But I guess I was just expecting to get more of the banana and maple flavors, especially since I was pretty excited about that flavor combination. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the ambiance was great. I love that they have their roasting machine right where people can observe and watch the process if they wanted to. I stopped by Starbucks in the morning to grab some breakfast and a coffee. One thing I immediately appreciated was the availability of parking--there were plenty of open spots, which made the visit hassle-free. Morning runs to Starbucks can sometimes be a hit or miss when it comes to crowd levels, but on this particular visit, I had a smooth experience. For my order, I went with a Mocha Frappuccino and a Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich. Right away, I was impressed with the service. The staff was friendly, efficient, and had my order ready quickly. It's always nice to start the day with a positive interaction, and this Starbucks location delivered in that regard. The Mocha Frappuccino was exactly what I was hoping for--creamy, rich, and indulgent with the perfect blend of coffee and chocolate flavors. Starbucks is known for its consistency with drinks, and this one did not disappoint. It was smooth, sweet, and a great pick-me-up. As for the Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich, it was decent but not my favorite. The flavor was good, with the smoky bacon adding a nice touch, but I found it a bit on the saltier side and a little drier than I prefer. Probably just a one-off, but ordered a grande Nitro Cold Brew through the Starbucks app because I was in a hurry and needed to pick up and go. App said it would take 2-5min to complete. I arrived at store at least 10min later. Walked to pick up counter and no drink.... asked where my drink order was and it seems like they hadn't made it yet. And there were 2 employees working but only 4 other people in the store and no one in line. I will say that they get an extra star because they added sweet cream at no cost. Sorry guys, the whole reason I ordered on app was to grab and go, and not have to wait. I'll go again but hopefully you'll have mobile orders up quick :) read more

The quality of the drinks here at this location are really good. The baristas don't cut corners on the drinks like pulling shots too early before the milk in ready. Even with the long wait times in the mornings, the Starbucks crew handles the line pretty well. This Starbucks has one of the best views - watching the planes land at the airport. I received helpful advice on the different kinds of flavored Coffee Drinks, Chai Teas, Coffee Lattes, and different varieties on the Flavored Cold Frappuccinos that were on their menu board last night. The Gold Coast Coffee Shop also serves really delicious pastries I was staring at these pastries in their clear display case last night. I noticed their breakfast pastries were Strawberry Cream Cheese, Blueberry Cream Cheese, Chocolate, Cinnamon with a white cream cheese icing that was drizzled on top on every one if these yummy looking desserts. The younger woman employee told me she has been working for this Gold Coast Coffee Shop for one year now and she does enjoy working for her manager because she is very respectful and will coordinate with her college schedule. I enjoyed my first time experience drinking their really refreshing and very decadent White Chocolate Frappuccino with the added Whipped Cream Topping. And especially trying one of their very popular and New Albacore Tuna Panini Sandwiches. I told the woman employee that I will come back again when I am shopping at this Carlsbad Westfield Shopping Center Mall soon and rider a new flavor.
