times and have been delighted by the quality of its staff. They do a great job on custom orders and best of all are very personable and professional. This is not the case at other Starbucks I frequent, so this store is really a standout. The space is nicely designed and parking is available immediately outside the store. Love it! read more

I love this location. Every one is extremely nice, especially the week day crew. Mulu makes the best drinks! Two suggestions: 1.) Its too hot in there, not a good feeling first thing in the morning. 2.) They need another trashcan (one with recycling would be nice). Right now if I need to throw away my straw wrapper and someone is doctoring their coffee I have to wait. read more

New starbucks location right under the new apartment complex on the intersection of Van Dorn St/Pickett St. One of the better starbucks stores I have been too. Clean and respectable store, with good customer service. They also serve the Starbucks reserve coffees with the clover machine which is a plus to some people. read more

I have a serious caffeine addiction and my family hasn't had an intervention for me so I am forced to come to this location frequently because it is the most convenient place for me. All the employees are super friendly, but their mobile ordering system often goes down or they mess something up. They are always willing to try to fix it, but there are some systemic issues at this store. read more

I am surprised this Starbucks is not listed. It opened within the last year in the Modera Tempo apartment complex. The staff is experienced, professional, and personable. I often use the order-ahead feature, and my drink is ready and hot when I arrive. They are receptive to any drink modifications you request and make recommendations if you are not sure what you want. They have wifi and plenty of seating. There is nothing I can complain about or recommend any improvements. read more

I order ahead, and it's always ready...still hot when I get there. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. Parking in front is plentiful between 6:45 am to 7:30ish. However, there is parking across the mini-park and the walk is not bad at all. My day doesn't start until I get my coffee from this Starbucks. read more

I hate this Starbucks. Never rarely anyone working, so it takes forever to get my order. I honestly feel like a bunch of idiots are constantly manning the place. More than once my order has been messed up and the order isn't really that difficult. read more

I have done "mobile ordering" for Starbucks at multiple locations. Have never had any issues. Today for the 3rd time- I arrived and my order was not ready. I even ordered it 15min ahead of me arriving. The 2nd time - they didn't have my drink and I waited and waited. Till I finally asked for a refund and was then told they were out of my drink. The first time my drink was not ready. I love the location and look of this Starbucks but not at all happy about the service. On this particular time - when I saw my order was still sitting on their printer, I instantly requested a refund. No one cared to ask why I was cancelling my order. So after I received my refund. I stated to the cashier. " I know you don't care since you didn't ask why I was cancelling my order- however this is the 3rd time I have come in here and did Mobile Pay and my order is still not ready" Her and the other cashier just looked me in the face- nothing was said by either one of them............... read more

I would like to say thank you to the two ladies in the morning. The cashier always smiling and the lady that prepares the drinks. She makes the drinks exactly how I and other people like our drinks. She knows almost everyone by their names. They are the reason I go there every day. These two ladies make my experience going to Starbucks the best in the morning.
