Its Starbucks what more is there to say?... the beverages are delicious. From lattes, frappuccinos and tongue teasing teas they've got your current drink desire covered. When I'm staring to fill a little under the weather I'll ask for the mint majesty hot tea with two honey packets. If I'm feeling I need a turbo boost the Irish cream cold brews will definitely do. When I'm in need of a little pick me up they have a variety of frappuccinos... they even have a vanilla bean with no caffeine that your littles will enjoy. Not a coffee drinker? I've been going to Starbucks for years and I have never had worse experience than what I got from this location. The customer service was horrible, the 2 boys and the one female were all talking and laughing together and the cashier had me repeat my order 5 times like he was rudely ignoring me or he was so distracted with the intention of courting the female as she was just chatting with him while at the register. It was ridiculously poor service. Honestly, I don't care if someone sees this or not. I simply felt that the service I received did not reflect this locations rating. This location is the closest for me as I live in Tartesso. Clearly this one Starbucks location isn't enough to produce the demand for everyone west of Goodyear. There was a mom and pop coffee shop across the street that went out of business which has only made it worse. I placed a mobile order at 730 and did not receive until 810. There are quite a few people that work at any given time and they hustle, but it's just too much for them to keep up with. read more

First time here and wasn't pleased, to start there was plenty of employees to get the job done, all I ordered was a green tea with lemonade. The man that took my order wasn't very pleasant himself, no eye contact, no smile, seem like he didn't want to be working, snatched my card and took my order then I continued to wait....4-6 customers and 20 minutes later all recieved drinks as I sit and wait, finally I ask for a manager she made my drink in 2 minutes and did offer a free drink on my next visit but I don't think I'll be returning. I had a drink that was suppose to have been dairy free, when I went back I spoke to mgr Wade and he took care of me. I was not trying to get a free drink just want to let him know that an associate of his gave me my drink with dairy. To the heartless staff at Starbucks today. I understand that you don't allow orders on a bicycle at the drive thru line. I didn't know this before today nor have I ever tried this anywhere else. But to completely deny services to me and my 2 crying toddlers in our bicycle trailer was just heartless. All you had to do was inform me of your policy, let me buy some coffee and food for myself and my kids, and I wouldn't use your drive thru with my bicycle trailer again. Drinks are good but there is a really long wait for no reason. Literally every time I go here the wait is long.They need better management where wait times are important and so is order accuracy. I waited about 20 minutes for a drink and when I got it, it was obvious that my drink had been sitting a while. Then when I complained, I got a lot of attitude on the phone and in person. Slowest Starbucks in history EVER!!! Whoever manages this store needs to figure it out because this is getting ridiculous. Always so backed up and slow! Please figure it out or I will gladly drive a few minutes to another Coffee shop where the wait time is normal I waited 40 minutes EXACTLY in the drive thru on a Thursday @11am, 40 minutes!!! Like what?!?! First picture shown is where I started and the second picture is 15 minutes into waiting, only moving up a few cars (times shown in pictures, wish I would have taken an after photo to show it was 40 minutes exactly!) A line waiting for coffee yes, but a 40 minute wait??! I used to be a barista and know first hand how to make coffee so I don't understand what takes so long!! BAD!!!!! I was very exited to get a Starbucks location here in Verrado. When they first opened the store it was just ok, but I figured it's new we have to give the time to get the kinks out.A month or so after the place was pretty consistent, most trips we had good coffee. Well now this is my 3rd trip in a row where I have a $5 coffee that tastes like crap. Two days ago I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew , CRAPPY, only tasted like cream NO COFFEE??. The next order my coffee was super bitter.I called and was told "oops we just switched out a pot and you must have got the bottom please come back". Who has time for that ??The line is always nuts. For $5 bucks shouldn't I get a fresh cup of coffee?Today was the worst!! I ordered a coffee with hazelnut and almond milk, they forgot the almond milk, so they hand me a little cup "you put it in yourself!" . My wife's coffee had sticky crap all down the side. I ordered 3 drinks, NO DRINK CARRIERS AVAILABLE.When I called the store I spoke to the "supervisor" Christy or Cristen , or whoever she was, was half paying attention to me and could care less. The point is for $4-$5 for a cup of coffee it should be done right. From now on ill take the extra drive to Dunkin or just make my coffee home in my k cup machine which will taste 500% better for $.50 a cup! Done with Starbucks of Verrado. read more

Sure drive-thru takes awhile right now, but businesses are adjusting to a new 'normal!' Despite the busyness of this location (and the 25 minute wait in drive-thru) the staff is great. I'll start by staying this is not a rating for the folks that work at this location. They are always kind and courteous and I've never had anything wrong with my order. I stopped by today after ordering on the mobile app about 15 minutes prior. The app had indicated about a 10 minute wait. I was shocked to find the store crammed with people. There was zero social distancing in place. When I walked up for my order, I was told it would be at least 40 minutes for my order. When I told them the app had not indicated the long wait, I was told that "Corporate sets the wait time and it can't be changed. Maybe you can write a Yelp review to see if they will change it." It's disheartening that she did not feel empowered as an employee to escalate for resolution. I'm very disappointed too that there were so many people in the location while COVID-19 is spiking again. To protect employees, orders should have been capped. You can do better, Starbucks. Needless to say I left with no order and no refund. read more

This is the worst starbucks i have ever been to. The drinks are made in a hurry but do not have QUALITY. it's important to be fast , but it's quality over quantity and that is not it at this location. i try and avoid coming here on my way to school. There are many employees working but no matter how many employees there are, the wait is way to long. Customer service taking your order is very nice and respectful however i'm there for a good quality drink. I never get that when i'm there. i feel like i waste my valuable money trying to save up for college going to this location. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. it's overrated and is not a quiet workplace either. i'm never ever satisfied with my order , the food is rock solid and over cooked to were it hurts to take a bite. i recommend going to the nearest starbucks from there on Pebble Creek OR camelback location.
