When you sell coffee and you're next to the freeway, it is rude to travelers to keep your restroom closed. The health department doesn't tell you to close your restroom. They tell you to clean it frequently. So, keeping your restroom closed is a disservice to your customers because of poor management. read more

Places a mobile order on app, it didn't say their mobile ordering service was unavailable. I didn't bring my phone with me because I live nearby. When asked if they had my order they said no and informed me they weren't doing mobile orders currently and asked for my receipt mobile receipt which obviously I didn't have for reasons previously stated. Without giving me any attitude or negative energy despite them being busy Shea just asked what my order was and made it quickly. Obviously she didn't have to do that since it was my fault for not being able to produce any proof of the order. So just wanted to say thank you for the pleasant experience. I have been coming to this Starbucks for over a year now to pick up coffee. The service is decent. The coffee never disappoints. During pandemic times, it was great, but over the last few weeks it has become horrendous. The parking lot design is so bad and people are too unkind to figure it out. It brings out the absolute worse in people. I've recently learned that this is where the Karens of the world congregate. They are the absolute worse human beings on the planet. As everyone has stated.. the parking is always a mess, it's a very small lot compared to the size of the Starbucks and yes, like others have said, it's very misleading... it looks like their is a drive thru around back but it just turns out to be a dead end with other cars stuck trying to turn around. A lot of the time their are cars parked illegally in the red because they can't find anywhere to park they're big ass vehicles. The service is mostly good, there have been times where their are 4-5 people working and no ones at the counter and your just standing there for minutes waiting for someone to come acknowledge you. This is one the best locations I've ever been to. Aside from the horrendous parking lot (but I've somehow always managed to get into a spot), this place has created consistency to service and drinks. Staff is very friendly, location is never overly crowded to where it's annoying (especially for being right off the 5 freeway), and they've never gotten my order wrong. The few times I've ordered to-go pick up from here my drinks are always made right away, like within a couple minutes. And what's even better..their nitro system is NEVER out of order, unlike other locations. read more

I had high hopes because it's close to my house and the freeway too. They can't change the parking lot so I can deal with that over time. Unfortunately the connectivity is horrible. Timeouts. Lots of browser waiting. Even the sponsor (Google) searches timeout. The crew is too notch which is sad. Many stores have employees who are more focused on catching up with each other than getting drinks made. This isn't the case here. It's a bummer they are hamstrung with technical issues. Walked over from local neighborhood at 8:10am on a Saturday morning only to be greeted with a handwritten "Sorry We're Closed" sign posted on the door. This is my first time in. I live close by but rarely frequent chain coffee houses. First thing I noticed was all the trssh on the floor. They were small pieces,but everywhere. The condiment station was the messiest id seen and seriousely every table was soiled with smears and trash. The music was loud and intrusive jazz with horns. Not the 1st thing you want to hear in the morning .also the whole coffee house was like a cafeteria. It was do loud with all the banging.the coffee was fine but not a great 1st experience. read more

While the service was good and fast, the parking lot was awful. It was too tight and there was only one way out. Another driver (seems like it was an employee backing out of her "employee" spot) was backing up and we Almost hit them because they weren't looking and just backed out. I've been going to Starbucks for over 10 years, but I've never had such a great experience! I went last night to get some coffee, and my bf and I were a little unsure what to get. We wanted to try something new but weren't sure if it was going to be good. Colby, who was the barista who helped us, gave us some of his opinions on the drinks and even offered to make us little samples of it before we bought it! They were full blown samples too (the size of a kid's hot coco) with whipped cream and everything. I've never had anyone take the time to make a sample, let alone such a well presented one. This is literally one of the WORSE Starbucks that i have been too. The staff here are all teenagers who just let people walk into the back area to grab what they wanted. This is what i witnessed, and the only reason why i say this is because the people that I saw do this, weren't wearing their Starbucks colors. This Starbucks location is top notch. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. I stopped by this joint on my way to the beach on several occasions. Ammericano extrodanaire and delightful packets of suger dancing around with candy canes and unicorns and whipped cream on top. Seriously plenty of people hanging out and working on their devices. I love this Starbucks, it has a total local feel and is a great place to come work for a few hours or have a meeting. Quick tip if you're getting your coffee togo, as the parking can be hard at busy times, I suggest placing your order when you leave your house from the Starbucks Mobile app and then parking fast and quickly grabbing your coffee at the mobile order pick up counter. It doesn't feel as coralled as typical. They would get four stars on space but the food took soooo long to warm up (and it was not busy). They were training people though.
