My family and I have been to this location a few times since we do go grocery shopping, which is inside of Fry's. They do participate in their rewards program. You just have to scan your card via the app to earn your points and or redeem any gift cards. The one complaint that I do have when you place an order online if forces you to use a gift card instead of your own credit card, which I don't understand. You should not have to be forced to purchase a $25 or more gift card to make a purchase online via their app. Overall, our visits here have been pleasant and the staff has been friendly as well. My daughters try the new fireworks drink is the Fourth of July special that's only available until the sixth or seventh just check on their app to see when the special expires . It has Boba in there, strawberry cream foam so overall the drink taste like a bomb pop which we really enjoyed. read more

I opened up the lid and looked inside and it was not half but it was not full. Also I was going to throw a napkin away but I couldn't because I was appalled that the trash can outside was overflowing and was about two feet high above the can with the trash leaning against the wall. I first called support on **May 20**, and they opened a ticket, claiming they would escalate my issue and that someone would reach out. **That never happened.** Three days later, I called back, and again, I was told it was escalated and to wait another **three to five days**. I sarcastically noted that it had already been three days, so I was prepared to wait five more. Fast forward--seven days later, still no response. I tried their **chat support**, which was even worse. The representative couldn't see my previous interactions, forcing me to **re-explain the entire situation**. I was instructed to call customer service yet again. After much clicking and fumbling, I was told my case would be escalated again. **Again?** At this point, I demanded to speak to a supervisor. Once connected, the supervisor asked me to--again--**explain everything from the beginning**. And then came the kicker: he nonchalantly told me that the funds were **lost**, and there was **nothing they could do**. No explanation. No recovery. Just an utter loss of $60 worth of gift card balance. Oh, and guess what? There's **a class-action lawsuit** and numerous complaints from other customers facing the **same issue**. If this is how Starbucks handles service recovery, then it's clear they couldn't care less about their customers. What a **disgraceful** way to run a company! I came here on an early Saturday afternoon. At first I was going to go through the drive-thru but since the line was long, and not moving, I decided to walk in instead. Unfortunately for me, the line inside was also pretty long. It took me about 15 minutes to order. I got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and a bacon sausage egg wrap. My drink was ready in about 5 minutes, but it took about 20 minutes to get my wrap. I didn't have any problems with the coffee or the wrap, however, it's the slow service that I had an issue with. I saw other customers waiting for 15-20 minutes and missing some of their items so this is a persistent issue that hasn't been fixed yet. It's probably best to avoid this location during peak hours. read more

My sister recently moved to Verrado so I stopped at this location on my way back to Chandler. This is the worst location that I have ever been to. The drive through line was massive at 10 am. I ordered a grande cinnamon dolce latte with mocha and a bacon Gouda sandwich. By the time that I got to the window the barista looked so exhausted and didn't say a word to me. I gave her a tip because I felt bad. The drink was made wrong, no mocha in it, and the sandwich was barely warm like it had been sitting out for a while. I will never go back. read more

My husband got his cold drink 7 min before I did. 3 people who ordered after me received their cold drink before I got mine. I ordered drinks on the Tee Box of the 18th hole at Verrado Victory Golf Course knowing how slow these people are. I played the hole with 3 other golfers, drove to the club house, had my clubs cleaned, loaded the car and headed down the few miles to the Starbucks. Drinks ordered at 9:46 AM, I received my order at 10:20. I ordered 3 drinks two requiring zero coffee to be ground. Lesson for management. When a station is slammed, move your people around. I've visited many Starbucks and this one has to be newest built in the beautiful town of Verrado. I drive by it every day to drop off my kids to school so I am happy to say it is perfectly located, because I get by the drive through in a hurry. The baristas are super super friendly. I went every day for two weeks in a row and I believe that Sue was the one taking the order. Let me tell you, that's the cheerful happy enthusiastic voice you want to hear in the morning. I am naturally a happy cheery morning person, but when you're ordering your coffee, you don't want " Oscar The Grouch" on the other side, which I've encountered many times. They close early on Black Friday and placed signs on the door. I waited an hour for my drink to receive it cold because only one person was making drinks. They closed the door and the drive through right after me. They had multiple people working and there was only one person making drinks. This was told to me by one of the workers that was taking trash out instead of making drinks for customers. I placed my mobile order at 4:55pm and did not get it until 5:50pm. They must have made my drink when I placed the order and it sat on the counter until I got it. This isn't the first time that this location has closed earlier than it says on their door and app. I would go a little farther in to Cotton Lane if you are wanting Starbucks. read more

The employees don't know how to communicate with each other,nor with the costumer! They have given me the wrong order over five times!!!
