I came here on a weekend during the evening. The weekday crowd or experience may vary. Good for people visiting Beverly Hills. Across from one of the hotels. Also, if your group can't decide between coffee or tea this location is next to Teavana and you can enter one through the other so your group can get either or both. Customer service was really great. The man that helped us was super friendly and helpful. I told him what I wanted in a drink and he helped me find what I was looking for and tailored it to my wishes. Great parking lot in the back. Free. Pretty busy for a weekend though. No line when I came in but after I was sitting for a while I saw a long line form. I bet it wavers in and out. Try to avoid peak hours. Lots of people getting drinks to go. Place had lots of people but not overly crowded. Large indoor sitting area. Has a nice outside sitting area. On a busy street though. Lots of extras to buy on the side of the ordering area. Kind of fun to browse. While I didn't order anything as I just came for coffee, I think I saw that they have a wine menu and food (as in made to order not behind the counter). read more

It's hard to believe this Starbucks is located next to the Peninsula Hotel and the Waldorf Astoria. They have poor customer service, dirty and unattractive interior and exterior, and seem to be understaffed. There are so many other wonderful coffee houses in the area to choose from. This location has gone through a major renovation about seven years ago and looks amazing. Floor to ceiling glazing lets in a lot of light in the interior. They also have a nice patio outside (was open before covid restrictions)...maybe when outdoor dining is allowed again, people can take advantage of this area. Most employees are generally nice. This has to be the worst Starbucks ever. I don't get why it takes over an hour to get a cafe mocha and a bacon Gouda sandwich. They had 3 baristas working with 20 customers that works out to less than 7 customers per barista. When I used to work for another establishment it used to be at least 15'customers per barista and we would get all orders out less than 10 minutes. This place is clearly understaffed over worked and underpaid. It's not like they are performing brain surgery. Put another barista in the store hopefully a TRAINED MAMAGAGER and do your job. Anyways. I am around this area all the time and this Starbucks is always a good stop for me. Very clean, very nice & friendly employees. Lots of celebrities stop by here and it is very comfortable to even sit there and do nothing. There is a 20 minutes free parking with validation at the back and its paid after 20 minutes. And while you're sitting outside you can enjoy the beautiful view of The Peninsula. And I would say this Starbucks is nicer and better from all Starbucks in Beverly Hills. read more

I order a cold brew here every morning. Taste quality does generally vary, i.e one day I'll get too much cream, another day too little. Also, there's usually a line near the pick up area because only 1 or 2 people are only making drinks at a time which is ridiculous considering how busy this Starbucks gets. Even mobile orders can take more than 15 minutes, so I'd suggest ordering ahead of time by 10+ minutes. read more

LOL at the other reviews. People get so crazy about coffee. I like this location a lot. It's very busy sometimes so you should be prepared for that. Considering the amount of people they serve, I think they do a great job. I have not found anyone to be snobby and Lauren the manager is always so sweet. The layout of the store is much better than other Starbucks because it keeps the flow going and the bar is very large to accommodate the "I just ordered but I'm going to stand here and block everyone" people. This location serves beer and wine after 2PM, which is pretty cool. They also have many more food options than other locations. I will warn you that during the school year at around 12PM this place can be a nightmare. I wish the high school would keep its entitled piggish students on the school grounds. I have never seen such awful people in a public establishment. (Maybe I should write a school review instead). They descend in a hoard of 50 at once and it's terrifying. I can't imagine working here at this time. PRO TIP: if you see the kids, you need to mobile order or leave. Standing in that line with a bunch of brats ordering frappuccinos is enough to give anyone serious anxiety. The parking here... is manned by valet but it's always busy. STUX validates for 15 minutes. Best secret in Beverly Hills. They have a small lot in the back with an attendant so you are almost always assured a spot. They have adequate patio seating and they have a large seating area inside. There service is always great and the beverage and food items are always Starbucks quality. I love this place and would come here just to come here. Very busy Starbucks located at the corner of Wilshire and Santa Monica. Parking is tough to access, but they'll validate in the small lot next to it. While the line is always long (everyone in Beverly Hills needs their coffee, too), the employees here are some of the best. They take orders quickly and I rarely end up waiting more than 5-10 minutes for my drink even in the heaviest rush. FYI, this Starbucks has Happy Hour with beer & wine - I haven't been impressed by the wine options so far, but they have decent beers for $5 usually. Their flatbreads and mac 'n cheese appetizers that they hyper up with happy hour leave something to be desired, but all the regular pastries and treats Starbucks all have are their usual dependable selves. If you're in a rush, I recommend ordering ahead at this location and picking up - I've never had to wait as long as I give them the time requested on the app. Good way to cut down on time away if speed is your biggest concern. read more

The Outside: So I went into this place again and it was a super long wait in the afternoon. The problem with this location is that it has a valet parking attendant that charges you money to park for 15 minutes. Even though starbucks validates it just is not worth the money or time to go to this wal-martesque Starbucks/Teavana. The inside: The wait was very long and went over my validation time stamped parking ticket so I had to pay additional money. Someone should really do some crowd control when they come in because clearly you all are way too overwhelmed. I realized half way through my venti PSL with coconut milk indeed was made with whole milk instead. How did I know, you ask? Maybe it was the throwing up, severe bloating of my guts, inflammation and hives I broke out into immediately, you know, all the common things that happen when someone consumes something they are allergic to. Not cool guys, get it together. That could have been a costly trip to the ER for your mistake. It's your job to assume when someone orders milk alternatives that an allergy is most likely involved. Expedient! What sets this Starbucks apart from the others everytime I go in, is the speed and organization of the place. They never seem to be understaffed unlike other places. My go-to drink is the Sumatra Clover which needs to be grounded then pressed, and despite the number of drinks ahead of me, it comes out quick, and have never had to wait for very long for it. The store is clean, well stocked and the staff are nice. Mind you, this is in the heart of Beverly Hills, accross from The Peninsula, Beverly Hilton, and many businesses, but they have they act together. read more
