In this case, we moved across the plaza to Coldsun Cafe which also has free WiFi and is clean AF! Stopped into this Starbucks on the way to a movie. The place is hopping. A line that moved fairly quick. the workers here were going at a fast pace to keep up! Way to go people!!! This Starbucks is a good place to stop in and get a drink even if there is a big line. The fraps are good and always taste great! The service is over the top here! if you get the chance to visit this Starbucks you wont be disappointed. the have friendly servers and a clean store! They are convenient to the movies and other places to eat. This one does not have a drive thru. If your looking for that you will need to go further down the road. The prices here all the same as others. The quality of the drinks are great! Overall this is one of the better Starbucks we have visited in the area. Way to go!! read more

I have been coming to this location for over 15 years... it's always been great, clean, and friendly staff. As of lately I dread coming here... mobile orders need to stop. Today I had 5 people in front of me when I ordered my drink. Usually 5 people is no biggie. Well order after order were called out. None of the orders were for the people in front of me. All of us just standing there waiting and waiting... they slowly started getting to the people in front of me and then more mobile orders... the mobile orders wonder in the door and back out whole those of us who are here waiting patiently still have no drink. 25 minutes... that is how long it took to get my 2 drinks. This Starbucks location is a little bit on the smaller side, and usually pretty busy. The staff is efficient and makes drinks at a decent pace compared to other locations. But you will still wait about 10 minutes from walking in the door until you walk out of the door with your coffee. Be sure to take advantage of the mobile or call ahead ordering so that you do not have to wait in the line. Any given time I have been to this location, it's always about a 10 person line. Yes, I get that I just ordered water but no the store wasn't busy....no I'm not sure if mobile orders were busy but the fact that none were out to be picked up tells me no..... when I ask to do water first instead of ice because you essentially melted 90% of the ice in my first cup and you have an attitude about it... that's just not living the 3rd place Starbucks experience that we as partners are trained to do. I can't tell you how many times this Starbucks has made me late for work. I'll put in my mobile order 15-20 minutes before I get there and they never have my food ready. Like this morning, I got there my drink was ready and not too hot to drink so I know they made it a while ago, however I ask about my sandwich and she said it's coming out as I watch her put it in the warmer a few minutes later. Every time I come to this Starbucks, it's always a delightful experience. Employees are pleasant and the service is FAST. My go-to drink is the iced green tea latte, and in all my past experiences, every Starbucks I've visited have left huge chunks of matcha in my drink (without fail!). This is the first Starbucks I've gone to where my drink was so shaken that I wasn't able to pick up any matcha chunks through my straw. I will be coming back here whenever I'm in the area. read more

Last week I ordered my drink on the app and came to pick it up, when I arrived there were a bunch of people standing around also waiting for their drinks. A girl there told me she had been waiting 45 minutes. There were employees inside and when we knocked they just waived us away. The doors were locked. At first we thought they were bringing drinks out to us and didn't want people inside. But based on the wait time of others it seemed clear they were not making the drinks that we had all ordered and paid for on the app. I assumed it was something to do with COVID so I shrugged it off and immediately emailed Starbucks through their portal to ask for my money back. No response. I understand that things happen, it would have been great if they had stopped the app from taking orders so we didn't all waste our time going down there. But to not respond even a whole week later to give us our money back is a total fail. read more

I was sitting inside the Starbucks on Thanksgiving night about to start my shift next door, and I mobile ordered a few drinks and a bakery item. I didn't realize I hit the wrong location, and even though the Starbucks had closed a few minutes after I entered and sat down, Brian offered to make everything for me without hesitation even though everything looked nearly cleaned and closed. I know a lot of people put into this situation (especially on a holiday) would just send me off to the other location, but he (along with the other two on staff) were friendly and made my time before working less stressful since I didn't need to race over to the other location in the rain before they closed. Good and great workers! Great internet! Helpful and caring staff. I read reviews to get an idea of what people are complaining about, and I think their complaints are idiotic. 1. Someone tried to tie racism to employee. No proof. They are also working with diverse coworkers. Trying to paint racism is quite a jump and bound to defamation of character. 2. Place is dirty: Yes, sometimes, in all Starbucks locations, places get full of trash because the employees are stuck making your drinks instead of focusing on trash. Employees are under a lot of stress trying to get your drinks out, and some people order a long list of drinks that put your drinks far behind. These rushes can leave employees occupied and neglect minor issues. 3. Time. Don't expect to walk in and out of Starbucks like you are guaranteed to get at a certain time. If you are consistantly hitting a rush of people at a certain time, think to get there sooner. These are handcrafted drinks and take time to prepare, and the more people there are the longer it will take. It doesn't matter what you order water, ice tea, or nitro your drinks goes in line of all the people infront of you, and you're not more entitled and special to jump ahead the line cause you're a whiny brat. 4. Poor communications or manipulation. I have heard people completely order their drink wrong and try to say that they ordered this when they clearly didn't. To me, they either were clealy mistaken in what they were saying, or they are trying to manipulate and take advantage of getting something else. 5. The lines. I shouldn't have to point this out, but it obviously has to be. If you see a big line, you better expect a long wait. 6. Employees are people too. Don't be an idiot and insult the people handling your consumables. It is a rule of mine where ever I go. Why give anyone a reason to poison your food? Not that they should, but you have no idea who is serving you. Don't piss them off. Lol 7. Have some damn patience. We live in a generation that wants everything now and instant. Well, that's not how the real world works. Join the military, and you will freaking learn it and appreciate it. 8. Toliet supplies. Bathrooms get messing because of people using them are idiots and never clean up after themselves. Same goes with making a mess. Also if you need to take a crap. Look at the toliet paper and see if there's any. If it is out of toliet paper, as all supplies run out in time, inform them and try another. It is a coffee store not a shitter service. There are plenty of places around that you can use if you are that desperate. 9. If you are in a rush and walk in, grab coffee instead of a handcrafted drink. This Starbucks is conveniently located within walking distance of the Cinema City movie theater and many restaurants. I came in here on Christmas Day and was pleasantly surprised by their special Star Wars themed flavors. I ordered a Princess Leia latte, which is a combination of cinnamon bun and white chocolate flavors. While the latte was tasty, I couldn't detect the cinnamon flavor. The location was fairly crowded since few other establishments are open on Christmas Day. Service was still pretty speedy despite the long queue in front of us. Who doesn't love Starbucks? In this rushed, driving world of Anaheim, CA, we go to Starbucks for our coffee and breakfasts on the go because we know it will always be consistently good. They always get it right. Not this morning. I ordered both lunch and breakfast :) however, my oatmeal, which I normally love, was not carefully prepared. Someone put in just a tad bit of hot water, making it un-edible as prepared. Luckily, I work at a place that has a hot-water dispenser, or I would have been out my breakfast. I go to this location frequently & am always satisfied with my order & overall experience. However, today I noticed one barista in particular being extremely rude to a customer who wore a headscarf. I have also noticed he acted this way with POC just from further observation. I failed to get his name, but the barista is a young, white male. Again, I love this location & most of the workers there are extremely friendly & helpful, but I hope the manager takes action towards this specific person.
